I feel they should aim to win the Europa League to qualify for champions league, as their domestic form is not that great, though they're only a point away from top four spot I feel they should target Europa cup glory.
Teams participating in the Europa Leagues doesn't really need to win the trophy in order to qualify in the Champions League, it will always depend on how they finish in the standing of their own league in the country. Right now since Italy is ranked # 3 in the UEFA coefficients they have 4 teams participating the Champions League while they have 3 teams participating in the Europa League. A.C. Milan has two ways to qualify for the Champions League the first one is to finish the in the top 4 of Series A and the second one is to win the Europa League.
Winning a Europa League is another way to enter the Champions League title next year, if the team is not good in domestic competition and it is difficult to enter the top 4, then if the team is competing in a Europa League is another way that the team can focus registered in the Champions League the following year if they are able to win the Europa League.

I really hope that A.C. Milan will be one of the four teams in Serie A who will be qualified for next season's Champions League as Europa League isn't really enough for us fans out there, it has been too long now. It is great to see that the Serie A is gently climbing back up but I don't see them overtaking La Liga or Premier League anytime soon, it will always depend on how Italian teams will play in the Champions league particularly Juventus who has the best shot of winning the title, if they performed well we might see some more big names coming into the league.

It will be interesting to see Ac Milan back in the champions league, it's been very long since I saw them play in Champions League. I feel they should aim to win the Europa League to qualify for champions league, as their domestic form is not that great, though they're only a point away from top four spot I feel they should target Europa cup glory. Indeed Juventus are the favourites to win it, especially since they have Ronaldo and many big players will come as Ronaldo has raised the bar for the league.

Rome-Milan-Lazio all have a chance of champions league and that will create a great match and future entertaining games for us. We know who will win the league already so the matches between these types of teams or regulation danger matches are much more fun.

I really don't know what team this SPAL is, never heard of it before and from the looks of it they do not posses any threat to Juventus neither. Juventus might have spend a lot of money on a old Ronaldo but they are really getting their moneys worth if this performance of Juventus continues.

On the other news Milan-Lazio will be the best match of this weekend. They are both quite close to each other at 22 and 21 points and trying to break into champions league spot (there are still a lot of time left of course) but also another important tidbit Rome is quite there, so whoever loses has a chance of dropping in the future as well.

Juventus vs SPAL 2013 and i have no doubt about Juventus performance although they were lost from Manchester United in the champion league but in the italian league they are too strong for their opponents especially their current opponent is weak team and i'm sure juventus will able to defeat their opponent but regarding the odds indeed it was pretty low but @1,2 is acceptable for me

Ronaldo is different player now when he is playing for Juve
He is much more relaxed and playing for team
I really like his way of play

I am positive for Italian team.Italy is on the way to build
new team they have good young players i think Italy will improve
Look Germany it is pure tragedy now

I'm not surprised that Ronaldo has become a team player suddenly, he's not young anymore, and he knows at Juve he's required to play for the team. I feel going ahead he'll be used more to create assists rather than goals, and I also feel at some time Juve has to rest him so he can last for the entire season.

I'm also hoping and wishing that Italy rises up, there were such a delight to watch, and their decline was difficult to understand though they have shown decent progress now. Germany's football has gone from all time high to all time low, and I blame it on their coach he should go now.
Soccer is a sports that requires great teamwork in order to be dominating, I guess even if Cristiano Ronaldo is scoring lesser goals in the Italian Serie A, but if he is able to provide assists to his teammates to score some goals against their opponents, the fans will still respect Cristiano Ronaldo, as winning a match in full time is the most important priority in soccer.

You can mainly thank Massimiliano Allegri for that even before Juventus was never known to have the best players in its roster but they play football like a team, all the players are glued to each other. With Christiano Ronaldo in their lineup they have a good chance in winning the Champions League.

I hope that the Italian league will rise back up to popularity again not only them but also their national team as well. Seeing Italy not qualifying for the World Cup almost made me quit watching their league but I know that one day they will be prominent again in Europe and hopefully they win some Champions League trophies back starting with Juve.

The difference is because Ronaldo is still in the stage of adapting to his new team, namely Juve.
I think he already adapted to the team. He had a few games where he couldn't score goals, but it was at the start of the season, now he's the 2nd  top goalscorer in the Serie A with 8 goals, and even a few assists. I really like how he's adapted to the team, in Real Madrid the team used to play for him, but in Juventus, Ronaldo is a team player, very different from the "selfish" characteristic he had in Spain. All that's left is for him to start scoring more goals in the Champions League.

I think every team in Italy has improved from all systems since the (Calciocaos) scoreline setting scandal got worse and Juve was punished at the time by dropping it to the Serie B. Since then Italian football has become worse, but we can see now that Italian football continues to improve.

I don't think this is a shocking thing to see Inter's defeat from Atalanta.
I don't think many people expected Inter to lose. They've been having a good run in the Serie A so far with 7 consecutive wins, and conceding only 2 goals...so, it was definitely surprising that not only they lost against Atalanta (which are currently in mid-table) but they lost with such a score (4-1)  when they have one of the best defences in the league.

I'll agree it was surprising to see inter loose, and that to by such a huge margin no one saw it coming. I believe this is a wake up call for inter to not get success to their heads, they need to respect all oppositions, and play strong and winning football.
At least there was surprise
Juve is like a machine

Juventus have one of the strongest team, and the addition of Ronaldo has only made them stronger and better. I expect them to retain the league, and go to semis or finals of Cham league.
Yes, the Italian league feels like Juventus. Other teams could not compete with Juventus, Juventus dominated the domestic league. I think this also has an impact on the strength of the Italian national team which is now declining.

Juve is like a machine  but what if Higuain will score that penalty
Juve is dominating all games but they are wining with just one goal mostly
Very minimalist play but Juve can pay price in further CL games
I wish them to win CL and Napoli be in semifinal

Napoli can have problem what can be pretty big
It could be volcano eruption in Napoli area biggest in Europe from ages
If yes than all Napoli uptown and all area close to Napoli can be in danger
About 3 mln of people

the most shocking was the atalanta 4 vs 1 inter. Inter should have been playing well lately, winning derby della madonina and holding a barcelona draw. but they were actually slaughtered by Atalanta. for the results of Juve vs Milan, it is predictable. Juve is superior and has a lot of stars and is good on every line, so it was a fair victory over AC Milan that only a team that was trying to get up in the last few years has fallen.
I don't think this is a shocking thing to see Inter's defeat from Atalanta. All teams are still playing inconsistently including 2 teams from Milan, who are still trying to rediscover their heyday.

The result of Juve against Milan were already determined that Juve can through this match with be the winner but comparing between the latest performance indeed it is predictable that Juve is more superior than Milan but indeed although i didn't watching Atalanta vs Inter but i was not expect Inter lost with more than 3 goals against weak team such as Atalanta

Napoli probably didn't tired themselves out on league games by that much, I mean they won again this week but they won 2-1 against a Genoa team that has lost half of the games they played so far. I think the wise choice is to save up until the champions league games and play your heart out there, it would be really sad if their whole season would go to waste considering this is probably the best they have been for years. Genoa hadn't had a win in the past 6 games, I would have expected Napoli to be all over them and score like 5 again but I think they are on the same track only focusing on champions league like we thought. On the other hand we had Milan barely winning over a one short man Udinese, I mean its football and this kind of stuff happens all the time but as a Italian giant club that's barely on 4th seed they should definitely try to focus more on winning easily at least on the league.
