We are all human and it will be hard for all of us to start thinking same way, if all bounty hunters can start taking actions against bounty managers and new bounty projects we bounty hunters will have our respects back, so many times now bounty hunters have been taking for a joke

Bounty hunters should come together as one from now on to avoid developers and bounty managers that are treating hunters very wrongfully for example many bounty projects ends up breaking their very own made rulesafter bounty ends or even before bounty ends and secondly we need to start RED TAGGING projects account or bounty managers account that did awful things to bounty hunters or not paying bounty hunters fully after bounty ends.

What do you guys say? do you accept or not?
Both bounty hunters and new project team have something to lose, we bounty hunters care about getting paid and project team care about raising fund successfully, when rules are been changed or adjusted it means something is wrong, mostly it's fund raising issue

prize hunters can't do anything about gift projects I mean prize hunters can only avoid by considering before joining a project, I see a trusted manager or a popular manager but they have red trust, I think we need to consider that and also the project work map that wants to you follow.

I don't think we should also accuse popular managers of being the masterminds in spreading fraud projects. sometimes the manager also does not know if a project that they promote ultimately does not pay to participants even to the bounty manager himself. as a bounty hunter it must take action by considering a project before joining instead of seeing the manager promoting the project.

This is a good idea, but usually in the topics about any bounty projects managers write that they have nothing to do with the project they are promoting, but only spread the information. I do not know whether it is fair in this case to leave a negative review to such a manager. And another creators of topics about others bounty-project, which are newbies on forum, don't worry about their rankings. I see only one good way out of this situation. This is a demand from the creators of the next bounty weekly fixed payment in any famous altcoin.

There are already team members and bounty managers red tagged, for promoting a scam, or for not paying the participants after the bounty's end, and for similar frauds. But, in my opinion, and to avoid this headache, you have to take your time studying carefully the project, before spending your valuable time in advertising it. This study will help you to avoid the shady projects that will turn into scams sooner or later.
You cant precisely able to spot on good projects even on how hard you do make some research but at least you do have some slim chances on hitting the right point.
Its such a waste of time if you do advertise projects for months and you havent get any shit tokens or pays in the end of the campaign.I know the feels because im once
a bounty hunter before.Red trusting them? Its no use on most cases if those project aiming for scamming but for legit ones that red trust will somehow give some impact to their
project but most of the time for those who get tagged wouldnt care at all.

Moderators are there in this forum to help any kind of issues you are facing in this forum. Better you need go to write about the individual problems on reputation section.
Then with your tagging since it is no use I believe better you can report them.

There is nothing we can do because everything manages the bounty manager. There are many bounty managers who take most of the tokens from a campaign by using their own another account.

Studying and analyzing are things that must be done before joining and promoting a project, that is true. But not many people can do it.
I think many people are still having trouble comparing which projects are good and which are legitimate with those that are not. That's why many people are stuck with fraud projects. Is there a best way to do it ?

Snip ~

Red tagging project that refuse to honor the promise to hunters or decided to change any of the rules sounds okey but I think that will only have effect on only on this forum though, outside this forum red tag will be useless,
maybe there should be a more aggressive approach than just red tag, because some project hardly have time to update any thread they have running here once they are done with their token sale, bm on the other hand can't do much at this point since distribution is not in him/her.

Bounty manager is not the one who will distribute tokens to bounty participants, it is project team. I haven't been payed couple of times and sometimes it was because of late KYC, sometimes team just didn't send tokens or they sent lower amount and I was fully aware of this risk, if you want to tag them do it but probably you won't change anything.
It will be an alarmed to those bounty participants that the team behind should be liable to their action, if they will not do their responsibilities actions
should be taken place. Yes your right regarding to the BM they just doing their job and without any tokens to be distributed they also can't do anything
but to wait for the updates coming from the team who hire them to facilitate the  campaigns.

Yes bounty hunters can and should form an organization like a union and take action against fraudulent projects, but the repercussions they plan to enact need to go beyond negative feedback and reputation hits on this forum.

The offense of stolen bounty labor should at the very least be able to lead to something like a class action lawsuit with monetary penalties against the project owners, for bounty hunting activities to be considered gainful employment with somewhat reliable future compensation.

accept or not accept in my opinion this is a risk that must be accepted by the bounty hunter ... because there have been so many incidents as you mentioned that the bounty manager made a mistake from the rules they made before and did not pay the campaign participant at the end of the campaign ... so this is an event that we often experience as a bounty hunter ... and there's not much we can do ...

this is a great move as it hopes to end the era of unjust treatment being mete onn the bounty hunter, I believe the Trust rating system in the Bitcointalk forum is there to take care of situations like this and it should be taken into consideration by hunters in expressing their stand in this case

As a bounty hunter, i am also a victim of bounty unfavorable treatment and i am not happy about the situation as well.
The closest thing i can point out is the terms and conditions of a bounty project, any bounty that says the rules can b changed anytime without notice may likely not make participants happy.
It's back to your decision though want to join or not after read all the rules. Read all rules is a MUST to do if you want to do something , including joining on bounty campaign. If you feel the rules isn't fair, don't join them or you will regret in the end. I've seen few bounty which have one of rules "Manager can change the rules anytime they want" turned into scam or cutting their bounty amount to something unacceptable (10%, 20% or even 50%).

Red tagging is only applicable if the project found out guilty, in which they violate the rules and policy here and they have during their campaign was running. Either you are a DT member or have connection with DT that's a possible to be happen immediately. Although, having one accord in this type of incidents is good but it should be support by several community here in the forum, once you are going to make a topic against one project.
Red tagging any projects that do violates or do abuse/scam someone would really be worthy to be neg tagged but all things would only stop there.

Most scam projects wont really give a damn on what would they get into this forum.Yes, It might give out some effects but wont really be their main concern because
their motive is just purely to scam but for legit projects then these reputation does really matter.

I agree with you. Bounty hunters are in a very bad position right now because they are the most vulnerable. It is almost impossible to get a good profit now. In addition, among the bounty managers reign chaos. So it's time to look for some alternative ways of earning.

Yes, even after launching IEO's we don't see any benefits to the bounty hunters which we don't see any value to the coins. I hope there some other ways to make money, but for that, we need to invest money. In this world, without investment it is impossible to make money.
