If they tell you that the withdrawal went through, ask them for the transaction ID.

Hi. I answered your email, but since you asked publicly I'll answer publicly too.
That address doesn't show any 20 BTC transaction, even though the MtGox screenshot you sent me shows that you requested it.
That leads me to believe that MtGox didn't send out the withdrawal you requested, and so you need to talk to them about it.
See http://blockchain.info/address/12fcAGNmm7gpvPjekoeGciuSAQFdCv5mLK for the transactions to that address.
