I am getting more and more bored. They just want our personal information. This is extremely dangerous for us. How can they stop it?

I do not see any reason why kyc should be stopped for bounty hunters however I think a more lenient kyc procedure will be good with less personal information giving out

yes, I think KYC is not needed for bounty hunters, it is more appropriate for ico developers to reduce the risk of fraud a little, the bounty hunter only gets a few% of the project if the project is successful but if it fails it hurts not get a prize.

KYC for bounty hunters is considered ineffective, there are many bounty hunters who oppose the existence of KYC,
I personally disagree with the existence of KYC because there is no clarity about the security of personal data provided
KYC actually aims to reduce fraud that occurs on bounty, but many bounty hunters object to this, maybe there should
be improvements so that the KYC system can be accepted by bounty hunters

Well either with KYC or not that doesn't mean you will get paid or safe you from getting cheated ,honesty is what you can't find easily in crypto space, from bounty managers to developers ,though KYC is dangerous too and I don't have interest in such idea

I want bounty hunters not to pass the KYC. But, unfortunately, we cannot influence it. We are helpless about it.
Why don't you want to pass KYC if you don't have concerns about the distribution of reward? Sometimes it is understandable to keep under control the bounty partners for preventing the scamming probabilities.
Most of the hunters have ever done with it but after the price of a coin worth nothing after it is listed on the exchange site and then they are trying to avoid it again. Did you wanna pay your documents with some pennies?

This is the problem that the price of tokens that can receive a bounty hunter is, for example, $5 or $10 dollars and is forced to send documents. For me it's too big a risk to do it for such a low reward.
that's is really problem for all the bounty hunter, most of them ask for final spreadsheet and check their token rewards is worth to send document or not, according their ico price if just a few bucks rewards, it's really don't worth to give our doucment to third party company, that's action is too risk.

What is KYC? It means knowing your customer. In KYC some requirements are required such as: Full Name, Residence address, Citizenship, Birth date, Photo of government issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, ID card),
Social Security number or Tax Identification, Bank Statement, Utility Bill, Photo of bank card .

I honestly think kyc should be stopped for bounty hunters, reason being that we are not buying the token of the project ,rather we are rendering services  to create awareness for the project. Which ought to be paid for.

In another view, if a bounty hunter has to go through KYC ,then it should be at the start of the bounty, during registration, if accepted or passed, then you go on with the bounty.

I did a bounty which i passed, and earned some amount of the token, but i failed kyc and my effort was gone just like that, after rendering my services to them by promoting the project. I got really pained.

This is just an example of what is happening.

What do you all really think about kyc for bounty hunters?

What about user who are utilizing their multiple accounts in joining massive bounty and cheating the cryptocurrency space at all? I think KYC is the best verification process we can only implement. I just want people to also see the other side on how managers and project see the crypto space.

I have never witnessed or seen a cheater of bounty campaigns caught by doing KYC. Most of them are caught by the members of this forum who are very vigilant of this cases and they make research about their addresses connection and posting similarities. KYC are actually cheating us in my honest opinion.

My opinion KYC does not need to be stopped because KYC is very helpful in finding some fraud done by participants and so that we don't work in vain by reason of not passing KYC, it is better for all bounties to determine KYC at the beginning before starting campaign

agree on it  . kyc is not meant for bounties and airdrops because we arent investing on the project , so whats the point of kyc in it  ? as far as i know kyc is only meant for money related business like for example when investing   ,   thats why they can mainly be found on ico's   .   kyc on bounty and airdrop can only give a head ache to the users    . thats also the reason why they refrain from joining   .

This issue has been discussed always on this platform and I still against it and this is because KYC in one way or the other helps fish out cheaters in a project and therefire should still be encouraged.
As mostly stated in any bounty campaigns, in fact we don't push to participate if we are not willing to submit KYC. There is no need to worry if we don't do cheating or some illegal works in participating.

Yes you're right,  by using this one we can only send tokens to the qualified individuals and not just fall into the hands of scammers or cheaters.
Without the filter, it is hard to find cheaters and scammers on bounty campaigns in my opinion. Qualified bounty hunters usually get their reward but scammers also are get paid in the distribution of bounty pool. KYC is mandatory for reliable projects and bounty participants.

You do have a valid point that participants should be able to submit their details for pre-approval prior to commencing a campaign to ensure they aren't wasting their time earning rewards only to discover they aren't qualified afterwards, and this is just one of many conventions including escrow for campaign funds that could help improve things for bounty hunters

Always be careful and try to join projects that do not carry out this procedure, if you are not an investor of course.

I agree that bounty hunters should not be required to submit any KYC because they will not buy any coin and their only jobis to promote the project for more inveators will buy their token. Many bounty hunters are also scared to submit KYC because they may use our informations to trick other people.
