The team usually change the rules and they suddenly decide to want KYC from bounty hunters. Honestly i don’t like to share that kind of information about my identity. It’s risky to share your ID on social platforms.

KYC is not a great process to undergo, but in my opinion if the team members have announced it before the launch of bounty programme,  it is legit, because everybody knew that there will be a KYC process at the end. But I do not like sudden KYC announcements before the distribution, this is not fair.

It often happens in bounties nowadays, many are told by KYC to receive their tokens that they are fooling me, unfair and they don't want us to receive tokens so KYC is involved at the end not from the beginning.

I am not saying KYC to cheat bounty hunters. But that is just the actual condition. But right now it's really bounty that you usually don't last long. I don't understand for sure about the bounty hunter. Maybe someone explained here. Because I never want to know. If I have to, I do it.

No, this is clearly not for bounty hunters, people who dedicate their time to the development of a project. I hope that the bounty hunters will respect and we can really do so that people can use the services and get paid for it.

Well, I do not think it's a total deception, because in the new regulations that have for the STOs, which come from the ICO, they have put this type of rules to avoid fraud, not so much to know the clients, but that there are so many bounty hunters that some are cheats and want to get tokens in a bad way.

This I affirm by an STO that I am participating and I know that now things are handled that way, in fact some of their mods told me that there were many users that when making the KYC they were discovered fraud, then this is the reason main reason why they do it.

I think no. As soon as you are aware of the bounty requires kyc there's nothing to be worried about just ignore it and go find a no kyc bounty campaign. The bad ones are those who introduce it later in the campaign, because most people don't want their details exposed they will end up ignoring the kyc.

A lot of fraud in the bounty and ico , if you pass the kyc you need to be sure of this project , as there are a lot of scammers now and it is better that your documents do not fall into the wrong hands

Sorry, I am not agreed! KYC is now a part of the STO, ICO projects. Most of the exchange offering an interesting bonus for the KYC verified users. Like Coinbene is giving 0.005 ETH to every KYC verified users! Day by day every crypto project will ask KYC. I have earned 12 ETH from WPP bounty without KYC, my fellow brother earned 23 ETH from the Shivom bounty by doing KYC! So, KYC is not the fact here, if the bounty/ICO project is not enough wise, then they can cheat or scam you without a reason!

To my understanding, KYC simply means "Know your customer". Investors(customers) who participate in ICO are made to go through KYC process before they are even allowed to purchase their tokens. On the other hand, Bounty hunters are just "part time workers" of the project and not customers. Even if they will be made to go through a KYC process, it should be before they start working and not after. Waiting for them to finish working for the project and refusing to pay them because they failed to pass KYC afterwards is a total cheat.

I think KYC is depend the ico project that will manage by the bounty managers here in the forum. As I observe, most of them are not implementing it. Because maybe it is not necessarily to apply. And most of the project that has a KYC requirements submission has a high chances to increase its price value in the market according to my observation.

KYC should not be done by bounty hunters, they have agreed to do part-time work for the ICO and is not investors. If an ICO wants KYC they should make that clear before the campaign starts, I have been in two campaign that wanted KYC after the ICO ended, theirs nothing to do in those cases, just forget about it, and move on!

Yes, if it's made a must after the bounty campaign then it's intended to deny some hunters their rewards but if it is added since the beginning of the campaign, then it's not a cheat and bounty hunters that don't have document for it will not waste their time and effort promoting the project.

It would be preferable if the KYC requirement is announced before the bounty starts and everybody
can decide to participate in it or not. Unfortunately, it is not always the situation and hunters could
not do anything against it, as they have already finished the work.

It is quite unfortunate that some project team cannot be legally stopped or prevented from taking kyc registration from bounty hunters.
We are still operating in a system that is not regulated. Therefore, hunters should device on their own whether to give out their details or not.

From the very start ask your bounty manager if the rules are already firm and final.

But the sad thing is before you are going to ask them, you'll see one rule that allowed them to change any rule as they wish.
This is sad, in general rules already say like that, team and managers can change the rules, so at the end of champaign then required kyc we can't do anything, because in general rules already mentioned it

So i think bounty hunter will fill it, like or not.

I think if any project wants bounty hunters to do KYC (know your customer), it should be properly stated in the bounty rules. It shouldn't be when the bounty ends that the team will use kyc as a means of avoiding full payment to all bounty hunters. And by the way, I don't think bounty hunters should be mandated to do KYC because they and not real investors in the project and most of the hunters are just out for the immediate reward.

If the KYC was mandated initially before joining the bounty campaign, then I don't see an issue with that cause hunters who are not comfortable in sharing their personal documents would simply avoid the bounty. The hurtful aspect is when the KYC is imposed on hunters after bounty. That's evil and not cool at all.

Totally unacceptable but there are projects that change their rules at the last minute of the campaign making those bounty hunters no choice. Either they will submit their KYC docs or not get their allotted tokens. Up to the user if he will comply or not. But for me, if I will be in that situation, I will gauge if the coins are worth it in the first place. If it is just valued few bucks, nope, will not proceed with KYC verification.
Today, most Bounty companies conduct KYC checks only after completing a Bounty company, and therefore Bounty members have little or no choice.  Of course, the difficulties in these conditions are multiplied several times to make the KYC check impossible.

No need to even ask because they will be very polite to you at first and during bounty but when bounty ends is when you know the true nature of those behind the bounty management.
it is not the first time that I am convinced that the reward of the Bounty Hunter was equivalent to his work in 2016 and 2017.  But then everything just got worse.  To date, most Bounty Hunters work virtually for free in the figurative sense of the word.
