I believe that bounty hunters should go through KYC as easily as possible, it is enough to confirm the mail, maybe a telephone, and then bust.

KYC is a nice solution and I mean everybody should do it. I mean everyone is able to pass a KYC process besides there are some difficulties by using multiple accounts and cheating the team members and other participants.

Yes, KYC has already stopped maximum of bounty campaign and proof of authentication has started instead of it. Really it was a panic for bounty hunters those who has no NID card or driving license or passport. If in whole month i do bounty but if i fail to withdraw my tokens from that campaign that is very sorrowful.

Considering the privacy, I totally agree it should be stopped since litteraly it is for investors. Regarding to bounty hunters multiaccounts, there should be another option to resolve this problem. I am affraid KYC required project for hunters might end up to scam and our personal datas stolen.

KYC is a good thing to stopped people who have alt account, as we know that many people make bounties the main income, they are not crypto lovers but use crypto as earn, this certainly makes the market red because most of them sell at any price.

KYC is useless for bounty hunters and there should be new rules instead of passing KYC for bounty participants. Let's wait for SEC's decision.
The bounty hunters can simply ignore the projects which were asking for KYC,then if more participants were against it then they will simply change their rule,so hunters need to be changed if they want to see some changes on the rules.

I'm not against KYC for bounty hunters because it can prevent multiaccounts but I think it have to be done on a third app trusted by everyone like Civic and Onfido for example so that our data can't be stolen by scammers.
Maybe that's interesting to know, it's hard to secure your personal data as the black market is really interested with this, anybody can sell
it out without your permissions and that's why hunters are against it, there's no assurance online everything is possible being hacked.

I dont prefer kyc program for a bounty campaign, first we are just doing bounty they dont need to know which people doing the job, for me kyc is just for investor, this is what i know for kyc. Second reason, projectcan use kyc as a way to not paid most of the hunters by rejecting the documents

Definitely, KYC should not be fully applied to bounty hunters, as this does not make sense. Two factor identification is enough, except in those cases if the hunter plans to buy tokens. It is necessary to reduce manipulations with KYC.

KYC is a method that I think is very bad. However, we must also be careful in understanding KYC. Many people use KYC for a crime. As used for online loans and many others. Before doing KYC, it's better to check again.

Man, there is no point to discuss it. KYC won't be cancelled. To my mind  KYC is something like a rule. There is inevitable rule you have to follow.
So it won't be changed.

I think KYC is a good method to protect honest bounty hunters from fraud participants that are trying to trick the project. The only thing that bothers me is that a KYC process should be announced before the launch of bounty.

from the beginning, KYC should never exist. Bounty hunters are not buyers who have to do verification and this is not needed from the start. there are a lot of problems about KYC, so I agree that KYC will be removed for bounty participants.

The danger that awaits us everywhere, I am sure that there are so many options for solving the situation with anonymity, but now it is very difficult to really conclude that could help to avoid KYC. This process is completely useless.

KYC should better be addressed as 'centralization in disguise' one of the major driving force of bitcoin as opposed to fiat currency is DECENTRALIZATION so why the introduction of KYC to innocent and unsuspecting bounty hunter who is service oriented, come to thinK of it, these companies that introduce KYC during their ICO do they pass through KYC Themself? God save us!

I try not to participate in projects where it is necessary to pass KYC. I need to make sure that my personal data is really protected.

Even good projects can not guarantee you the safety of your data, not all things are controlled, the project can be hacked trivially.

Data hacked and the project development selling data in the black market two thing is very different i think. In a word your data is unsafe in any online platform like mainly we use to exchange verification and project KYC. Which project dev can be assure your data is protected?
None., and that's the other side of this concern, we can't entrust our identity with someone who can't assure us to protect our information,
KYC if being implemented before the bounty it will be the hunters position whether to join or not, but if that thing only showed up after the
campaign, that's another case to be discussed with devs and managers.

Well, yes you are right. The position is as follows. Whether we want to undergo registration or not is up to us. So we need to fight this confusion. And the problem is that sometimes it is already during distribution that you enter the affirmation of the person. I remember one project they sent me a piece of tokens. Then I just did not follow the project. It turns out you had to go through a confirmation with a restriction of several days. I think such projects are scammers.

Now every second project requires to provide KYC. Earlier, KYC was not so demanded.
I do not know what served as the frequent introduction of the KYC procedure, but I would say that if the project already intends to introduce KYC, then it should be difficult for investors and simplified for bounty hunters. You correctly said, the hunters do not buy a token, but only promote the project and KYC is useless here.
