Carl, aka Sonny :)
LOL,

Yes, I have some S7LNs that I used for heating last winter. Since my bride likes to run an electric heater and since she likes a fan blowing near her face while she sleeps and since she also likes a lot of "white" noise to help with her tinnitus a S7LN fits the bill well.

Sounds like the perfect wife for a BTC mining man! Cheesy

Starting to get quite a pile of s9 carcasses to stash at work... Since it looks like s9's can now be hacked to allow freq and Vcore adjustment, wonder if Sidehack might be interested me donating them for making into fairly quiet & efficient heaters like we did with the slew of s7's I had...

Dang that's a bummer NotFuzzy. A good R4 is like a unicorn; you've heard about them but don't really see them!  Cheesy
Even my R4B2 is mostly R2B2 anymore with only one board that consistently hashes.  Might need to do another cleaning.  Tongue

the good unicorn is the first batch of T9. I have few and since running non stop. 2 of them once made 183 days straight.

I picked up 3 T9's from batch-3 and ja - good machines aside from being power hungry. All of course running 24x7x365 with just 1 fan failure until last month when 1 went into huge HW errors on all 3 boards. Replaced with an A841 of course.

Ja. That leave me with just 1 fully functional R4 (batch-6) and a gimpy batch-4 with just 1 board working.
Good part is I see the Avalon's at Blockforge are down to $749 so ordered 2 of them from Blokforge - the 'spare-s9' was originally offline due to a bad hash board that drops out every couple days so will retire it again once the 841's arrive. With BTC over $7400 at least perfect timing for it to happen Wink

Oh hell... Power at work blipped last night and 1 of my R4's along with a batch-17 s9 died. Neither even tries to pre-heat much less hash and yet the controllers do report in on the GUI. Time to get another A841 and down clock it to replace the R4 (is in the break room so has to be quiet) I guess. Replaced the s9 with a spare but still -- poop.

Edit: and the Shift Graph now shows the average of the Approx 5Nd instead of the whole graph.
I really like this new feature! Very cool and appreciated to know how far the current 5Nd goes back and what your average hashrate is for the same time period.

Long live Kano-san!

I do to, the estimated 5Nd average line is very useful to me.  It was fascinating to see how a short outage of a single machine affected the chart.  I can also imagine it will help take the guesswork out of the "ramp" mystery for someone just starting on the pool.

Oh Please!!  Cheesy

Mine on, peeps!

West Coast Server?
I) do not see locations by the server info on the website?
[...]

It seems hosted at Versaweb. The Nevada location. Geolocators also point that way.

What's the address for it? I'm using NY from Phoenix.
The nodes are listed on the Web Home Page and the first post here stating there they are.
There are no others that you can mine to.

The US/stratum servers (there's 3 on the one name) are in Oregon.

Servers have moved over the 3.5 years since that post ... the main server has moved twice since then, and no one mines to or can access the main server since the first move.
