You get the mining proceeds minus whatever they charge
You don't have to worry about burning your house down when you overload your electrical panel and now matter how hard I try I can't hear a peep out of my machines that are 2500 miles away!
Also, in my case the host fees I pay is cheaper than what I was paying in electricity at my home when I was running them here.
I'm interested in colocation as well. Who are you with? and what's the per month?
The only time i looked was with a company in canada that wanted 139 a machine, which far beats the 188 a machine i pay in power right now.
EDIT: Screwball math...it's $1K every 3 mo. Oy, vay...
