Had a dropout there on the NYA node for almost 15 minutes - from 00:32 to 00:46 UTC
There were server problems with the provider - network related - due to another user in their server.
Connections were random to non-existent for the 15 minutes.
They 'terminated' the 'misbehaving user' and all is OK again on NYA 🐈

No, not yet.
Two things need to happen first:
- it needs to mature - get 100 confirms
- After #1, then payout won't (normally) happen until the next block is found.
(they can't go out any earlier - that's the rules of Bitcoin)
However, creating a transaction on Bitcoin doesn't necessarily mean others will see it, and doesn't mean it's in anyone's wallet.
The next step is for the transaction to be confirmed - by being in a block.
Once it's in a block, then everyone will be able to see it if they want to see it.
When I send out the transaction you can probably already see it on some of the blockchain sites e.g. blocktrail
On the Account->Payments page, clicking on the BTCx links (the last one there) might show it, if blocktrail has it in their mempool, before it's confirmed.
... I just added the last pool coinbase address - seems I didn't put it there last time I changed it - but you can always see it by looking at our last block.

Well technically you can see which blocks have been paid by looking in your wallet. The last column on your rewards page shows the exact BTC amount you will get and when it hits your wallet you will know. Once the 101st confirm happens the payment transaction is created. After that when you see the pool hit it's next block you will get paid for all the outstanding fully confirmed blocks.

My N Avg is not corresponding with my real N avg. My rewards is down comparing with others normal rate N Avg. 
Why it's happening?

See the 20hr drop in your Shift Graph - you stop mining for 20 hours and ... yep it reduces your N avg.Why it's happening?
