I'm thinking about resign for this campaign since OP is very busy to do something,
Or at least OP can hire other people to manage the payout.

A shame you feel that way right now, since payments have just all been sent right now, excluding one person under investigation. As the post above yours says, I did indeed hire someone else to manage the payouts for me.
Payouts were sent at 0.00012 BTC/post ie 20% higher than the higher rate due to my lack of activity recently.
I was under no obligation to do that but yea... enjoy
Next payment next weekend as per usual.
Edit: I should add any disputes with payments post here publicly or PM me, no problem either way

You also not registered at BitBiz with the same name, as you are registered for Bitcointalk, which takes more time to cross check, because I have to go back to your posts to pair the BitBiz user with the user here.
