I’m browsing the casino right now via mobile device but I don’t find it not user friendly at all. I admit that they have odd aspect ration when their menu is being use but that doesn’t affect the overall performance of the casino once playing a game. Being laggy or the game slow to load are my basis for not being a user friendly in mobile because there’s a lot of casino worst than this in terms of gaming experience using mobile.

Almost all casinos that are launching themselves come up with the same template for design. I did not find their UI/UX bad, it is eye-soothing and grabs the attention of anyone visiting their casino. I did check their website on mobile devices and it is fully compatible and easy to access on mobile devices without any issue. The desktop version is good too, but I do not understand why you have written that it is currently not mobile-friendly. They have a slider on the home page which is not that big. All the games are displayed below the slider and you can access the menu by clicking on the hamburger menu at the top left hand. Everything looks perfect and it is not that bad as you have written.

I think this is what my previous post also hopes for, that there should be casino representatives who really actively interact and communicate with users of this forum, at least that can increase trust little by little so that a good reputation can be built on this site. That's insane wagering requirement, although the bonus is bigger for each tier but the wagering requirement is insane. Most other casinos has no leveling up wagering requirement for their bonus like this, most of them is fixed around 30-40x for all type of deposit bonus. Lets break it down a bit by comparing the 1st and 4th deposit bonus. The 1st deposit bonus give 150% bonus with 35x rollover, and the 4th deposit bonus gives 2x bigger bonus (300%) but it has almost 3x bigger rollover (100x). I have no idea, who is the one behind their marketing team who decide to offer such insane wagering requirement.

The KYC process at this casino is rude, we will find requirements like:

Notarized documentation: Your documents may need to be authenticated by an appropriately qualified Notary/Solicitor, signed and stamped as proof of legitimacy upon our request.

We need both sides of the cards signed, we need to see the first 6 digits of the cards as well as the last 4 digits, you should cover the other numbers as well as the CVV code.

While bigger the user wins harder will be the kick process, that's why i hardly recommend to user read the TOS before deciding to create an account.
