I'm not suprised at how he's beginning to gradually excel at Barcelona as a manager, I mean he's a club legend and has had a good experience as a player for the team, so that's a plus to his managerial career at Barcelona, and I think he'll make a great start manager as he did as a player, some seasons ago, alot of Barcelona fans were complaining abou his incompetence and said he's not a suitable candidate for the role and their team needs a more experienced manager but I told them to be patience with him, cause he needs time to build his team and start succeeding and i was right after all cause the club's patience with Xavi is beginning to pay off, and one thing I like about him is that he's built his team with a good number of young talented players and give them opportunity to shine on the pitch.
Well I think it would be quite uneasy to find a player that would replace Messi but I believe their are young talents out there that are still yet to be discovered and Barcelona as a team are good at discovering such talents and help bring them up through their academy just like they did with Messi, well I hope they discover the next Messi sooner.

This Bellingham’s role as an attacking midfielder maybe working for the coach and the player but Ancelloti should be aware that it’s not Bellingham natural position so things can wrong in the future and he might not be as lucky to score goals as he have scored since the beginning of the season. Bellingham is more comfortable as a central midfielder rather than as an attacking midfielder and I respect him for the fact that he has tried to adapt to his new role faster than I imagined, he didn’t even make it look as if he just joined up with the team recently just as Ronaldo did during his first spell but that doesn’t mean we can compare the two players. Bellingham needs to maintain this form for 20+ seasons to be comparable to Ronaldo.

Xavi performance this season is quite good because he was able to provide brilliant results for Barcelona in the first 4 matches of this season. Barcelona management has reportedly sent a new proposal to extend Xavi contract with Barcelona and that is quite a good thing for us. I think Xavi will be ready to stay with Barcelona for a long time and renew the contract proposed by Barcelona management.

Now looking at Xavi performance in the transfer window, of course he is very successful in this transfer market. That being said, I don't think it'll be okay to compare his goalscoring prowess to that of Cristiano Ronaldo even when he's recorded the same number of goals like the Portuguese did in his first four games for Real Madrid.
