There is no trasparency at all. Design and concept could be attractive, but it's just a normal HYIP, remember this. 25 Days to get back just your deposit seems a bit much, and if we thinks how many days these HYIPs runs seems a bit to risky.

What determines risk since it seems that so far there are only two risks, High and extremely high
Many factors, Risk can be: EXTREMELY LOW - VERY LOW - LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH - VERY HIGH - EXTREMELY HIGH
It's not my fault if 95% of these HYIPs are just trash or owers are too greedy. It's not easy to find a good HYIP with low risk here...Owners seems a bit new/noob to HYIP concept in general.

- How much effort they were put into their project?

Tricky HYIP, design is really cool and attractive, but basically it's just a short term HYIP, probably very short. Be careful. People can login in other accounts and withdraw instead of the owner, what they need is just the BTC address.
