Sure he will be training hard as Tyson has built his name to be a solid KO artist. But I doubt this will be a serious fight. It's called an "Exhibition fight" for a reason, no one will get harm especially the old guy and probably Jake Paul would be able to continue his career as a boxer now. There's still plenty of time to promote the fight, but the world knows it's Mike Tyson so they'll watch especially that it's broadcast in Netflix where membership is not expensive unlike paying a PPV subsciption.
I just learned that from you as the fight will be an
exhibition fight, which means there won't be much seriousness or strong punches involved. Unlike official competitions, exhibition fights are only for entertainment and shows rather than determining a winner, so despite the spark between Mike tyson and Jake lately, this will be only to show off like WWE show?
I can’t understand this also watching this video posted yesterday on Youtube:
"I’M GONNA HURT YOU!” Mike Tyson BRUTAL Warning To Jake Paul On LIVE TV
Since it's just an exhibition fight, they can make their own rules and that could be not allowing both to be seriously injured.
There are also fights before with Jake Paul that is called as exhibition fights but he knock his opponent out, so it's not really an assurance that no one will get hurt since its an exhibition, but considering Mike Tyson is already old, they might make the rules to favor him.
So given the nature of exhibition fights, the question is whether sportsbooks would allow betting on this coming event? It’s can be all an arranged fight and if people knows the results already it gonna be a mess in sportsbooks.
We will only know if there's an odds if they'll list it. Once the rules are not yet final, there will be no betting odds to be seen, and if there's no wininer, no betting odds will be created.
