Just how bad is the bear market right now?
Historically low prices have endured for a longer period of time in the present bear market cycle than in any other.
We're just good. We just see the real scenario of the market and if we take a look at the past bear market, we will really be thinking we are too far from what happened before. Despite the market crash, I remain optimistic about the market as it recovers sooner. I'd never think about the worse scenario but what we have now is another opportunity given to us, especially for new investors.

If we are just looking for the negative views of the market, the more we got disturbed and can't even think of the right thing to do.
Trust is really what we need.

So many hodlers hope to be able to sell their token this period of celebration but it seems to me that it might not be possible because if they decide to sell they might be selling at a loss and no one wants to be at a loss in their business.
And even those businesses that accept Bitcoin as a means of payment I'm still wondering how their businesses are doing now in this bear market.

So I would say that the market is pretty bad for those that are hoping to use their funds in this bear market. While for those who are not concerned it might just be an opportunity for them.

I would say the same as always, it depends on when you entered! This bear market right now is bad for people who started investing in the last bull run! But if you think about the people who are in long before that it's totally different picture, some coins are holding at some prices that are higher compare to the ones from a few years ago.

This bear market is not bad. At least not yet, I think we didn't touch the bottom yet.

If we look at the history of the crypto market, especially bitcoins price, the result is quite amazing because of its past history of recovery no matter how down the price was. It never sinks to the bottom after any tragedy it has been through that it never recovered from it. Today, you just need to grab the opportunity if you have some extra money to spend on investment because this kind of chance is rare at the same time, you also need the requirement to know the right coins to invest as well but if you are not really sure which one, then stick to bitcoins.
That is exactly how it will be this time around as well. I know not many people believe that but I am 100% certain that we are going to end up with a recovery yet again. This means that if we work towards just buying a bit each week if we can, and hold it as long as we possibly could, that will result with a big profit. I am not saying that it's going to be that easy, it will of course but a bit hard but the hardest part is the holding part.

If you can just ignore the current price, and focus on what it could be, then we are going to end up with a good profit without a doubt. I just hope that people do not forget that they need to make sure that it's going to be a bit of a trouble if they sell too early.

A bear market will probably affect the value of the cryptocurrency you own, but it is not always a sign that the market will continue to fall. There are many factors that can influence the price movement of cryptocurrencies, so it is difficult to give a definitive answer about how bad the bear market is at the moment. It's a good idea to discuss with a financial advisor or financial expert for the right advice on your investment in cryptocurrencies.
You are right, even before this there were many questions about this. But we will not get definitive answers to questions like this. The market moves up and down and this is something that naturally happens. We will always see a bear market in a certain period, and this period is where we can see a bear market which causes a lot of panic among the users. This is also inseparable from the incident that we saw some time ago regarding the destruction of a project that was even quite large.

I don't know about Black Swan but it appears they already have the next target that could cause another blow to the crypto market.

Binance isn't off the hook yet with the FTX downfall. CZ and Binance is being blamed again because they allegedly refuse to "help out" in the expansion of FTX in other countries. SBF and his team had no other option but to buyback the 20% shares of Binance in the company which was supposedly worth Billions. This info from recent CNBC's interview with Kevin O'Leary.

Sounds outrageous to me but the FUD against Binance is floating around.
Down trend with bear market right now happen before FTX collapse before giving bad situation with FTX exchange market close and suspend withdrawal fund, I don't think until end December down trend market will stop and bullish coming for next year. I am scared when Binance make FUD and I don't think they will stop with other exchange market become the victim like happen with FTX.

I am not totally agree what Binance did made FUD and trying monopoly with exchange market, Binance can stop to make FUD with other exchange market and many people loss their fund in FTX exchange account.

The "bear market" is a subjective view of the current market. Depending on which angle you are looking from, it could look bad but it could also look good. Thats why I always look at the prices from a yearly chart perspective. If you invested 1 year ago, would the current price be a profit to you? If yes, then the bear market is not as bad.

We have seen worse, scary dips and dumps in the past. The current corrections are very slow and can be avoided if you check the prices at least daily. Back a few years ago you would need to keep an eye on the price every second hour in order not to lose half your money in a surprise dump.

The market is not as bad as it used to be. Certainly not as scary.

I don't know why some people are trying to downplay the fact that BTC went from $69K ATH to $16K as not as bad from the previous cycle's drop of $20K to $3K. Percentage may not be exactly the same but the numbers suggest it's really bad. Maybe the positive take there is that prices wouldn't have reached these low levels if not for the Do Kwon and SBF cases.

I do agree it's really that bad, just entering the first year of a bear cycle.

And next year could be worst, we could see another catastrophic event or what we call black swan. It doesn't mean that there could be another exchanges collapsing, but maybe there could be another FUD that can pull the market on the brink of another all time lows this bear cycle.

We just have to accept that fact though that Do Kwon and SBF has something to do with how the market turn out to be this 2022.

Hug the dip. Accept the situation as nothing we can do about it. Besides, for experienced ones, it's not the first time they experienced a bear market.

We won't learn if everything will always go up. There are lots of genius during the bull run but left dumb during the bear run.

Instead of treating the bear market as a negative thing, make that your advantage by accumulating more coins.
It's better that way we don't need to panic with bear market conditions,
when we panic then it becomes a problem because we tend to make wrong decisions,
so as much as possible take advantage of the bear market to make a profit and it takes patience
for beginners, of course, panic is natural, when you see market conditions that continue to trend down. especially with the depreciation of the value of assets owned.
but true, it will provide valuable experience. they can learn how market conditions can change when we can patiently wait for them.
some beginners will stick with their learning. it will give them a good experience. but some others, I believe will exit the market with a loss. either coming back or not.

Indeed. The bear market is bad for investors who are already losing their patience to wait because they want to take profit. But if we track back the past history, there are much worst that happened to the market yet many coins are able to recover back. What I mean is, use this season for your own benefit by buying a cheap coins with high potential to increase once the current season is over.  Weak investors can't think of positive decision to commit during this time, but investors who used to this kind of situation, they know what's the best thing to do.

Its not bad as we see as before and also rather thinking about negative things because you see the price is dumping, maybe try to see it on more positive ways since by this time there are so many cheap coins are worth to buy and we can take advantage to accumulate some since many traders also doing this when bear market season occur.

Rather than thinking how bad the bear market, it is time to think how good the opportunity have arisen for investment. Most of the users have made themselves adopted to the market and aren't pushing themselves towards bull market. Though the market is bearish, there is regular fluctuation and the same is being used as an opportunity. It is proven, whenever there is bear market the same gets followed by bull season. Only choice left for us to be on the safer side is to hold with patience.

I feel like this is alright and it's not doing that bad and I feel like there shouldn't be anything problematic. I feel like this is going to be something that is understandable at the current time and I am feeling like it's going to be a bull run very soon.

I guess there is a good chance that we could be seeing a new All time high if this keeps up, there has been this stuck and just like gas, if something is stuck for too long, eventually it will blow up and the market will be like that. I feel like the current situation is definitely something that could make sure that we are going to end up with a breakout price situation and we will profit.

For many altcoins, it is not really looking good . I recall one of the conversations I had with my friend over a cup of coffee that he is a little bit nervous on how the market is going lately knowing that Bitcoin is going to dip below 50k  and surely altcoins are going to follow along since investors are dumping now.

~
It works for Bitcoin for sure, but we all know how bad it goes to many shitcoins out there. It just stays flat as dead. I would keep holding and buying Bitcoin during these days if I were some of those investors.

I know that everyone feels bad about the bear market after it lasted for a long time more than at any other time, but in times of crisis, wealth is made, so we all lost a lot of money during this bear market, and the collapse of FTX and the collapse of Luna made it worse, but the good and interesting thing during the bear market is that the prices of the altcoins are cheap now we can buy them at huge discounts, aren't these promising opportunities? Also, this time, despite its badness, gave us a lot of lessons and we gained a lot of experience during it, one day we will witness a bull market, and these difficult times and crises that the crypto market is going through may remain just memories, so be optimistic and invest in what you can lose.
Altcoin prices are very good right now, I don’t even know if it makes sense to wait for an even bigger drop, because many of them are very cheap. You can buy now and leave some reserves, they will never be superfluous. I think that starting from the spring of 2023, the situation should change for the better, the bear market has become very protracted and only the persistent will be able to survive and wait for better times.

You shouldn't think about how bad the market is right now, and it's better to consider how you can use the current situation to your advantage. It will make you do a deeper analysis to find the answer to determine when you can enter the market to buy bitcoin. If you see it as bad, you probably won't even try to buy bitcoins right now because you're worried the price will drop even further. And when the price experiences a price reversal, you will be too late to buy and regret it.
