The KYC process at this casino is rude, we will find requirements like:

Notarized documentation: Your documents may need to be authenticated by an appropriately qualified Notary/Solicitor, signed and stamped as proof of legitimacy upon our request.

While deposits are in crypto they will ask for your credit/debit card.

We need both sides of the cards signed, we need to see the first 6 digits of the cards as well as the last 4 digits, you should cover the other numbers as well as the CVV code.

While bigger the user wins harder will be the kick process, that's why i hardly recommend to user read the TOS before deciding to create an account.
I do even see their wagering requirement getting more higher and higher on every tier.

1st Deposit Bonus
Wagering requirement of 35 times (35x)

2nd Deposit Bonus
Wagering requirement of 60 times (60x)

3rd Deposit Bonus
Wagering requirement of 80 times (80x

4th Deposit Bonus
Wagering requirement of 100 times (100x)

https://joya.casino/info/bonuses.html#50-fs-bonus

I have already say meh on 60x.. How much more on 100x?  Grin
Well, this is actually what I refer to as nonsense  Grin, for me too, when it comes to wager requirements, I usually consider anything above 60x as the casino being criminally minded, how much more above 60x and even up to 100x as we can see here? This is completely insane to be honest.

And it actually pains that some really good casino do not know that that they can make or mere themselves by simple things like this, their quest for more and much more profits, most of the time make them lose customers and even potential customers, what stops them from leaving the wager requirements for all the 4 levels of bonuses at 35x each? And when they actually be reducing the wager requirement because second, third and forth deposit shows the user's commitment in playing on the casino, they are actually increasing the wager requirement to discourage the player (who might have lost all the money he or she deposited first) the more.

That looks good, what's your role on this platform are you part of the team or you're representing them here in Bitcointalk, good to know that they already have a Curacao License https://verification.curacao-egaming.com/validateview.aspx?domain=joya.casino.
Checking some of the reviews online there are some negative reviews but the team is addressing these issues
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/joya.casino

Here are some reviews coming from review sites so far they are doing good
https://thegamepoint.io/casino/joya-review/
https://bitcasinorank.com/casino/joya/

Do the team have a plan to launch a signature campaign here to be more competitive and to get more attention coming from active gamblers

Obviously that he mentioned about  he was just posting this as being paid so he has no
connection in the team by all means , and about those concerns you asks? I believe that only the team
will address everything for you.

Welcome to the forum Guys , waiting for the official representative to clear everything
 here aside from the OP.

Btw welcome to the bitcointalk forum, I hope the casino team will communicate with the community on this forum.

We will all be waiting for satisfactory answers to these questions, since Op is not part of the project team, and it seems that the team is not yet interested in creating an account to be its official representative on the forum to take care of answering the community’s questions.
Yes, that's right, one of the casino teams also creates an active account and at least interacts with the community so they don't rely on the services of other people in this forum to create threads and campaign for site promotions, I think it's difficult to get traffic and trust from the community if the team is not involved in the campaign in this forum, the important thing is interaction with the community answering every important question from the community.

So when the interaction is very active, it will build its own reputation for the site from this forum while also getting more traffic than before. Moreover, it is not difficult to create an account and become a copper member on this forum so that the casino team can interact with all forum users who will become users of their site. In the future, their site will gain the trust of the people here

While deposits are in crypto they will ask for your credit/debit card.
Why would they ask this if you players are not using credit cards? Even stranger is strict notarized document for casino with Curacao gambling license Tongue
I wont register with this strict kyc rules, but maybe they did this to protect against bonus and free spins abuse.
They are offering 50 free spins and I am sure some people will try to earn more from this and get flagged by system.

I do not see this as sufficient motivation to impose these extreme measures. Trying to avoid abuse in the first bonus program may cost the casino the loss of good clients who may be unable to provide this type of supporting documents or who refuse to follow through on principle.

I also find it strange for a licensed casino to impose a strict notarized document, and I do not find a convincing explanation for this, especially since I have never heard of a casino requiring a notarized document before.

They could have implemented it later when they had fully established their reputation but not if they are the new casino that just building their brand here in the industry, this is a big turn-off for players they will have second thoughts about picking this casino and including it to their list of casinos to play, even the top casinos in the industry do not ask these requirements.
I don't have a credit card and I never thought of taking one I only use Cryptocurrency on all the casinos I play and I'm not sure I'm not the only one there are so many of us, so that's a big number that will not play on your casino, unless they missed reading these requirements.

Building my own Dreams!
Welcome to the forum. I am curious regarding the site’s name. What does it actually signifies? It’s just a random name of some person or what is it? If we want to communicate with the site’s officials, then we have to do it through you OP? Nevertheless the site’s design looks good and the color scheme is perfect. I can see that you mentioned that you guys have a curaco license, which enhances the trust from the gamblers. I just wanted to know more about the KYC thing. Moreover, excited to see the free spins and deposit bonuses. Will definitely try the site.

This is something that you don't read very often in Terms Of the Service of a casino, I have never encountered a KYC that needs to be validated although it is a measure to prevent forgery much better than taking a selfie in one of the landmarks in your city, the other one is questionable because especially in a third world country, not everybody has a credit card, if you can't produce a credit card your funds will be locked.
This casino is not yet fully established to ask for a very strict KYC requirement and it's a turn-off for gamblers who value their privacy.
Another reason why reading the TOS will save you in many cases

This is the only second casino I have seen asking for a notarized documentation during KYC verification. In the other case I saw before, the casino was trying to prove whether the person in question had forged their documents, leading them to lock up his funds and ban the account but in the end the complainant won the case.

I hope this Notarized documentation comes on only in specially cases and not everyone that is trying to verify for KYC

I think this will be part of the standard documentation that a lot of online gambling platforms will require soon. Hopefully not, but with a lot of people being able to forge their documents with ease for verification purposes, it's not far that a lot of casinos will soon require this. I still think that this is too much for standard verification, and that a simple photo of an ID would suffice in most cases. But yeah, this is not under our control, though hopefully if we submit such sensitive information to these platforms, they also handle these documents with utmost care to prevent leaks.

Great ANN presentation op. The site itself looks great too, but it's missing an FAQ section somewhere at the bottom answering important queries such as minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal, house edge etc.

Also, those KYC requirements are messed up as some of the posters above mentioned and they need to be removed asap to be frank.

Welcome to the forum, the site looks nice and interesting, but this KYC policy is just crazy. If not removed, it makes no real sense to make an account. More and more casinos do ask for KYC and I am OK doing that, but requirements like this? This is just a bridge to far in my eyes.

Want top-notch marketing for your project, Hire me
That looks good, what's your role on this platform are you part of the team or you're representing them here in Bitcointalk
As you can see I'm just a campaign manager not part of the casino team.
Do the team have a plan to launch a signature campaign here to be more competitive and to get more attention coming from active gamblers
Read the OP messages.

The casino features look nice, and I don't know if they will come to bitcointalk for ads and promotions to help them serve their customers better.
That's exactly what they want to do on this forum.

Are part of the casino team or you are doing this on your won, or the casino told you to advertise for the.
The OP message contains the answer to your question.

It would be great to hear from the OP and see if he's going to launch a signature campaign to market the casino or the team isn't planning to launch any campaign soon.
I am ready to talk with the casino rep and the plan is to do some marketing on this first but they want to start from ANN before moving forward.

I think the same but I have a different thinking. A project team must create their account and buy a Copper membership to publish their Announcement thread. This account belongs to the project (casino) team and they are completely controlling from posting to updating in their announcement thread.
You have a point and this is not my first time helping casino with ANN. In the meantime, the casino is already working on their account as we speak.

According to what I learned about the casino what they require is a Name, surname, date of birth, valid email address, and nationality, but in any situation where the player is immediately identified as being high risk, Provably Fair Gaming BV may immediately ask for additional personal details and verification on stage.

This is new for me, I have never heard similar term like this before and it is obvious that it is just too complicated rules.
This is why you ought to read the KYC policies and AML yourself not just rely on what someone says.

I see you already know the terrain of this platform and possibly you are their representative here for you to have created an announcement thread for the casino. I believe you will guide them through their staying here.

I would not be surprised you will manage their signature campaign if they intend to do such and I believe you would manage it properly mate.

Lastly, I would commend the casino for their user friendly interface.  The website is clean and designed with a touch of excellence.

Op you are welcome to the forum. The site is device friendly and it has nice view. Even the ANN is nice. And if you will make advertisement of the casino here in the forum. You can meet an expert manager to give you some template and you to make things easy for you. The KYC is harsh, you would have made the KYC simple for gamblers because that might scare them at the initial time. In normal KYC, you don't need to ask a document that signed by a legal solicitor.

Nice ANN thread. Welcome to the forum, team Joya Casino!
Let's see how you'll go from here.

What's the value of each spins for the free 50 spins upon signing up?
The accumulated winnings from those spins are needed to be wagered 35x, I think this is fair.
Can we wager those on live games or table games like blackjack?

Most other casinos will only ask documents like proof of income as the highest level of KYC, but this one in joya seems to be in different world.
I was interested to try this casino because the 50 free spins offer, vip program and the available game providers.
Luckily I find your post about this, I did not read the whole terms of KYC as I thought it is the same as most other casinos but I was wrong.

What seoincorporation shared about the kyc process of this casino does not stop you from getting and trying your luck with the 50 free spins, as a matter of fact, I could also sign up after posting this comment, get the 50 free spins and see what luck have in store for me, I believe the free spins does require one making any deposit before they get it, so, I wont deposit my money, I am just gonna play the 50 spins and if luckily, I win an amount of money that is enough to cover the wager requirements and still leave something for me to withdraw, I will see if they can allow me withdraw without kyc, but if it happens that they need me to pass kyc verification before I withdraw, then I probably will to but if like seoincorporation said, their requirements is too hefty for me, then I will just abandon the money for them and thank them for wasting my time  Grin.
