To be honest, there's no difference between current real madrid with last year. Madrid is still using the same strategy as last year but the thing that makes it different is
1. Some players become even older like luka modric (37 years old), tony kroos (33 years old), Benzema (35 years old).
They have plans to replace those old players gradually. They bought Camavinga, Tchouameni, Vini Jr., Rodrygo and Valverde. Many of them are given more chances to play and gradually become more matured and taken more important positions in Real Madrid.
Those players have always become the main choices by ancellotti while its opponents were using a fully young talented player's squad. There will always be a difference between stamina owned by madrid and its opponents. This must become the main concern by ancellotti to give young players in madrid more time to prove themselves.
They have young players like Camavinga, Tchouameni, Vini Jr. and Rodrygo who can bring more strength, power and speed to their system.
2. Madrid is only depending on benzema
As far as I can see madrid is always relying on benzema. there shall be a strong and young striker other than him.
I disagree. Benzema is so important for Real Madrid but in the last two seasons and this season too, we see a very good growth of Vini Jr. Rodrygo is following a same growth journey like Vini and they can carry more tasks from Benzema in next season. I am not doubtful that these two players will stop their growth here as they are so talented and professional.
