it was only a matter of time that Barcelona clinches Laliga title with the help of Lionel Messi hat-trick that put him at top of golden Shoe list.
but with this news i'm surprised that Valencia will get 1M Euro richer because they have in Andre Gomes contract a rule that will allow them to get 1M Euro if they won the league also 1 Million more if they reached the UCL Semie finals that's why they laready payed Valencia 2M extra last season and the good thing for Barcelona is that they didn't won the UCL while Gomez with them because if they did they will have to pay Valencia a whooping 6.5M Euro it's crazy that a player like that is costing them a lot more then he is offering with all of his 16 appearences in the league this season and 600+ minutes he played he failed to eithre score or assist so i think the best thing for Barça to offload the dead wood immediatly.

Such a contrasting view at the end of the match. Barcelona celebrating the title, and Deportivo dealing with relegation. It is an indeed amazing result for Barcelona, they win the La Liga title and remain unbeaten this season. FC Barcelona yesterday oficially became champions of La Liga. It's their 7th league title in 10 years. Amazing result! 4 more games for Barca left to play this season, including El Clasico. It will be very emotional matches for Iniesta who announce that he will leave Barca after season.

I totally agree with you because if Juventus after loosing P. Dybala in the first ;league could come and score three goals in Madrid i bet Bayern could even do that better and so complacency should be completely isolated if they plan to progress in the second leg.

Valencia have been winless for the past 3 league games but if they win tonight they will achieve their objectives by officially securing the CL spot so i expect from them to try and pick a win today as they are going to play infront of their fans and it should not too difficult match up becuse the visitors have problems in attack recently as they only managed to score jut 1 goal from their previous 5 games also the hosts are benefiting from the big difference between them and hosts first they are highly motivated. Moreover, the ability to take advantage of the home field of the bat in recent times was impressive as they won 5 of their 6 home games unlike visitors only seen one win from 8 games so i'm going for Valencia to pick three points today.

Eibar, after being untargeted, they went downhill, and I do not think their performances are good. They were defeated of Getafe. Valencia suffered losses, and they wished to win in the games they played with Celta, but they did not find a way to win. I believe they will win morale again.

although without ronaldo real madrid remain a very strong team, because they have a myriad of star players ... and if they do not fight against levante it is very impossible ,, to fight against bayern munich i think madrid have to do the exercises and some strategies to prepare for the match munich ..

If I look at every real madrid match, madrid always plays with the same play. I think there will be a new strategy that zidane apply to real madrid. Agree real madrid have a myriad of star players they can survive even though they do not have a ronaldo.

There is no doubt Real Madrid were overconfident at the star and then selling Morata was a stupid decision he could have helped them win many matches. Yesterday was a easy win but did you'll notice Bale has struck 9 goals in 9 matches it seems his form is hitting top gear and I expect him to start on CL night. Barcelona now is only days away to claim their title.

In the last second of injury time, Leganes was attacking but the referee just blew the whistle right before the Leganes player takes a shot attempt. Its a controversial decision from referee because the shoot could be the game changer.

The red card was after the final whistle so it wasn't a big deal.

Decent performance from RM, other than Kovacic who was massive in the midfield today, the rest of the team was a 5/10 (although, poor performance in 2nd half, Leganés deserved a lot more).
But I gotta say, the second team in RM consisting of subs mostly just doesn't give the sense of knowing what they want to do on the pitch, like there's no gameplan and they don't connect with each other (understandable since they don't play together as a "team" too often). All in all, 3 points for Real Madrid that are just unimportant at this point, the priority for the team is the Champions League match next week.

Levante is better now. There is a difference of 9 points between Levante and Deportivo and it does not seem possible to close it because only 4 weeks remain. I expect performance from both teams.

I wouldn't go as far as to say "not a good year for Barcelona", especially when you look at how they dominated La Liga (so far, undefeated), and Copa de Rey where they completely trashed Sevilla in the final. Domestically, it was a great year, you couldn't ask for more. Obviously, the main priority was the Champions League (they've been KO'd in the quarter-finals 3 years in a row), but getting 2 out of 3 trophies (these top clubs aim for the Treble) is a big achievement.

Well it's barcelona unbeaten in la liga, but this is not a good year for barcelona in the champion league. They can only reach the quarter-finals. Do you remember when Barcelona won the champions league 3 years ago, they were much better then. And currently barcelona still can not shift Realmadrid 3 times champions league in a row.

Real Madrid have never champions league champions 3 times in a row, maybe this season could have happened, but it has not happened so we can not say real madrid champion 3 times in a row. If Barcelona are champions without defeat and Real Madrid are Champions League champions 3 times in a row this season, I guess that is a worthy achievement for them.

La Liga announced who will be referee in El Clasico - it will be Hernandez Hernandez who is most famous for disallowing clear goal of Barca against Real Betis in previous season.

Weren't they able to choose better referee?
