I've been into different market cycles through years and my personal view about the bearish season has been changing yearly. I used to see it as a bad thing and I also thought that I could just lose my funds in it but I started appreciating it when I saw its importance. I've realized that the bearish season is an open opportunity for everyone to buy and accumulate potential coins. It isn't something to be feared but it's an opportunity to buy and hold.
It might be a cliche that you hear only in bull markets but "this time it will be different" could apply to this bear market. We wanted adoption and visibility, now we have visibility big time in form of centralized exchange ceos going to prison and "decentralized" stablecoins like ust crashing making people lose billions. I've seen some bear markets during my time in here, but this feels very different.

It's just like some choice and strategy of being hopeful that it will be good as is. It's okay for those who are doing it if they're careful or not because they will still have the time to look at it even if they are on the verge of losing.
For someone who's having a hard time choosing an altcoin, it's on them to feel the hardship but it's not that hard at all when you've got to pick the top ones and those that have the reputation already that are unlikely to rug pull.
And everyone's choices and strategies will be different so we may have our own choice to choose bitcoin or altcoin.
Regardless of what our choice is, we must be able to analyze it before deciding so we don't choose the wrong coin.
Current market conditions are declining again, causing some altcoins to experience another decline and some altcoins to decline sharply because bitcoin is also declining.
But this is a good time to accumulate bitcoin or altcoins that have the potential to increase so that we can buy them at low prices.
It is where many are having the wrong choice if it's with altcoins. We're in a bear market and everything is cheap and so the others do is to pick almost everything that they see because they're all encouraging to buy and think that it will be way up higher within the next bull cycle.
But, it's not going to be like that, buy bitcoin and then choose your altcoins that you think will be increasing and will meet your expectation.

That's precisely what I'm thinking, I'm pretty comfortable with the market falling more. Simply because I believe that the market will never die or disappear just because of a few crashes, and I believe this time the market will also recover and rise again. Of course, there is no guarantee that the 4-year history will repeat, maybe the bear season will last longer than we thought, but after all, everything will recover. Therefore, the bear market is an opportunity for us to shop comfortably at extremely low prices, why be afraid?

I guess maturity comes with experience right guys? yeah, we have been in this kind of situation before and we all past that big litmus test when we are all beginners once. But now we have the experience already and so we somewhat are not affected by the bear market and if you look at it, we still have a full year ahead of us, and so many things can happen, worst, but we all gonna take it easy and have the patience to survived and then eventually their is light at the end of the tunnel as we will see that bullish cycle in 2024-2025.

The good coins only are the good ones to have but I know that everyone is having the idea that it's also good to have some bets and pick those low-capped coins that might rise in the next years.
Those that have seen pumping that much and it's what they're trying to do with some other altcoins that haven't pumped yet because it's like a lottery that could bring in thousands to millions of potential profit if a crazy pump does happen. It's going to be a common strategy for most when they've seen it happen to others.
If they choose an altcoin just because it's like a lottery and choose it randomly without research, they could fall into the trap of choosing the wrong altcoin.
It has happened before and many people have suffered huge losses because the altcoin they chose did not increase like other altcoins.
This is where we have to be really careful choosing the altcoin because it has a big risk if we choose the wrong one.
And if they are having a hard time choosing an altcoin, the only way it might be is to just pick a bitcoin and hold on to it until it goes up in price.
That would be better than being confused about choosing the altcoin in a bear market like now.
It's just like some choice and strategy of being hopeful that it will be good as is. It's okay for those who are doing it if they're careful or not because they will still have the time to look at it even if they are on the verge of losing.

I really feel bad about crypto, even Binance they are trying to have some legal issues. Once whales successfully suspend Binance from operation many people will try to FUD and there will be a mass withdrawal. The bestway to secure your asset is to save your cryptos in cold wallet stroage.

Just how bad is the bear market right now?
Historically low prices have endured for a longer period of time in the present bear market cycle than in any other.

this is my first bear market, in my opinion the current bear market is still running normally and smoothly, because based on the news that I have seen and heard, it is said that bitcoin has experienced a worse bear market than this. but in my opinion the bear market this time is quite good because the decline in bitcoin is not up to 90%.
and it is understandable that the current bear market can also be caused by a downturn in the world economy. so naturally if there is a bear market like now.

how bad is the current bear market? if you look at the price drop that happened yesterday it's not too bad because the price of bitcoin only fell by about 5%. but if you look at it as a whole there is still the potential for the bitcoin price to drop to a lower price. I often say if the bitcoin price touches $ 17k, it is very likely that the bitcoin price will continue to fall to $ 13k.

Perhaps it was a suicidal move but we can't deny that many people make a huge profit from investing in hype projects.
Just imagine about 1000 times ( or more) the price increase from a shitcoin, that is really big money for the investors, and people have kept that motivation that one day they get such a thing. Though we know the risk of investing in these shitcoins, many people still aim for their luck in them. They keep buying altcoins and hope for a huge profit when Bullrun comes.
It's a hype and trend that we've seen that many have really made profit but also, we saw those that have been rekt and lost money due to it.

The price of a cryptocurrency can fluctuate significantly over time, and there is no guarantee that its price will continue to rise or continue to fall. It is possible that low cryptocurrency prices can last for a longer period of time in a bear market cycle, however, this cannot be considered a certainty. There are always risks associated with investing in cryptocurrencies, and it is important to understand those risks and decide if they fit your risk profile. Before deciding to invest in cryptocurrencies, it's a good idea to do some research first and understand the risks associated with those investments.

It is good time to collect cheap altcoins since this market crash can be opportunity for those who missed train. The market prices decline for reason, the whales keep dumping altcoin bags to speculate markets and take advantage of it. My prediction is 5 more months for bear market then green colors will appear on charts.

Just how bad is the bear market right now?

I do not think the market is that bad right now.  Actually, I think it is good for accumulation.  If we only accumulate low-priced potential coins, there is a possibility that we will have a huge profit when the bull market comes.  While others think that the bear market is cursed, I think otherwise, I believe it is a chance for those who missed out to get into the market and accumulate future profit.

Historically low prices have endured for a longer period of time in the present bear market cycle than in any other.

Well, the longer the bear market is, the sweeter it is when the bull market comes.  That is what I always think whenever this kind of event happens.

Hug the dip. Accept the situation as nothing we can do about it. Besides, for experienced ones, it's not the first time they experienced a bear market.

We won't learn if everything will always go up. There are lots of genius during the bull run but left dumb during the bear run.

Instead of treating the bear market as a negative thing, make that your advantage by accumulating more coins.
It's better that way we don't need to panic with bear market conditions,
when we panic then it becomes a problem because we tend to make wrong decisions,
so as much as possible take advantage of the bear market to make a profit and it takes patience
But that's the problem itself. People cannot help but to panic simply because they are seeing losses. "invest an amount you can afford to lose" is just a phrase and most of the investors would agree to it but cannot really stand market dumps in this industry and that I think is normal. People are simple different from one another; some can endure and has long tolerance with market inconsistencies. Taking advantage of the bear market is not for everyone. Why? Could you add more amount to your 'losing' investment? If you can afford then that's good but majority won't; some are even giving up.

It's bad because I still keep seeing that bad news about FTX and about people whining about their losses and the market having a hard time moving up because of too many FUD this 2022 is one of the hardest years for the industry as two of the platforms in the industry Luna and FTX gave us the biggest fiasco in the history of the industry, 2022 is forgettable but we must not lose hope 2023 is just a year for another halving and there will be more great news coming to stop from the likes of FTX and Luna from happening again.
This is because such thing does not happen on a usual basis. Also, it is a big project and that makes it no longer surprising why people especially those who suffered huge losses, cannot move on with what happened in an instant. Just let them reflect into it. But that's indeed true, FUD happens just because of it.

but I'm sure, some people will think about entering the market. even still doubtful about the potential for a deeper market decline.
the moment is indeed good to collect more assets. because most altcoin prices have also decreased. but reconsider the investment planning that we do. we've been in a bear market for quite a while. too much negative news lately. we will see the market opportunity to grow again in a better trend when market adoption has improved.

I am not really worrying this current bear amrket. but I am worrying about the next wave that may crash the amrket and will worse the amrket. Moreover, currently there are so many big FUD that will give bad efffect tot he big platform. After the falll of FTX, I am starting to worry about other exchanges. This FUD may keep continuing and will probably make the market worse again. But whatever happened, be patinet and never panic yourself, so that you can control and manage your self during the worse bearish amrket again

If you are worried about using centralized exchanges, then, get out your funds after you finished trading.
At one point, we do need to use their services, so we can't avoid them.
This bear market is always part of this market, but I do believe that we will get out on this market trend.
If more people are getting into and learning about the benefits of crypto, there's always hope that we will bounce back.
Just a matter of time when we will see the line moving up again, and by that time, one should be prepared so as not to regret why you didn't do anything while the price level is relatively low.
