They panic sell because they scare that price of that coin can fall lower, they can lost much money.it is normal
If you panic sell almost whenever earlier this year, now you could buy more than you have then. So relaxing strategy is not that good how sounds. Although I am holding too, i hope so it will be OK ^^
Most people are in panic sell because of no movement to rise up the price for long. Since january upto now bitcoin has did not reach the price same as last year. We have opt to hold our coins and wait for the increase to happen.

i agree ith you, if we see the chart in 2014 we can see the same issue like few exchanger are hacked and chart move, just wait untill 2020-2021 haha

Remove negative thoughts from your mind, just think positively. The market is recovering, there's nothing to panic, do not throw away your money by selling with lower prices.

When this people will gain experience and btc will start to rise they will realize that how biggest mistake they have done by selling it at the loss or at lower price value as we have seen in the past how people have sold at penny price and btc went till 18k $ last Dec only.
