I know that it is crazy but if someone who's reading my post is also the person who brings their gadgets to the toilet, please stop doing it. Because of the microorganisms, the bacteria will be contained by your device. I was doing it before but I stopped doing it a long time ago. Aside from the bacteria, there is the moisture that your laptop or smartphone might contain. Going back to the AI thing and jobs, there are studies now that companies are lessening the workforce into a 4-day work week. So, that's probably the start of it and soon, it's going to be tough if they implement a 15-hour work week. We have to be adaptable. It's scary but that scare will bring us nothing so, scale up and learn new things that can be applied with this innovation.

There's this American movie I watch which they were trying to shows us how it is possible that some AI can function with neuroscience, that's to say, they created an AI that can mimic every steps or move you make. For example, if you are close to the robot and you raise up you hands, it will do that same thing you did. After watching that movie, I saw a video on social media where a man was using that kind of AI to harvest carrots and potatoes in his farm. What happened was that, as the man was busy harvesting some carrots, the robot was just taking exactly same action that the man was doing and was also harvesting carrots too.
These means that there is steady improvement in the development of AI and with time, if every company can afford to buy this robots, they will actually go for it, to reduce costs of paying workers which will reduce the rate of employment by private companies but I think government jobs will still be available because the government can not allow people to suffer without any source of income.

This is already happening, AI is gradually replacing humans in certain fields and positions, but that does not mean it will push many people into unemployment or job loss. As technology develops it will change everything, some old jobs will be eliminated but it will create some new jobs for the world because this world cannot function without human intervention.
Not to mention, the government will know how to balance things because as you know, as the population continues to increase and if the unemployment rate increases, it will not be beneficial for the country at all. Social evils are created from that and I think they know that very well so there is no need to worry too much as AI becomes more and more present in our lives. It has already been noted that jobs of humans will not totally be eliminated because other job opportunity will still be created. Before now, emails and letters were sent through post office but now it is made easy that you can just send mail through your phone, & to do that with your phone, you will still be the one to type the message on the mail. It's not that human action is not required.

As I've said over and over and over and over again, AI is not taking over job because AI, Artificial Intelligence, or AGI Artificial General Intelligence DOES NOT CURRENTLY EXIST. I don't now why this is so hard for so many here to learn or understand. Sure when legit AGI or AI becomes a think that year it's going to replace jobs. Some of that will be a good thing and some of that maybe not so much. It's coming but when I thinkw we've got some time.

There is nothing to be afraid of. Imagine how people felt when the first printing press was invented. Or the first car? Change is pretty scary if you think you can't adapt to the new tech. That's mostly how old people feel nowadays. 10 years ago most old people were afraid of the smart phones. Nowadays they use smartphones as well as a youngster does.

But while AI can greatly assist you in the automation of some of the tasks to make your work easier, AI cannot take certain things from humans, an example of this could be emotional intelligence, complex decision making processes and some complex creative jobs wh8ch will require your intuition and high brain work cannot be executed smoothly by the AI.
Like I said before in one of my previous comments, AI will not totally or completely displace the service of human in the work environment, but sure thing is that it can reduce the number of human labour in a company or organization. With that being said, the AI era can still make possible new job opportunity for everyone and will then compel people to learn new skill so as to fit in.

However, with AI and constant connectivity, the pressure to always be available and productive is higher than before. AI is being debated a lot. In my opinion, it will not be able to do everything that humans do, or people will want humans to do some jobs.
Instead of badmouthing AI, I think people should learn to use it well.

In as much as the ai technology is taking away the need for human labor, it's still a great technology which might in the future be more relevant in our society. We see how these ai performs task that takes us lot of time to do research, compile, recheck before making our conclusions in less than a minute. I've said this in one of my post before now, the world needs technology but it not how we imagined it would be. They are becoming smaller and smaller by the day. Probably we might even be going back to the old techs sooner than we think as these tiny techs might make things a bit boring for us all..
There is also a belief into AI making the world a better place because there is a chance we could have easier deal with research as well. So with AI, the world could become a better place, like doctors providing all the sickness data to an AI, like every possibility and every solution and every diagnostic.Then when a patient comes in, just get the bloodowrks and what not, MRI or whatever if you need, and feed it to AI, then AI could come up with a possibility scale, and next steps to take to figure out what they should do, and if the patient gets better then we are done, if they do not, AI could come up with another plan to check what other sickness it could be and just keep doing the whole list until the patient is healthy.
I believe there is a huge possibility of this growing to be very important in health. I think 100 years old will be quite common after a few generations. Too late for us, but kids who are not even born yet, could be very luck with it.

Technology has its good and bad sides, and so is AI, if care is not taken, it will affect the labour force which is what we should be focusing on. Fine life goes on after the invention of the ATM machines for instance, but if we are sincere, the ATM has stolen millions of human jobs in the banking sector. Not that the banking work didn't go but those people who would never been allowed to work there will automatically get engaged elsewhere since there was no vacancy in the bank due to it.This can also increase the unemployment rates in the world because had it been there were no ATM machines, instead of seeing 5-7 tellers at the small bank branches, we would've been seeing 15 tellers or more with this growing world population. With AI taking control of everything now, if care is not taken, it will take the job of many people in all sectors and would even take programming job if care is not taken, to see how dangerous it could be.
