Just as I thought - few days until max power will be reached. But thank You for explaining Smiley And I must admit, CK Pool is cool Smiley Waiting for next blocks Smiley
Oh sorry - made a mistake there, it's currently a bit over 11 days (276Hrs) not 9
(just edited my post so it says 11)

Awesome another block! Nice little run we are having here.

Questions, with the pool being down @ 1PH shifts paid go back around 370 or so right?
Yeah it goes back quite a way - 276Hrs and for this round that was 351

... and in case you wanted more information Smiley

I got 351 from the console log I wrote for that which has the numbers wm=350 plus the (at the time unsummarised) block shift - which was 'ss=123834' and '123834 ss' when it was summarised

Yeah, it is a good pool, when the others fail to get solves and you're left with nothing, this one always recovers and catches up the losses, so it's worth having on.
The payouts are great and quick.

Hello !! Guys I would like to ask about one thing because I can't find an answer. I'm CK Pool user since 2 days and now when block is found I got reward only for ~400 Gh/s (where I have 3.9 Th/s connected to this pool). And here's the question: is that normal? Or should I wait more time to get more shares and then I'll have reward accurate to my hash power? If yes how long it could take to obtain maximum power? I will be really grateful for answer.
Since we pay the last 500% Diff, your rewards will take 500% Diff (currently ~911 days) to ramp up to what you are probably expecting,
and if you stop mining, you will continue to be paid as it ramps down.

The Rewards page explains that pretty well Smiley
It shows how far back each reward is calculated and what % of that whole you submitted and what your hash rate average was for that whole reward.

e.g. so if you had 4TH/s and it mined for ~2/911 of the reward payout you'd expect it to be ~2/911 of your expected full time mining payout.

It takes a few days for the hash rate or shift rate to count up totally. I know it's confusing (I am confused by it still), but think of it like a backlog. If you were mining 3-4days (Or whatever the hours now are)ago at 4TH, you'd get rewards for that amount right now. If you stop right now and mine another pool, your sent hashes will keep earning for you for days still.
It only really hurts when we don't find a block for 3 days or more (HURL).

I'm sure a much better explanation will be coming soon. ;-)

ps. hash rate is in the toilet for the pool now. Good for payout, but we're headed to 2-3days block solves territory.  Sad

81% Block!

The shares I have at the end of the 397% block (358183) are now included in a sixth payout.  That means the extra inefficient power I threw at my rig near the end of that long one did not go to waste!

Just did a ckpool restart, should have been few if any failovers, only reconnects.
There's a couple of users who are disconnecting/reconnecting a lot so I thought a restart may clear them up.
But, no it's still happening, so it's at their end, not the pool.

if they are in the us i think comcast is having some issues..
my miners all reset awhile ago to a backup pool, and my internet keeps going down and back up again.

do you accept shares submitted as tip
Not exactly sure this is what you mean, but someone already mines an S3 to a worker on my Kano account Smiley
Most grateful to them for that.
yes all i can donate is an s1 to the AVmb address
Heh, I finally understood what you meant by this Smiley
Thanks indeed - yes that address got hashes of ~ an S1 for about five days.
sorry but another atx psu bit the dust and this time it was an antec the last of my atx psu, on another note it will go back on in a few days after psu's arrive.
That's ok, any amount of time you allocate as a donation is certainly appreciated.
Don't feel the need to spend more money on it though.

Just as we've lost a couple, there are probably some people who are a bitfurious...

Just a part of the reality of mining, and thankfully, a small part.  Undecided
