ZPOOL just made some of my BTC up and disappear after 22 hours

I'm not going to trust them any longer.  I've sent them messages, they ignore them.

ZPOOL 'Total Earned' Shrinks TWICE in 2 days - Support doesn't respond to request as to why!!!

My AR-15 ID's itself as a toaster. Want breakfast?
Me too, awesome miner gives an estimation of 18 Euros per day, but now, about 18 hours since the last payout, the pool gave me less than a Euro. Something is wrong today.....
Please review payout amounts and requirements/conditions on main page.
Remember estimates aren't actual values.
You can only get paid on balance, not total earned because it includes unsold/confirmed credits.

Make sure you reach minimum payout and the coin is not in short supply.  If 24 hours has passed from the point of reaching the min payout and it's still not received, open a support ticket.

Does zpool pay out to segwit addresses (those that start with a 3?)

those arn't segwit those are multisig.

Best thing you can do, it connect a miner with the address and c=BTC and see what the pool thinks.

My bitcoin address is; 3C4DZ5aGsvtgsdGs7XpMbbV3KGus1A84LA

I've been using it for months(not on zpool).....is this okay?
Multisig 3 addresses have worked since day one.

Sorry if the question is already asked . But i don't see anything .

I have traget zpool with my Btc address http://www.zpool.ca/?address=1GncJNwz1uBS266JG6s1JpW5VdfvnRg3ru

but when i look in zpool i have this message

We are short of this currency (1.74737643 BCH). Please STOP your miners and switch to BTC until we find more BCH blocks.
YOU are responsible if you continue to mine for BCH dispite this warning.

And my total earning is in BCH .

I'm sure the problem comes from me and not zpool, thanks for the service and thank you in advance for your answer.

I don't have the same problem with other services like http://pool.hashrefinery.com/?address=1GncJNwz1uBS266JG6s1JpW5VdfvnRg3ru

Miner password should contain c=BTC

YOU MUST ALWAYS set your currency in your password field that matches your wallet address: c=. The pool has mined hundreds of different coins and many have the same address version. We CAN NOT read your mind and possible know what currency you want. If no c= is set, your currency will be randomly chosen from any matching coins we have used.

Suffering the same problem, wallet has been set to BCH when it should be BTC.

I have already set the command line parameter "-p C=BTC" but the wallet is still showing BCH. Do you need to do something from server end?

Hi Cracfoo,
Nist5 connection refusing for 15 minutes by now:
"Stratum connection failed: Failed to connect to mine.zpool.ca port 3833: Connection refused"

using the wrong address. Read the stratum info on the main page.

Things seem stable now.  However I have not seen any payments from the work last week to my wallet.  Seems the zpool still have the balance/credit pending.  Any get paid yet on Sunday or today?

I got a partial payout, but I have had 0.00111604 stuck as Bitcoin Immature for over 20 hours even though all earning transactions have completed (at least the last 50 they show you).  Something is corrupt from yesterday's outage

Thank you for your response. So my problem is that I can't configure the password in awesome miner.

Options > Online Services > Zpool (algorithm used) > Edit > Command Line Parameters (Optional)

Stability goes on and off today as well?

I hope not.

I've not said anything, to avoid jinxing it but I *think* things are settling in now. Very minimal db errors now and very few spontaneous stratum resets.

Thanks for the reply, so far so good it seems stable on my end  Grin
