Definitely, the feeling of watching it live is very different when you are in front of the TV. There are fans screaming and maybe you can see a glimpse of some Hollywood stars and other former and current boxers wanted to see this fight and interested on how it will end. Whether Tyson by KO early or Jake Paul trying to push this fight to a full 8 rounds for judges decision win. And that's where the hyping and promoting is all about, trying to bring fans to their seats and willing to pay big $$$ just to see their idol Iron Mike again in the ring, or maybe there are fans wanted to see Jake Paul lying in the canvass from a brutal punch from Tyson.
There are probably too many people that would like to see Jake Paul to go down, but I doubt this will happen, as even if I still believe that Mike has the power to do so, I doubt he will even try, and in the case he put Jake Paul in a bad state Mike will probably avoid going for the KO.

I think this because it is likely Jake Paul may like to keep exploiting his image as a boxer even if he was defeated, but if he were to lose convincingly against Mike, the offers for more fights may dry up and he cannot allow this.

Idk Holyfield could be the next lol

Although I doubt Mike id going to win against this younger Jake. There are lots of pundits who actually believe Mike could KO Jake. I watch the progress of this fight as rules are being updated and some pro boxers actually give their opinion about the fight.

I truly believe that if Mike knocks out Paul, he will want another challenge. If he wins the fight, regardless of how quickly or not, he will definitely call someone else to fight. There's no reason to stop if he wins

My friend invited me to this fight and I was honestly considering it.  For old folks like me, a Mike Tyson fight is pretty much the pinnacle of sporting excellence.  Granted this is a far cry from that, but nostalgia is strong.  Personally though, I'm just as excited to watch this on TV like I used to watch the old Tyson fights back in the day.  I expect Netflix to spare no expense making it an entertaining broadcast as it breaks new ground for them as well.  So while I may not be there (we'll see), it sure seems like this will be an event to remember, or at least I hope it will be.

Ho boy, if you have the chance to see that fight live, don't miss it because we all know this will be the last fight from Mike Tyson and the last opportunity to see him fighting.

I was looking at the ticket price, and it will be from $450 to $3241... i mean, if you are going to watch it from the last row for $450 i would better recommend watching it at home, but if you have the chance to get a nice seat close to the ring, then it totally worth it to be there.

I agree, I mean honestly this might be one of the last rounds for Mike Tyson, and to see him fight Jake Paul would be so epic. Huge names will be at this match. Trump of course, and lots of other famous people, it surely would be a once in a lifetime experience for pretty much anyone. That ticket price range honestly seems reasonable for a fight like that, but then again why not just go to a sports bar with your mates or stream it live in the comfort of your own home and cook your own food and get your own drinks- that also sounds nice too haha. I certainly won't be able to make it but you can bet i'll be tuning in for this one!

Money is not a problem for those who really like to see their idol fight once more. It's Tyson is the main attraction here, not Jake Paul. We all know that this fight is televise under netflix, well, that's for free if we are a subscriber but watching in the arene is just a different kind of feeling, you know if you want to be fully satisfied and you have the means to do that, why not?
actually money is still problem if you are a fan but has not much fund to go watch live in the Ring because its really expensive if you are not living in the country where this will be held .
I am a Tyson fan since college day and seeing Him box up to this year? that is something i don't wanna miss so indeed that I will make sure to pay my netflix so i there is no chance of not watching this greatest event in boxing history .

Agreed money is definitely still a problem for those who do not have the means and netflix is the only option. Even so it is still a chance to witness watching something live and definitely a fight for the history books. I can't believe Tyson's still got it. This man is in peak shape still for his age and that is something to be spoken of, its impressive. Mike Tyson is a pretty wild character, really quite a treat for the fans. And yes, Jake Paul is just a play boy but honestly kids got a future.

I believe Paul's entire game will be around tiring out Tyson until he can do something. Because it doesn't make any sense for him to face him straight away and go for a knockout. If he does this he will suffer a lot
I thought that too, as he is younger and his endurance is better than Mike because of old age, but still we can't cancel out the fact that Tyson is currently on intense training which can improved in a month. If you are going to watch Tyson's old match, he prefer to give all in the first rounds of the match, if Jake Paul could survive those match without receiving a heavy blow from Tyson, then there's a chance that his strategy of tiring out Mike and knock him out could work.

Even if he didn't get direct punch, receiving a heavy punch from former heavy weight champion could exhaust him too.

Yes, it's like traveling the same path, but Tyson has seen this path before and can remember many things from the past with much more ease and technique. He won't learn new things, he won't need to study the opponent in depth, he will just need to remember everything. His biggest opponent right now is himself.

If he has the means why not. Roy Jones vs Mike exhibition fight is one of the PPV highest money makers. Mike is one of the athletes who makes people pay not just for the PPV but for the arena goers.

I think the videos he uploaded on the internet already sparked interest in what he could do at his age so yep maybe its worth going. But for someone who has a tight budget, subscribing to netflix is enough.

For sure that is the strategy what Paul would able to do since he will take advantage on his stamina since we know that Tyson is old and might cannot handle to play long minutes and if they are successful to make Tyson tired then its a perfect time to do their finishing tactics.

Also there's no doubt that Tyson will seek for early finish or knockout since for sure he know that he's not capable to withstand long minutes and rounds since we know that he is old already that's why he maybe think about making this fight last long since this maybe can give him a disadvantage and its a shame if he would lose to a youtuber. So provably he will save his legacy so that no questions and debates will rise among boxing fans watching this match.

Although that's the best strategy for him but I don't think Jake Paul is afraid of the punches of Mike Tyson, he is old so don't expect that he still have the same power when he was still young. If Jake Paul is not afraid to go toe to toe against a decent boxers, younger ones, then I'm not seeing he'll use that strategy to just run and wait until Mike Tyson gets gas out until he attacks. I find it not exciting at all, people will watch this fight becasue they want Mike to dominate, so Jake should show the fans that it's not gonna happen.

Most of the people who want to see this are people who have never had the opportunity to see Mike Tyson fight live in the past.

I also don't believe that Jake Paul has any type of fear, he will fight in search of victory, as he has fought against others before, although his opponent, despite being old, Tyson is on another level when it comes to boxing, this is something totally different for Jake Paul

Why nobody is discussing that the fight is going to be as a heavyweight fight? Cheesy When Jake was always a cruiserweight. Even though on the paper that can be only few kg difference, on the fight day, the difference might be +10kg. Jake will be having a debut as a heavyweight (already a soil for excuse if he looses Cheesy), so stamina factor might not be so obvious on Jakes side.

No, it's a big difference in weight, so he will be at a disadvantage here but maybe he will try to go as heavy as he can. But remember Mike Tyson is not that big though, he  can make this fight around 200'ish pounds so that is good enough for Jake Paul to at least make 190++ pounds.

Yes, that's what I'm seeing here, gas tank of Mike Tyson is no longer that deep, even if he trains a lot here, he will still be a at disadvantage because of his age. So not sure how Jake Paul can take advantage of that. Maybe he will try to tire Mike Tyson in the first 5 rounds.

I believe Paul's entire game will be around tiring out Tyson until he can do something. Because it doesn't make any sense for him to face him straight away and go for a knockout. If he does this he will suffer a lot

Yes, and if we look at it, this could be a very good strategy for Paul in the beginning. However, if he will have to tire Mike Tyson, he will have to engage him at some point in the fight and it could be still dangerous for him as Mike still have that power even at his age, in my opinion.

And so Mike might go all out in the first couple of rounds and look for a knockout while Jake Paul will try to avoid it at all cost and shell and cover his face to avoid that power coming in his way. But I think Paul's chin is not that solid, so still 50/50 for him to win by this strategy.

Turns out this will become a professional fight and it will go into each fighters professional career results as well, I did not expected this because it is 100% obvious that it is an exhibition match and nothing more. They are doing this only for the money and nothing more. I get that some fans will want to see something serious, because it has the potential to be a serious fight but to be fair I am definitely certain that we are not going to get a serious fight here, one of them is a youtubers brother and the other is a 50+ year old retired boxer, result shouldn't really matter here.

In any case, there are things that is required when it is professional fight, like medical expert team ready with all the gadgets, so that makes me feel better about this fight for sure.

Only time will tell if it's an exhibition or not but it will be obvious once the fight starts whether it is or not.

Why nobody is discussing that the fight is going to be as a heavyweight fight? Cheesy When Jake was always a cruiserweight. Mike will probably try get an early KO as I think that's the only way he wins here. Mike needs to use his superior boxing skills and experience to his advantage because the longer the fight goes on the better for Jake as he can use his youth and energy to just take him down like a wounded animal.

If we speak about muscles, then for a person who has bern training for a long part of his life it isnt hard to maintain them in good shape. Muscles have memory. On the other hand, pile of muscles gives some advantage in boxing, but they are not game changers. But the body in general and reflex are from being in peak form. Anyway, this fight is not about whl wins, but imho it is about one boxer meets legend, other returns in the ring and show that what battle pensioner is capable of, spectators get fun, investors money.

Mere muscles don't mean anything without technique and cardio, otherwise we'd see all bodybuilders in the sport and dominating. It can even be a disadvantage because more muscles also means you require more oxygen to them and that means you can gas out and tire easier.

definitely, ain't no way he just gonna risk that by facing tyson when he's not exhausted yet, probably just gonna try to do whatever is safest for him and then try to be aggressive later on.
but surely mike tyson gonna figure that out too and take countermeasure right such as trying to not exhaust himself to play the long game.
but we don't know for sure ego also at play here, as far as I know someone like jake paul definitely has high ego, probably trying to prove himself or something.
we will see when his match finally live and judge based on that, i'm sure people will make many opinion about the approach that either jake paul or mike tyson is making.
but i think in term of reputation its always gonna be a losing game for jake paul, well if he could win somehow surely that gonna turn the tables here.
