Boycott any bounty manager that leaves your KYC information visible to the scrapers. Obviously certain information is less sensitive than others, but certainly if it had information like name, address or ID, I would go insane over the manager, and such a blunder should never be forgotten.

Bounty programs are asking bounty hunters to do KYC before they are paid for work done . What do you think of this development.

It is a good idea to have this kind of regulation because it can determined a multi-accounts that being put in one signature campaigns. Not all but there are so many bitcoiners doing this way just to gained a lot of token rewards. It will be a good corrective action if it will be totally regulate here in crypto world.

QIt's no problem signing a document. but I think the KYC process has two major problems. the first is that the security of KYC documents is very important and is there a guarantee of protection? the second problem is that they usually ask for KYC documents and they want KYC documents after the bounty is over. After people have done all these things, KYC is in demand. those who do not want to give their own awards.

KYC for bounty participants is simply making the system unfavorable, KYC is not commensurate with the acquisition of bounty hounter coins. bounty hounter only gets a few coins so there is no need for KYC where KYC is more suitable for investors.

I'm annoyed by the fact that more and more bounty campaigns require the passage of KYC, it's not fair to bounty hunters. Yes, I agree that KYC is necessary for investors, money laundering and so on .... but, bounty hunters just get a little money for the work done.

For me its not necessarily that kyc including bounty hunters because it can cause reduced participants which can't spread the commercialized of their bounty program.

As much as I do not like this, I do understand the idea behind it, as many individuals out there are using multiple accounts when applying, so this would eliminate that!
This ICO company is struggling with several accounts of signatory campaign participants by deceiving not to pay the earned tokens? If the ICO team wants to prevent double accounts, it can conduct such a check before joining them to the signature campaign. Then who does not want to join by passing the KYC check, they will leave. This is clearly not the case for this purpose. Since it is actually conducted after the end of the ICO before the payment of the earned tokens, then the goal is clear - do not pay the earned tokens. From the point of view of the ICO team, it turns out that you can join multiple accounts to their campaign, write messages and advertise their project also. They at the same time counted the messages and put the earned shares, and when it comes to the payment, then you need to check here if someone wrote here several accounts? Somehow it is illogical and similar to deceit from the company ICO.

With the confirmation of identity (KYC), you must be careful not to expel anywhere, as if there is nothing terrible to happen, but to walk around the courts and prove that you did not take these loans quite unpleasantly  Cool Cool Cool

so good. there are so many people joining with multi accounts to bounty campaigns. if they request kyc and some private documents, they will not be able to do that for sure. so bounty campaigns are going to be more fair comparing with now.

We as bounty hunters can't do it anything with it if they require our KYC because we would also want that coin. I think that one of the reason why they would ask for such is eliminate multi-account in a single bounty campaign. But if it is an airdrop asking for KYC, i don't think it is deserving to reveal your identity for such a small of coins.

I do not approve of this and think it strange, why should they? Okay, they would immediately announce this, that it would be possible to skip this project !!! But now most do it at the end !!! Angry

I think this is a good innovation, although it's not right, but still some people just put the bots to perform the task and often such people forget to pass kyc, and often very much does not pass and accordingly the entire reward is divided between those ktts passed kyc, which is very good for the bounty

On a more serious note, it is required and a good development. Many do a lot of shady deals online and moreso, it is made to know its not a robot who's done the work on your half. It is really a nice concept.

I think that we do not just hear horror stories about how criminal used this data, after several such stories in a similar fashion we will probably go back to check through the accounts in social networks

KYC for bounty hunters is a mixed zone.

I believe in transparency and if projects are going to require bounty hunters to do a KYC before they can be paid, I believe it should be stated at the beginning of the bounty campaign among the rules.

Dropping it on bounty hunters later on is wrong some people are really poor and live in third world countries, some people are not eligible for drivers license or don't have a passport.
How will they get paid for the work done when they can't even pass the KYC.

Note: not only scammers fail KYC. Some people may fail for other reasons and the terms of every bounty should be stated at the start of the campaign

I would be totally agree if there's a KYC requirement for each bounty stake tokens distributions to protect everyone from scams, frauds and other forms of privacy abuse. I am ok for KYC as long as they're not going to share it with other companies or organizations that will take advantage of the participants' privacy and everyone's crypto assets should be in secret.

ICO participants have to fill up the KYC forms but I have never seen a bounty asking KYC form from the bounty hunters.
Anyway it is against the principles of crypto in both terms.
In a short period this platform will have no difference from the international banking system.

For me its not necessarily that bounty campaign conducted for kyc because not all participants are interested. And i know it can cause limitation for the people participation of bounty.
