I have fully received both the deposit and the winnings from this site. My thanks to everyone who was not indifferent and wrote in this thread on the forum. I think some players will draw their own conclusions about this site based on my case.

Dear brAcckii,
We are very happy that it ended that way
Thank you for your cooperation as well!
To avoid any inconvenience next time, our suggestion would be to get to know the terms of the casino before you start playing. This is very important
To clear everything we will quote the main rule regarding GEO restriction of the casino for future players and the forum members
"Access to the following residents or access from the following territory onto the website is not allowed - Russia, Belarus, and Georgia We accept strictly adult Players (the minimal age is 18) and Players who have reached the age specified by the jurisdiction of Player’s place of residence as eligible for online gaming. It is the Player’s sole responsibility to inquire about the existing laws and regulations of the given jurisdiction regarding age limitations for online gambling."
Sincerely,
Do you require players go through KYC or no?

Edit: I see now I was looking at what appears to be an affiliate site, jackbitcasino.com, made to look identical to jackbit.com

It seems as if most affiliates are promoting your site as no kyc.  Why is that?

Hello TwitchySeal,

Jackbit Casino generally has a no KYC policy and doesn't require personal identification documents. But of course, there are exceptions, such as the Risk-Based Approach. If anything suspicious or fraudulent is detected in a user's gameplay and/or transactions, verification documents are requested, and the follow-up withdraws/transactions are processed accordingly.

Sincerely,

Yes, there are "exceptions" (subjective term). Even for small withdrawals and even when an account was already verified. To potential customers:
1. Make sure you take a screen shot of your verification because when you try to withdraw, the withdrawal may be rejected due to "your account not being verified" (hey I thought KYC was rare ?). When you go to the Jackbit verification page it may say you are unverified even though before the withdrawal attempt it had shown that it was verified.

Never heard of your site until the recent incident with @brAcckii and I liked how your team resolved his issue even though it took a while. This kind of stuff improves your site's reputation and makes your statements about KYC more believable.

I am interested in your sportsbook section and will invest and play soon. Good stuff team!

Unfortunately, Russian players are restricted per terms and conditions
But you have to admit that Russia or any other restricted countries name weren't mentioned directly in your terms when 'brAcckii' account was blocked.

Quote
As the responsible company, Jackbit Casino lets you withdraw the deposited + winning funds, so now you can request a withdrawal to take your money
According to the rules, in a similar situation, only deposited funds have to be refunded but as you had some inconvenience we are letting you make a full withdrawal
It was a very good gesture from your team to allow the user to withdraw his winnings beside the deposit. You had to do it for the transparency. Because there was lack of information in the terms. However, you have the proper rights now to forfeit the winnings if anyone plays on your casino despite being a resident of those restricted countries. Jackbit team should add a proper geoblocking system now.
Dear Mahdirakib,
Russian players were always restricted per casino terms and conditions
The member wasn't using Russian IP
When he sent the KYC documents to the casino it was detected that the member was a Russian citizen, therefore according to the terms we gave back the deposited funds
As a kind gesture, we gave winning funds as well to the member
We hope, now everything is clear

Dear GekkeBelg,
This is website terms and conditions (https://jackbit.com/en/static/terms?category=generalterms)
PART "3.WHO CAN PLAY" - There you can see most of the restrictions the website has for the players and countries
Best,

My account has been unblocked, but the balance has been set equal to the deposit. I don't think this is fair, as 90% of the winnings were made at the bookmaker. I played in the casino for no more than 15 minutes over 2 weeks while my account was active. The restrictions mention several slots, but I remember choosing Netent slots, which I like to play, and there are no restrictions on them. And even if we assume that I opened a slot that is prohibited for playing in my country, then why not just take the winnings from that slot?

I see that you have made changes to the terms and conditions, where you mentioned the prohibition of access to the site from the territory of Russia, Belarus, and Georgia. Do I understand correctly that players from these countries can play, but through a VPN? Since only access is prohibited, not the players?

Please clarify. Also, if access for players from Russia is suddenly prohibited, don't you think it would be fair to pay out the winnings that were made before your restrictions, as reflected in the rules?

This is a shabby and unethical business practice. You have updated your terms recently and added some countries name in the restriction list. Even in the February month, your terms weren't clear about the restricted countries. I myself checked it, and it was confirmed by another forum member too. Why aren't you showing the actual update date of your terms? The terms page is showing that it was updated on the 2022 for the last time. Your business pattern isn’t transparent, which is a big red signal. Jackbit team should apologise to 'brAcckii' for doing all these things.

No, in the terms Russia is mentioned as a generally prohibited country. Not just for slots, for everything. It's unlucky and they could have warned you earlier, but it's the only outcome.

My Jackbit account is brAcckii.
When attempting to withdraw and after verifying documents, I was blocked without any explanation. Support simply ignores my request to withdraw money.
I suspect that the block is related to the fact that I'm from Russia. However, Russia is not listed among the countries whose players are prohibited from playing on the site.

I am waiting for explanations from the jackbit.com support on this forum.

Dear brAcckii,
We have checked your case
As Russia and Russian players are restricted by the casino terms and conditions, your account was deactivated
Now, your account is activated and you can withdraw your deposited funds
For the more questions, please reach out to [email protected]
Sincerely,

To defend him, Russia is only listed for playing those particular games....did he play those particular games or not?

Dear GekkeBelg,
Are you aware of the T&C of the casino or you are just following the information on the screenshot?
We can provide you additional information for you to clarify
Best,

I was just following the info on the screenshot, yes.

It's been over three weeks and still no payment has been processed, despite the fact that the Jackbit contact person was on the forum after writing my post. Also jackbit.com support just ignores my emails. I hope the representatives of the ranking sites will pay attention to this.

efialtis is here and give his statement on their recent behavior so for sure they would able to get a negative impression if they would not take any action since this could give them bad reviews for making people ignore and wait for a week without getting their payments. They should clear their terms so that no confusion will happen and so they would not use the country restriction alibi to compromised someone's account.

Hopefully you can get a fast solution on your issue can able to get your money which they said you can still get. Jackbit should change their terms if they don't allow Russian people to gamble due to restriction then maybe they should write it so people would able to know about it.
