Nah don't give a shit on review site since they can now be manipulated if there's money involve. I cant argue about the prizepool, yes it is low compared to other casinos but my main idea is about the chance to win one of the prizes only.
Here in Jacksclub if we can wager few thousand bucks per day, we may become top 50 players and win few bucks but if we compared to in other casino (lets say Stake), with the same wager, we may not even be one of the top 5000 places.

The problem is people don't write reviews on Trust Pilot if they get good service from any website. No matter if it's a casino website of Bitcointalk.org. A few days ago, I posted about it as well. Bitcointalk also has a bad rating on Trust Pilot just because it asks for evil fees when a new member signs up. The question is; How many of us write a review of BitcoinTalk on Trust Pilot while we have been using this forum for months or years?

In the same way, casino users don't write reviews when they are good with the platform. Whenever they face any kind of issues on any platform, they start writing bad reviews on every platform they know. This is how it works for now.

Trustpilot is not a reliable review site imho, anyone can post bad or good review without giving evidence to support the review. Even people who are angry because they lose some money in the casino can accuse the casino as scam.

unfortunately this casino has some scam complaints on trustpilot and I have not seen any representatives of this casino responding to the accusations they have about them on trustpilot, this can be seen here:

some scam accusations are from last year and even then there was no response from the casino, they were probably cases that had no solution, it is difficult to trust casinos when there are these types of scam accusations. we could think that the accusations against them were limited only to the trustpilo but unfortunately they did not end there, even in other sites we can see that there are accusations of scam against them, for example in the casino. be seen it here:

Imo jacksclub need to have a separate page to give full details for this deposit bonus. The only information is about locked bonus that can be claimed once it reach $10 but it is not clear how much need to be wagered to unlock the bonus. I tried to find some more information about this in their telegram and twitter account but I failed to find the complete information for this deposit bonus. Twitter is not active anymore for almost a year and they are also rarely update this thread, telegram is still a bit better with some activities from the followers but I do not see much update from the admin of the telegram group.
