Actually I as a bounty hunter do not agree with the presence of KYC, my will like that, KYC for bounty hunters will not have any effect on their project, the most important thing is we promote their project, that's it. If there KYC yes it must be from the beginning notified to the participants, and do not apply KYC when the end of the bounty, so that if there is not pass KYC, then no participants are harmed.

It has been discussed here with all aspects but you still think the KYC is not for the bounty hunters. The bounty hunters become a part of the token sale with contributing on the marketing ideas. They don't spend a single ETH for buying ETH but they hold the tokens.

but i believe if the bounty hunters don't need KYC then there are many people will try to abuse this with joining more than 1 account
so with KYC we can reduce the amount of abusers

I think it's unfair to perform KYC certification for the bounty hunter, because the bounty hunter is not an investor in the project.

What is KYC? It means knowing your customer. In KYC some requirements are required such as: Full Name, Residence address, Citizenship, Birth date, Photo of government issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, ID card),
Social Security number or Tax Identification, Bank Statement, Utility Bill, Photo of bank card .

I honestly think kyc should be stopped for bounty hunters, reason being that we are not buying the token of the project ,rather we are rendering services  to create awareness for the project. Which ought to be paid for.

In another view, if a bounty hunter has to go through KYC ,then it should be at the start of the bounty, during registration, if accepted or passed, then you go on with the bounty.

I did a bounty which i passed, and earned some amount of the token, but i failed kyc and my effort was gone just like that, after rendering my services to them by promoting the project. I got really pained.

This is just an example of what is happening.

What do you all really think about kyc for bounty hunters?
Yes, you are right, but I feel KYC is helping projects to vet and deter bounty cheaters who may want to over-profiteer ahead of others by using multi- accounts. By having to identify identity the process ensures that each person gets an opportunity to get their fair amount of tokens.

Almost all bounty participants were very tormented with KYC, and the rules are very complicated, coupled with the personal data they requested.
So I always avoid bounties asking for KYC verification, I don't want my personal data to be used in the wrong place by someone I don't know. because we cannot guarantee that we personal data will be 100% safe in their hands.

I am not convinced that KYC is essential for bounty hunters, and even I feel it is a bit dangerous to expose our personal documents to unknown teams. So I am actually avoiding the participation of any bounty campaign that requires KYC. It is good that so many good campaigns still not asking bounty hunters to complete KYC procedure.

very prone to fraud if you have to use KYC, in my opinion it is very dangerous to fear that our identity will be leaked by people who are not responsible for bounty hunters as far as I know KYC is only for investors who will participate in the sale of tokens or coins.

Most of the bounty people don't want to submit their document for little payments, we don't know exactly for what purpose they are collecting the documents. Once if the project is successful, nobody is not bothering to submit the documents but most of the ICO are scamming the investors and this makes many bounty hunters afraid about the KYC.

KYC is a bane to the existence of us all. It just makes everyone vulnerable and a target. It is basically like a currency since thieves can sell it for good profit. KYC creates a black market where the currency is KYC.
It is hard to escape if you do have your info stolen since crimes may be committed in your name and possible business deals or loans. GIving your safety up to trade or do a bounty is nnot worth it.

Besides KYC is not ment for bounty or to prove only one person owns one account. It is for business regulation and some places pretend that is their reason to collect info when they actually do not have to collect the info they just fo it just incase they need it later.

Its a mistake doing kyc just to get your bounty reward. My last bounty campiagn  ask me to do a kyc ,i do what they ask got my tokens but the project died after the bounty was distributed, im worried about the personal details that they got among all the participants.
And you just made your own mistake, even though you have given your personal details to them, you still got shit token in exchange for that. The best thing to do is avoid any of bounty ask you to KYC. That's BS way to get your reward, if they want really to avoid multi-accounts in their campaign, they can do other way like hire or do their own analysis whom using multi-accounts.

Generally, I avoid participating in any bounty campaign asking for KYC, because I don't feel comfortable with sending my personal documents to a strange team even if they look experienced and trustworthy. Also, I don't see any logical need to ask the bounty hunters to do a KYC.

I believe that KYC should be for bounty hunters, this is the best way to avoid using multi-accounts. It can be made a little easier, but not completely removed.
I agree with you only that the KYC must be confirmed before the bounty, and not after.
upd: alternatively, in the bounty, we can use only selfies with the project name and date, this will also help protect against multi-accounts.

In my opinion, bounty hunters should not go through KYC at all.
yes most of them are against with kyc but i think some will do a kyc if they badly need cash or if they find the project really attractive .

I'm not going to transfer my documents to the company which will cost 0 when entering the market.
but how did you know that the coin will cost zero ? if you are doubting then you shouldnt join them at the first place  . worthless projects are indeed not worth it for our kyc  .

i dont think kyc can be stopped but there are still bounties that we can join without the need of kyc's

I strongly agree that KYC regulations are eliminated as far as I know Kyc is only for investors and not for bounty hunters,

Yes, now every company is asking for KYC but we don't know actually for what reason they are asking for KYC. Bounty hunters don't have any interest to submit their documents to the companies because we don't know who is going to scam the investors and many people are in dilemma what they will do with our documents and this makes many people afraid about it.

Yes KYC should be stopped for bounty hunters instead limit the participants who will join in the bounty program to avoid of multiple accounts. That's why I don't join anymore in any bounty campaigns that requires KYC.
I agree with that! KYC wont do nothing for the distribution of tokens cause  if we provided our eth address in the registration form theres no need to file kyc after the bounty campaign.
Actually yes, it is no point that bounty hunter must do KYC. But sometime, they put this rules at the end of campaign. So we bounty hunters don't have any choice. If KYC rules is told in the beginning or maybe in thread, maybe we can filter which one that good for us to join.

I think it does not always depend on the developers, sometimes they are caught between the crypto community and the framework that exist in the country of registration of their product.

KYC means knowing your coustomer.Sometimes KYC can be useful, because fewer multi accounts appear in bounty campaigns. On the otherhand KYC is not a good idea every time. Bounty hunters participate in many companie, so they pass their documents to a third party very often, which is not good.

This KYC is a headache for bounty hunters. We need to find a way of objecting it. I guess we should have been very decisive at the initial stages of its introduction in bounty campaigns. It sucks to share information which some of your own family members do not have access to with people you do not know.
