It's been over three weeks and still no payment has been processed, despite the fact that the Jackbit contact person was on the forum after writing my post. Also jackbit.com support just ignores my emails. I hope the representatives of the ranking sites will pay attention to this.

@Jackbit That`s a strange "behavior" - why would you tell a player he is restricted from betting on your site when you don`t have the respective county listed as restricted in your terms? Also, back when we requested information about restricted countries/geos, Russia was not included in the list that you gave us.

@brAcckii I am sorry about it but the best we can do is take a look at terms + request lists of restricted countries/geos from operators

I was blocked without any explanation. Support simply ignores my request to withdraw money.
I suspect that the block is related to the fact that I'm from Russia. However, Russia is not listed among the countries whose players are prohibited from playing on the site.
Jackbit terms aren't clear about the list of restricted countries. They haven't mentioned any restricted countries name in their terms. Jackbit team have left the responsibility on the players to check it out whether gambling is legal in their country or not. This is one kind of shabby practice by not making the terms clear. They had forfeited the winnings of a Russian player in the past by returning his deposits only. Looks like the user had a similar problem like you. Here is the response from them in that case.

Users from the Russia aren't allowed play real money games
Your funds will be refunded without problem. Drop me your username and I will forward to Jackbit team as well

Dear DonnaMel,
Thank you for the message
As we have checked your case
Sometimes KYC verification is required and the casino has the authority to do that, that is of course stated in the terms
Unfortunately, for you, it took little long time because at first proper documents weren't provided
As we see, you have passed the verification and successfully withdrew your funds as well
In case you need any help, please contact the casino - [email protected] and we will assist you right away
Best regards,

I have been playing here now for 3 weeks and I must say, very good website. Easy to navigate, a lot of sports on offer and good odds.
Am surprised we don't hear more positive experiences about this casino/sportsbook or in fact not even any experiences at all.

Sadly, my experience has gone from good to bad now. When I requested my first withdrawal I was asked to do a full verification (selfie with a note next to my head) and pics of my ID front and back. Then, I received an email stating my account was fully verified and my withdrawal was processed.
Then, after about 2 more weeks I requested a second withdrawal and to my surprise I was asked to do the exact same verification again. I asked 2 times per email if they really needed this again or if this was perhaps an oversight, but zero response on my emails. Then I went into the livechat and asked the same, and they said it was not a mistake and they really needed it again. I was also told that this is completely normal at Jackbit and 99% of the customers will have to experience this process to do a new verification every time they request a new withdrawal.

Jackbit, may I ask why you go around sending emails that an account is fully verified, and then 2 weeks later you ask for the exact same verification?
This is incredibly annoying and if you keep doing this to your customers they will surely run away.

Hi, the currency I used for withdrawal was bitcoin. When I attempted to withdraw my winnings and deposit which was 0.00186914 BTC (about $USD71 at the time of withdrawal and this was my total balance at the casino) - they only processed the amount of my deposit of 0.00146914 BTC (about $USD53 -

There is no need to create any dispute. 0.0004 BTC was deducted from your withdrawal amount as the network fee of Bitcoin. Jackbit use 'CoinPayments' to process the deposits and withdrawals of the users. You can see the vendor name in your provided screenshot. CoinPayments is charging 0.0004 BTC for the Bitcoin withdrawals now. This is why you have received 0.00146914 BTC instead of the full amount (0.00186914 BTC). You may check the withdrawal fee list of CoinPayments for different crypto here: Current Withdrawal/Network Fees.
Yes, you're right. They simply charge a massive network fee and it happened to be the same amount as my profit amazingly.
Thank you very much for clarifying this. One thing I noticed is that I am one heck of a fee negotiator - I mean, on the deposit side, I was able to get a fee of just a few cents since my deposit of $53 came though on my jackbit balance at about $53. Versus Jackbit, who has a team of specialists and, on the withdrawal side, they can only get a network fee that is several orders of magnitudes higher than what I was able to get . Maybe my calling in life is as a network/mining fee finder.

Bitinity - I should have looked at the fee when the QR code withdrawal page came up. It probably showed the fee there that Mahdirakib found on Coinpayments fee schedule page. I cannot be sure that it was there - but I am going to assume it was there and that I didn't pay attention to it, being that I have been conditioned to paying only a few pennies for a transaction of that size (or having the casino pick up the fees like many do as you know) rather than a massive flat fee (also, the initial deposit to Jackbit to fund my account for wagering did not incur the massive flat fee, so this also made me fall asleep on the withdrawal side). Yes, it's true, I inadvertently ran up my balance by the same amount as the massive flat fee Coinpayments charges. Because of this very unlikely coincidence, I ended up posting this mess.
Apologies to all.

How much have you withdrawn? And what is the currency you used for the withdrawal? It will be helpful if you post the screenshot of your withdrawal history, also the tx link of your withdrawal. You may submit a complaint on Casino Guru or Askgamblers for the disputes. You may also create a thread on the scam accusations board of this forum. For now, you may share the evidences here to get help from Jackbit representative.

It's really amazing that the taxes and fees amount to exactly what I won. I'm sure it is just a coincidence LOL. Please refer to the image below and let me know if any other info would be helpful if you want. thank you.

Dont they have information about how much the fee will you paid when you try to withdraw in the withdrawal page? Most casino show how much will be taken as a fee regardless it will be taken from the amount of withdrawal or from the remaining balance. Looking at how surprise you are when you receive your withdrawal, I guess you did not notice about the fee information or maybe they do not inform players about the fee on the withdrawal page. I tried to read their terms page but there is no specific information about withdrawal fee, it seems that they use dynamic fee based on the current network transaction fee.

Hi, are you the rep for withdrawal disputes ? I only received my deposit back and not my winnings when I withdrew. After chatting with customer support they said it was because of "fees and taxes" - "you are fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to your winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of your residences". I'm surprised your casino would try this for such a small amount of winnings ($17.00).

I gave the free promo code a try and used the winnings from the free spins to try out other games aswell. The overall expertience was good and the game variety is certainly there. Needless to say i busted all my winnings but that is how it usually goes. Overall, pretty fun. Ill come back when theres a new promo and give other "minigames" a try aswell.
