It is actually depending on the board of Napoli itself. If they want to lower the transfer fees of Osimhen, it won't be so difficult to sell Osimhen. PSG agrees to sign Osimhen at €120 million, it is a huge money.
......
I don't think Napoli are ready to lose their keyman to any elite club this summer, they've solid plans for the Nigeria international and keeping him would be their absolute decision. On the other end, Paris Saint-Germain are very persuasive in this case, since losing one of their keyman in the frontline, which will definitely affects them in all angles next season. It's up for Les Parisiens president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi to play his role and also involved the current coach, Luis Enrique to cooperate and tangled good signings.
Napoli is actually ready to lose Victor Oshimen if there is a club that is willing to accept the price set by Napoli. As we know, Napoli prices Oshimen quite high because this player is very valuable to Napoli and he also has the highest salary among the others. Napoli seems reluctant to cut him. The price of the player is that if no one buys him then Napoli won't lose, they will still use him for next season so they don't need to look for a new striker to replace this player.
Even though, if PSG signs this player, Napoli will buy Lukaku from Chelsea to replace Oshimen, but I feel that if this is just a drama about players and clubs, I'm also quite bored of discussing it many times.

Inter Milan was highly underrated in last two season's UEFA Champions League but they surprisingly made it to the finals. In the finals against Manchester City, many people predicted that Inter would be humiliated but it didn't happen. City struggled to win the game and Inter would have at least extended the game to extra time or even penalties if not for the wastefulness of Lukaku. They were able to put this disappointment behind them and kept fighting for glory in both the Italian Seria A and the Champion League.
Two seasons ago, Inter Milan was underrated in Champions League and went to the final match where they played impressively against Manchester City. In that final, Manchester City actually played with fear to secure the only one goal advantage they had. Inter Milan created much pressure, many opportunities to equalize that match and if it happens, they would have gotten chances to beat Manchester City too. But that final belongs to Manchester City and they became the champions after all.

Quote
Sadly they only made it to the Round of sixteen in the UCL after losing to Atletico Madrid. But they were able to win their twentieth league title. Much credit should be given to Simone Inzaghi and some key players. Players like Marcus Thuram, Lautaro Martínez, and others contributed to the success of the club last season. Inzaghi has already started to fortify the team with the signing of Piotr Zielinski, Mehdi Taremi, and Josep Martinez.
In the last season, they had to leave Champions League earlier after a disappointed defeat to Atletico Madrid even they still had impressive performances. Differences between Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid are small but Inter Milan unluckily were loser.

Inter Milan created and wasted many opportunities and gave Atletico Madrid chances to survive, keep up hope and finally beat Inter Milan. The next season will be an important season for Inter Milan to aim at another final match in Champions League and win that title before this player generation steps aside and they will have to restart building up their squad again.

I don't think Napoli is planning on keeping their striker Victor osimhen next season because from the rumors that are circulating here and there n the media it is is very certain that they want to take a good profit before letting him leave to PSG which I think he will become a good replacement for Mbappe who is now a player of Real Madrid.

The deal has not been sealed yet but with the current coach of Napoli becoming very interested in bringing in Lukaku to the team, I think there is a plot to use him as a replacement for Victor osimhen when he leaves for PSG.

Victor Osimhen should make a decision that would make him continue to shine or he regret it later, I don't seem to understand why he hadn't made up his mind on where he would like to play next season. Winning the league for Napoli is something I don't think will happen again even if he stays and this is the only chance he has to start up something new and I'd like if he either choose to play for PSG or any club in the EPL, fine the new coach Conte is a good manager that can turn things around for the club to bounce back to that glorious days but I don't think Osimhen should continue with the club after all they did to him on that video where they made a joke of him, that should be a lesson to look for a way and leave the club.
For now the deal with PSG is not that clear if they are still interested and Victor on the other hand I'd still say he wants to stay at the club, which are we to believe because I don't believe much on what paper has to say in any transfer news until it's done, it could be that Napoli are trying to keep him by increasing his wage or something but I have that feeling that the player is a bit confused about his decision, weather to go or not.
In some rumors it is said that Osimhen has agreed to a personal cooperation with PSG and now it is just a matter of waiting whether PSG can conquer Napoli or not with the money they have because for now where Osimhen has agreed to move then I think only Napoli must be taken care of by PSG, especially about negotiating the release clause issue.

Seeing Fabrizio's tweet, it is actually said that in these weeks PSG will directly meet with Napoli to discuss a move from Osimhen so I feel that sooner or later PSG will definitely be able to bring Osimhen.

Napoli are still not budging by wanting to keep trying to sell Osimhen for more than 100 million but that is not a big problem for PSG because when talking about money it seems like it is not a difficult thing for PSG especially if they are serious about bringing in then sooner or later with the power of money they have, they will definitely get the target player.

Throughout his career, Alvaro Morata has only played for big clubs and in my opinion he is an underrated player who is rarely discussed. He is always successful with the team he plays for and is always a mainstay. He has won quite a few titles with top teams, but at Atletico he never won anything.

A contract until 2028 sounds quite excessive and it seems like Milan wants to make him like Giroud who stayed at the club until his old age. The cost is also not that expensive considering what he has won and the most important thing of all is his experience and maturity in the opponent's defense area. It looks like Alvaro Morata's position will still be a striker but will be accompanied by Pulisic and Leao as wingers so this is a trio to be reckoned with.
While I do agree that he is a good striker, he is also not that old neither. Milan has been in need of a great striker that's not old, they had a few players that got way too old, and with this transfer I believe that they are going to be much better. I think their biggest need was this, and getting this definitely helped them a lot, it should be something they should be happy about, and can't really see any other better transfer that could have been made. I am not saying that they "can't" get anyone better, but I can't see who that could have been, Morata seems like as best of a transfer as they could ever make.
Yeah, he is only 31 years old as well, meaning that knowing Milan tradition of old players, he could play for another 5 seasons or so with them, wouldn't be shocking considering they kept Ibrahimovic until like 40 or so, and Giroud for similar very old age, so Morata, with his amazing skills, could help them for many more seasons. They now need a better midfield if you ask me, not going to be work with the way it is right now, it looks like they are just too thin there, they have a few good ones, but that's it, they need either better ones, or at least get some better bench help for alternatives.

I noticed something interesting about AS Roma from the last 3 seasons, yes they recorded the same statistics in the last 3 seasons, by getting 63 points, and the record of wins, losses and draws was the same. It is a fact that they have never improved from those last 3 seasons. In fact, they have quite large potential to achieve something better, it just requires harder work to make it all happen. Now it depends on them whether they will be a team that is just running in place or wants to be even better.
I think management should be braver in spending a lot of money in the transfer market to support coaches in bringing in the players they want. The reason is that this is one way to improve their performance in the next season. If you only rely on existing players, it will certainly be difficult for the coach to improve the team's performance even better.
Roma management didn't dare to spend a lot of money to improving this team but they hopes the managers can able to bringing this team to compete for top 4 place or champion league spots and previously Mourinho has been complaining about this before because while train this team the management has set high target for him but Mourinho having trouble to gets the players he want because for transfer players Roma has limited budget

But we shouldn't be blame the management because in the last several years almost all of Serie A teams has facing financial condition including Roma and this makes those teams were unable to gets many star players and you can see based on Serie A statistics for star players which arrived because in the last several years not many star players are interested in playing in this league compared to other league such as Premier League or Laliga this because most of Serie A teams didn't do saga transfer

For Roma last season they almost be finish at champion league zone but they were failed to do that because Roma has lost their consistency at the end of league and for this season i am sure Roma management will set same target just like last season that they want De Rossi can bringing Roma to compete with Bologna, Atalanta or perhaps Juventus to gets one place on champion league spot

Inzaghi's done a great job. Scudetto, deep Champions League run, boys buzzin'. Don't get ahead of ourselves. Champions League isn't Serie A. From Real Madrid to Bayern Munich to MC, they are the best. They need depth to compete in Europe. A few key players carried them last season, but that's only so far

But what do they need? Definitely more firepower up top. Lukaku is back, but not as he was. They need a clinical finisher who can consistently score. Perhaps another creative midfielder to break down those tough defences. Inter has talent and drive. Don't just throw money at the problem - get system-fitting guys. They must keep hungry, above everything. Complacency and laziness are unacceptable. They may shock the world if they can do it

They tried it a few seasons ago with players like Dzeko and Lukaku. But they lost to Manchester City in the final. Inzaghi really did a great job. And I think he deserves a better squad. I think teams with a quality manager like him should leave all the transfer planning to the manager and push the financial budget to the limit when necessary. He gave me that confidence. Because in the game against Manchester City he tried to save the day by playing with Dzeko and Lukaku. If he had a better squad, I think he would have brought the cup to Inter that day.
The squad owned by Inzaghi when bringing Intermilan to the Champions League final was actually quite good and qualified, the proof is that they were able to end the season with a second place in Serie A and also win the Coppa Italia in the domestic league, but indeed the squad owned by Manchester City is still better even though Manchester City has to work very hard to be able to beat Intermilan with a score of 1-0 in the final,  currently Inzaghi has extended his contract at InterMilan and Intermilan management should support Inzaghi by recruiting good players to be able to compete and defend the Scudetto trophy next season, besides that Intermilan who last season Failing to go far  in the Champions League, they must be able to evaluate the current squad which is very impressive in the league but actually bad in the Champions League, Inzaghi does have qualified qualities in coaching InterMilan to become a team that is great again in Serie A, but without  financial support in building  team, of course Inzaghi will find it difficult to be able to bring InterMilan back to win the Champions League after 14 years of failure.

Inter Milan have to be one of the most consistent teams in Europe in the last two seasons thanks to the managerial exploits of their manager Simone Inzhaghi. Last two seasons in the Italian Serie A, Inter Milan weren't that impressive as Napoli was flying high in the league that very season but Inter Milan still managed to reach the final of the UEFA Champions League competition which they narrowly lost to eventual winners Manchester City. Last season, they managed to up their game in the league which resulted to winning the scudetto.
As the defending champions if the Italian Serie A, I strongly believe that Inter Milan is still the favorite team to win the league title come next season because they still have over 85% of the players that helped them win the Italian Serie A last season as well as Simone Inzhaghi who has mastered the Italian league.

Napoli have to consider a lot of things before the allow the key player to go to another club if not for last season Victor Osimehn have been performing very well, So letting him go  At this point, it’s not really worth it because at the end of the day they would be the one at a disadvantage A lot of clubs seems to have interest in Victor. I don’t know how true it is but at some point, even Chelsea was interested in the Nigerian player. If PSG is interested In osimhen this will be as a result of mbappe leaving, psg needs another excellent player to Replace Mbappé, But I’m very sure that personally osimhen Should have a club in mind. Mbappé  Leaving  in PSG Will definitely affect them. Because over the years now, Mbappé has been one of the key players That PSG has but eventually he have moved on to Real Madrid to build a new career. I don’t blame him for anything. Since PSG  don’t want to be serious It is better for him to go to a better club.

Inter is on an increasingly improving chart. In recent years, they have started to move forward all the time. They also won the championship last year. The next target is the European Champions League. After the final they lost to Manchester City, they are ready for a new scenario in which they can become champions. Their squad is better than last year and gets even better with a few good transfers. The most popular team in the Italian league recently. That's why Inter is one of the strongest candidates for this year's championship.
It's very true how inter has momentarily been of a brilliant progressive improvement in the past season and it's very deserving of every commendation. One challenge they will keep facing and may not easily get over will be the champions league. I'm not saying or proposing that they will not be able to win the champions League some day but with he recent evolutions in the champions League, they will need do more than just a regular kind of work to be able to beat the norm, getting to the finals at a point in time was a clear indication that have the potential to winning the trophy but they didn't try even better on their second trial after the time they made it to.the finals.

It might not be so easy for Inter next season the way it was for them because Inter was very strong and started the season with consistency. However, it is possible for Inter to defend the title again since some clubs have changed their coaches and in the beginning they might find it difficult to understand the coach new game tactics.

On the other hand, the change of coach and players might also add to the club quality and improve the performance of the club to make it difficult for other clubs to win them easily. I think we will see a new club winning Scudetto next season.

Inter back to the top again. And they're serious. Serie A victory? Check. Targeting Champions League? Double-check. These are hunger and talent issues. That winning mentality distinguishes champions. Under current leadership, they have a fighting, pressure-thriving team. This team can challenge anyone, even Real Madrid.

Talk about that Champions League dream. People, this is real. Real potential. The players, strategy, and confidence are there. No doubt, winning Serie A boosts confidence. Ponder this. Champions League return for Inter? It'd massive. For them and Italy-wide. The world would know Serie A is returned! I want that

We salute Inter. We salute their drive, skill, and perseverance. This team could conquer Europe, guys. Keep in mind that thinking is equally as important as game. Inter is full of winning mentality.

Inter Milan seems better prepared to win the Scudetto than all the other Serie A contestants, because Simone Inzaghi has a more even squad depth, and what is more important is that they have quality rotation options. In my opinion, the rotation option really determines a team journey to overcome every challenge, so that it is able to create stable performance in every competition it participates in. AC Milan, Juventus, Atalanta, Bologna, AS Roma are some of the teams that have the potential to compete with Inter Milan in the top four of the standings, and I will include one other club, namely Napoli. If you measure the chances of these teams winning the Scudetto next season, to be honest, Inter Milan still looks like they have a higher chance than the other contestants.

There is no doubt that Inter have been in good form in recent years, they have returned to what fans expected, but talking about next season, of course it will not be easy for them to conquer Serie A because Ac Milan is also building their team as is Atalanta Juventus and Napoli, so of course it is difficult for Inter but their success in recent years is good for the mentality of the players, but their success is only in Italy they are not ready to challenge in the Champions League if they manage to win the Champions League then it will also be an improvement for Serie A clubs who hasn't won the Champions League for a long time.

I think next season will not be easy for them in Serie A because of what Atalanta did with Gesperini and also Napoli who brought in Conte because Conte is a specialist in the Serie A league so it is possible that Inter will experience a difficult season next season.
Financial situation could also be another reason why they may not be great. We have seen their owner basically just running away and the team being taken over by a fund. So that means that Inter may have some issues with transfers and everything else, I get that they kept Martinez, but we are not going to see them spend a ton of money, the fund just wants to make sure that they can sell the team for a profit, they had debts from the previous owner, and they took over the team, so the goal is to sell the team for more than the debt, maybe they are already there, but they want to achieve something more.

In the end, sports team investments are only for long term value reasons, and spending money to make that value higher is important, so a new stadium could always be great, but when it comes to buying players? That's temporary, you can get a player today, and next year sell them or lose them, hence it is not an easy decision at all.

I personally believe that Inter will have harder time, they are going to face some issues along the way. I believe that if we want to make sure that it is not going to end up like that, we need to see it change for the better, and that has to be very important for the owners.

Based on the news circulating, Osimhen was not included in the Napoli squad for the trial match or friendly match and as such, I think Conte really wants Lukaku rather than Osimhen. Thus, of course Napoli will still to sell Osimhen in the transfer window at this moment but indeed, because lastseason Napoli also extended Osimhen contract and I think Napoli will keep him for the long term.

But what is happening now is that Napoli and Conte also have different plans for next season. Because after all,if they have the same plan then of course it is very possible for Osimhen to be retained, because Napoli also still needs him. But yes, there is nothing that can be done if the coach  really wants Lukaku and thus, it is very possible for Osimhen to leave.

Napoli are quite serious about bringing in Lukaku because that is the wish of their new coach Antono Conte, so regardless of the Osimhen transfer drama, I am sure this transfer will be realized, Lukak will come to Napoli and Osimhen will leave.
Yes, the only reason is because Napoli still hope that the price for Osimhen can really match their expectations, but in fact, both Chelsea and PSG have not yet negotiated according to Osimhen's lowest price target. Because this is also related to the calculation of the fee they will receive, Napoli don't want to suffer losses, but on the other hand, Osimhen is no longer like he was in the transfer market last season, who in fact used to be very popular and that's the term hype. This season, his performance is not as optimal as before, so, it is not easy for other clubs to want to negotiate Osimhen according to Napoli's request, it is still too high.

Setting a target to get to the semifinals in the UCL sounds logical for a team like Inter Milan, but it will not be an easy matter next season because the opponents in the UCL are always different even though certain teams may not be consistent enough in their own league.
It sounds logical.
Inter have been strong so far, their target is definitely to at least exceed their UCL achievements last season. According to calculations, Inter has the strength to be considered a top club in the UCL in the future, especially regarding the composition of their main players, there are not many changes, so it will become even more solid. Yes, just going forward depends on the draw, especially after passing the group stage.
