Maybe there is only a typo there? Because nowadays people are busy and maybe so as the casino or their representative, so they may not post on the forum for a while but with the money they have, they can always hire someone who will act as their behalf.

I thought that by appointing a trusted and experienced member like you, this would help them deal with the forum more smoothly and as quickly as possible. This seems to me to be the most professional step they have taken so far, considering that Bitcointalk is the most important space in which any casino must prove its presence in order to take a share of the crypto gambling market.

In general, I do not think that the forum is too complicated to use only for posting and answering questions from inquirers. We are all eager to see the next steps, which I hope will not be delayed any longer. good luck
I am aware of how eager people are to have an answer to their questions but you need to understand that the ANN was created because the casino is serious about marketing and use of this forum when the time is right they will get back to the question asked.

Actually they already have it, and that is the OP or @suzanne5223. I still find it weird on why their account is online but not making any posts. But maybe they are only observing how things run here? With or without occasions, it is always best to stay active on their communities, as it is going to benefit them. Unless there is something serious, like a raised issue or anything that can raise questions, maybe their attention will be called back to the thread either by mail or any means through which they could be reached.
 
If they can just assign just 1 rep, even if they are not active every day, at least coming online to check if there is a concerned customer who seeks some clarification will go a long way. Effective communication builds strong relations between customers and clients, but a lot of people don't know this.

OP has an answer regarding on this and maybe they are trying to figure out first how to use the forum. Also maybe holiday factor makes them became inactive here for a while so maybe lets give them time to settle up things needed especially for their representative to learn on how to properly use this forum since maybe they became active here if holiday season is done and there's already a demand needed to take care since for sure they want to make their business big.

Maybe if next year if we can't hear anything coming from their official representative and no people aside from OP answering questions well maybe they don't really have a plan to focus on bitcointalk and maybe they just create a thread just to introduce their casino.

I am ready to talk with the casino rep and the plan is to do some marketing on this first but they want to start from ANN before moving forward.
I'm not sure when you may ask the casino representative to do some marketing but I believe marketing is the most important thing for a casino and without proper marketing players may not hear about casinos and they don't really trust the casinos that doesn't have some marketing activities. I'm saying those from my own experience and I believe anyone who knows how important marketing is will agree with me.

It's good that you started the announcement thread of the casino but I would recommend you to ask them about the marketing and show them that how useful marketing is in growth of a casino. There are some good casinos out there with very professional teams but they rarely spend some money on marketing and that's why they rarely get any new users on their platforms. What you are saying is the procedure that most casinos have followed, so far there is nothing wrong, people have gotten used to it, now when in this casino they ask for an authenticated document, then everything becomes very complicated, because this doesn't make sense.
I understand your point but you appear not to understand what I am saying.
The authenticated document is only requested if there's something risky or illegal is identified about the user and this document is not requested by the casino itself but by the Provably Fair Gaming BV.
I believe you know the casino can not operate outside the rules and regulations of their Master license holder.

I liked the look of website a lot, but the banners are lot bigger so you can lower the sizes of it, it covers full page of the website so it difficult to see the games.

I can also access the website from my end either. I like the casino UI and it appears to be mobile-friendly. I like the fact that the casino representative said they are working on reviewing the casino bonus structures and wagering requirements as requested by the community.

Just tried to access their site but it seems everything is fine, but loading takes long and I don't know if there's a problem on my network or their site just load slow. Upon checking they have nice site UI but didn't this their games yet and maybe will try them one of these days if I will never read any issue that will occur to their newly launched casino in this forum.

loading on my end is quite okay though. maybe, it depends on your net provider. i just noticed that they included their trustpilot link at the bottom of their landing page. even if the rating is not so high, they still included it. it means, they are open to such criticisms and are ready to face their players in transparent manner. for me, that's a good sign. if you have nothing to hide and want to resolve things, you will be open to all criticisms.
