Ripple has been quite stable for the last few weeks. It is more favourable for long term investment than day trading.
I will invest in XRP and NEM. In addition, I will choose ETH as the main option when investing in my altcoin. XRP and NEM are the two best altcoin in your list and it will be profitable in the future if we can hold and wait for it.
Yes, i think this is a right time to buy altcoins because at that market is down, when market rise after some time & this is a right time to earn good profit. I prefer ethereum is best coin for long term & short term also and it comes after Bitcoin & everybody like it very much.
You are right, the market is currently in a phase where it is very advisable to buy, and if you can have some Altcoins it would be very interesting since it is a way to diversify our bitcoin investment. At the moment that bitcoin begins its bullish stage, all the altcoins will follow them, it is not known when this phase will begin, it is best to buy and maintain, to have it as a long-term investment.

I think it's very appropriate to buy doge coins at this time because the price is very cheap and very good for short-term or long-term investments and the coins will be pumping at the end of the year.
In my own opinion, I think it’s now the best time for us to buy altcoins at a very low price. We all know that the bear market has dominated the most of 2018. However, I’ve just seen a news article recently that the crypto trading indicator starts to go bullish that would end the 6-month downtrend of cryptocurrencies.
If I were to buy cryptocurrencies at this stage since it may have already reached the bottom, ETH and XRP are the ones that I preferred. With the conclusion of its successful Constantinople hard fork and the mass adoption of both ETH and XRP (I’m also bullish with TRX since I’m holding it for like more than a year), I can say that buying altcoins right now would be something that I would grab on rather than wait and regret later.

choosing the altcoin that is most suitable for buying and investing is an activity that is very difficult to do because you have to be able to choose and see coins that can give you benefits and nowadays many coins are increasingly difficult which is the best to buy.

Maybe this is the right time, but if we buy now the price in the future will get better, the best is we first observe some altcoin prices, especially the new altcoin, the price is far below the ICO price
whenever the time is right in my opinion if we have understood all the risks that will be obtained in investing with altcoin with confidence and patience, of course we will not hesitate in starting an investment with altcoin and joining the ICO

As of this moment there is no guarantee that these altcoin you mentioned will perform better in the market. Unless this ripple that almost took the second spot on the list in terms of volume of trades in a day.

My list is also very different, I work more with the top coins, especially with those that are now and generally cheap, do not risk buying those that can easily die on the long bear market 
I will buy ripple because I got positive news with ripple will be listed on coinbase in this week. It have big effect for ripple could raised up to higher price because when getting new exchange will be have higher price.
XRP is really a good altcoin, It will have a good potential to rise in the future! I am already holding a huge number of altcoins since 1-1.5 years, because I believe that it will increase in the future. As we know all, ripple has the highest supply in the market, It can't increase so much as bitcoin and other crypto, but even increase by few dollars it will be enough for me to get a high profit.

I think that it is still too early to invest, as the market still shows that it goes within the boundaries and can not yet break it, but to find a new bottom it will be more easy.
