For this Serie A round I have these games in mind: an easy win by Sassuolo vs. Spezia; Juventus to win the match with Roma; Napoli to find a difficult but much need win with Genoa; Milan to win for keeping its first place and Lazio to win vs. Cagliari to keep their spot in the top 5.

Yes it can be a pressure for AC Milan as they need to win to back on top.
A draw will make them has same points only with Inter but Inter will be on top because of better goal difference.
AC Milan will play against the bottom team on Sunday, logically it should be an easy win for Milan but Milan should not underestimate Crotone.
Otherwise, they may make a big mistake if they underestimate or over confidence against Crotone.

Ok, I had hopes for Fiorentina to actually make something to avoid relegation but no matter what they do , it won't work. Now, they are down 2-0 against Inter and I'm afraid that they won't manage to score even once...so no wonder why are heading towards Serie B. If this will happen this will be a shock as I don't remember Fiorentina being in Serie B to be honest...

Sometimes Fiorentina is unpredictable too, I still remember when Fiorentina beat Juventus 0-3 at the end of last year. I don't recommend betting on 1x2 better to look for other options.

i also read the news about this, Inter last won at Fiorentina's home in February 2014 (it was 7 years ago) thanks for the advice, i will be more careful betting on this match.

Did you guys notice that Inter have a heavy fixtures in February ? They have match today against Fiorentina but they have their match lined up against Juventus in Coppa Italia just 3 days after and a match against Lazio and then match against Serie A toppers- AC Milan so I think lot must be going on in the mind of Conte especially when you are managing a side who is 2-1 down in first leg of Coppa Italia against a side like Juventus.
