A piece of interesting statistical data for you guys, I worked hard to get, courtesy of our loyal partners at CEX.io.

I have said for a long time iXCoin is the best distributed alt-coin in earth and quite possibly better, more fairly distributed than even Bitcoin.

Due to nearly 4 years of mining [distribution] out of which most of it was with high merge mining difficulty, today we have at least 100,000 people with an average of at least 50 coins per person.

And given I'm basing this off only ~18 months of merge mining data [at CEX.io] that number is most likely a lot higher given the number of merge miners mining IXC for years, before CEX.io appeared.

Imagine if 100,000-200,000 individuals held at least 50 Bitcoins.  That would have a massive economic impact on a national and global level.

And depending how many people actually also bought some IXC for their portfolio, given it was always very cheap, that number may be considerably higher.

This is yet another reason IXC is such a solid alt-coin to get behind and why iXCoin is such a prime choice for any large investor or government to get behind.

*
[Above statistical data supported by distribution numbers from CEX.io where ~70,000 individuals hold on average ~45 iXcoins each]

Come on guys, there's only a few days left to vote for your favorite 1 letter currency symbol for iXcoin.

Please vote, this is very important.

Just a quick status update on the fund raiser [attempt] for the Bitcoin event trip.

So far only JohnnyBTCseed with $100 and Kraizi with .5 BTC have donated to the fund.

So at this rate it looks like I will have to go with the Miami event in January.  That gives us a little more time to raise the money and hopefully if Bitcoin and iXCoin go up in value I will pay considerably more out of my pocket for the trip.

Hopefully the Bitcoin ETF happens this month the way I've been expecting - I think that would change everything and money wouldn't be so tight.

Thanks a lot to Johnny and Kraizi for your commitment and donations.

Cheers!

Dear iXco.in and or iXpay.in,

What do you say about extending the olive branch and put up some funds for Vlad to go to the Hong Kong Summit?

It's iXpay.io.  Indian Ocean?

Not sure why this big focus on .in [india] and .io [indian ocean].

There must be a reason although I can't figure it out.  Unless their main target is gonna be India (for remittances) and the east.  Or maybe there's a licensing/tax reason.

I'm sure they read this thread but I'm not sure they want me around their backyard asking questions and talking to people.

Or maybe they do, I don't know - it's so difficult to reads minds these days.    Wink

Man, that's a good list.

Why can't IXC be over $1 so we have all the money we need for such events?

It hurts to watch, helplessly waiting on others to make things happen.

All these huge developments and it's like a ghost town in here.  I'm so surprised.

Do you people think this is a ruse or why is there such a lack of interest?  I've seen ShitCoins shoot up in value based on scammy code updates.

In the last 2 weeks we have announced some amazing things which should be launched within weeks and the price gets cut in half?

I'm stunned!  Looks like nobody will believe anything until it's done and with a full marketing blitz pushing it mainstream.  And I was worried the price would go up too fast once I announced these things.

Hahahaa, silly me, this is iXCoin.  lol

I cannot seem to get any of our partners to decide which letter they prefer for our much needed new 1 letter currency symbol.  I figure we can go with either an i or an X.

I started a poll, please vote.

Everyone vote so we can get an accurate gauge of which letter is best.  This will be the symbol IXC becomes known for so it's a very big deal.

Thanks!

Great news Vlad.  I'll pledge at least .5 BTC for your trip.

Man, that's so much appreciated.  I'll post my BTC address and also PayPal for those who wanna use PayPal.

I can't post a cost list yet cause I don't know which event I should go to.  It looks like there's a big one in France but it's in less than 2 weeks so I doubt I'll raise the money fast enough for that one - and the ticket will cost much more if it's closer to the event time.

After that there's one on 12/4 in St Petersberg and it looks to me like it might be a major one as well.  This one is far away enough to get a better price on the ticket.  And the best part is that it's in CEX's backyard so I may be able to catch a train to go visit CEX.io which would be great.

Finally, I don't know the entrance costs which I've heard can cost upwards of $1,000.  If anyone is familiar with these events please let me know which one is the biggest one and also the entrance cost so I can finalize a total cost.

Here is my BTC address and PayPal.  I really appreciate any help I get with this.  We really do need a personal relationship with these investors and partners.

We really need to get someone to the next big Bitcoin event to talk to all these partners in real life.

I can only do so much on twitter and social media.

I can take time off work which will be unpaid but I simply cannot afford the whole trip.  I have done fund raisers for code updates with great success so why not try a fund raiser to help us get the right partners and to help get our name and identity out there with all the huge investors.

In a few weeks there will be another big Bitcoin event in Europe I believe.

Can I get a vote to see how many people would be willing to pitch in for this bounty?

Thanks!

Of course, if you are able to actually get this thing of the ground, it will be a different story.

What we have right now with ixco.in and weeks away from launching iXpay - it's more than 99% of the altcoins.

No altcoin has its own exchange and its own payment processor and distribution with banking partners in China.

Do you people understand what it takes to launch a payment processor out of China?  It's a ridiculously difficult feat and it gives ixCoin [via iXpay] access to China, the largest Crypto market on earth, in a way that BitPay doesn't have [yet].

For crying outloud, I've seen articles for every ShitCoin out there yet this isn't newsworthy?

I'm gonna crap on them when they show up begging for an interview.

The reason there is no reaction is because there is no news. Just plans and promises:

Quote
will soon be launching

will have its own payment processor

will be called iXpay

will be iXpay.io

expect to announce at least 1 partner

intend to bring this complete solution to the masses

Of course, if you are able to actually get this thing of the ground, it will be a different story.

Of course:

No reactions.

And still, not a single article.

This is the most bizzare thing I've ever seen.

Nobody is gonna see iXCoin coming - even though so much evidence was right there to see!

Official Announcement:

We have been working feverishly with our partners and will soon be launching an alternative to BitPay.  iXCoin will have its own payment processor - which will be called iXpay.  The designated website will be iXpay.io.

We are currently working with several financial institutions in China to find the best [long term] solution for bringing fiat options to our exchange [iXco.in] and to iXpay.  Regulations in China [especially regarding crypto currencies] are very strict but we expect to announce at least 1 partner in the next 30 days.

There are other products and services the iXCoin team is working on and we will announce these products at their proper time [in the near future].  Our goal is to build the most complete and superior alternative solution to the current archaic financial payment systems; better, faster and cheaper than any competing digital currency offer in the world.

iXCoin is the best alternative to Bitcoin and [with the help of our global partners] we intend to bring this complete solution to the masses [all around the world] in the coming weeks and months.

I wanna thank our partners for their loyalty and their sleepless nights, for without their hard work and dedication we would not be able to bring iXCoin to the world audience.

Hope to see some of the Good News published there. So, dear Chairman, you can start from here. I think people want a first hint.  Wink

I have given so many hints that when news does finally come I doubt anyone will be surprised.

I'm finishing up a few things then I'll get that done.

I think we need a section for iXcoin News. And we'll need it soon.

We have the @iXCFoundation twitter account and iXcoin.org.

Plus this thread.  I think that will suffice for now.

That's funny Johnny.

I agree but I think products come before marketing.

So liquidity then products and partnerships and then finally, Marketing.

We have liquidity now on a global scale.

Next would be products and your plastic idea is actually the next logical step.  Just like xapo and others offer a Bitcoin debit or credit card IXC would ideally need a similar avenue of simplifying payments made in IXC.

So a payment processor deal using iXC debit cards.

Once you have that product and partnerships in place then marketing would have something to push into mainstream.

So then, BitPay or a BitPay killer is the next logical step accompanied by iXCoin's own Debit Card.

Coinpayments won't hurt but IXC needs a real payment processor, ideally BitPay.

BitPay would be better but Coinpayments is a good stepping stone.  We don't want just one payment processor, just like we don't want just one exchange in case it closes.  We shouldn't be so choosy.  Even if you don't see anything on Coinpayments you would buy now, they add new stores every month.

Let me ask the community and please take 60 seconds to give your input.

What products/services would iXCoin need to offer to be considered a full blown global currency?

For example:  having your own exchange.  That's a must have since it offers free trades which leads to huge necessary liquidity and down the road can serve as a cash cow for development.

So what else?

What would be next after you have the liquidity you need?

I have a roadmap in my mind but I wanna see if I'm missing anything.

Please take a minute to give your input.

Thanks!

Vote for iXcoin on CoinPayments

I think we have enough supporters now to take a crack at getting on the CoinPayments payment processing system.  This would open iXcoin up to dozens of vendors for doing business transactions.  I've seen winners with less than 20 votes so every vote counts.  Read the rules for voting here.
