hm would love to review one of these for CryptoArticles.com and possibly even Bitcoinist/BTCFeed.

Too bad there is a 5 minimum for us Europeans.....but maybe I can find some other interested parties Smiley

Unfortunately you've just missed a European group buy buddy. Check it out there might be another one: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/donegroup-buyeu-kialara-physical-bitcoin-round-1-889771

I have received the case and my Kialara just barely fits into it. However, it looks great! Grin

Hahaha yeah I was tired as f*ck...
You could begin a business pinning those Bitcoin logo's on various products Tongue
That's not even a bad idea to be honest. I will keep that idea in the back of my mind. Might even start selling "Kialara" cases with nice Bitcoin logo's. Hahaha.

Damn, why did I not think of that before?
Well lads, it's best to order that Ebay case and a seperate Bitcoin pin...
You might want to drink some more coffee to wake up, hahaha.

Want to make a quick comment: http://btctrinkets.com/presta2/index.php?id_product=18&controller=product
EU based shop, personally had great experiences with them.

Price is steep though, but this looks exactly the same as that Ebay one exept it has a Bitcoin logo on it.
Well I have a lot of Bitcoin pins left so I can easily replicate that one, hahaha.

I just ordered a case of which I'm sure the Kialara fits into. I remeasured the coin a few times to be sure. We shall see how it goes, right?

Are you going to limit the number of coins?
I do think that this is the right way to go, it would make them more valuable, rare and collectible.
This run there will only be made 2500 coins. He was talking about releasing a 2015 coins so I would guess that this is the only run. But well, that's just a guess. Grin

Hey saveawedge, your order will be completed this week and will ship on Monday. I've been shipping UK orders via USPS, and delivery times have varied widely. I'm looking into other carriers as we speak. Do you have any recommendations? UPS, FedEx, DHL? It's important that I can track them, and I haven't been able to track USPS shipments once they leave the US.

Fantastic news!.. thank you.

I have had good experience with DHL in the past. But please use whichever service you feel comfortable with.

Thanks again Smiley

The numbers run from 0-2500. Will these be all there will be made? I could imagine so keeping in mind this is all hand work.
This snippet from a message that Max sent me should answer your question:

You're saving me a lot of time and I appreciate that. I'm putting in 12 hours/day as it is on this project.

I think he needs a break after those 2500 coins Tongue

Woo did not think of import taxes xD
Doesn't matter, I will do whatever it takes to receive my xmas present Tongue

Taxes in NL are insane though, 21% Tax +7 euro + some 8%. It's really insane...

Let me jump in here and say thank you. I sincerely appreciate the group of you organizing this.
No worries. I love helping out. This will be my first time organizing a group buy, so I'm excited to do this. Having a Kialara Physical Bitcoin helps a lot, I think, because I can easily calculate shipping costs.

I trust you so personally do not require Escrow. I think that if we get 10 buyers shipping is free.
Anyway, not sure if I'll be online so please reserve me a spot.
Even if you trust me, it's better to have someone else handling the BTC till we pay for the coins. Just to be sure.
I will reserve you a spot (and everyone here that said they wanted a EU groupbuy) Wink

I'm sure it is and I'm sure more will join once I create the thread. I will make on once I'm done at work and found someone to do the escrow for us. Grin
