This season La Liga is not boring thankfully. Real Madrid were so alone in the lead last season. Barcelona had really bad days at the beginning of the season with Koeman. Xavi's arrival was barely enough to finish the season at the 2nd place being quite away from Real Madrid. But in this season Barcelona are very consistent in the league. Somehow they can't reflect this performance on big matches and this cost them really big in the Champions League as well. Maybe some tactical changes are needed for big matches as of now.

Considering their effort the only team that can stop them in the La Liga is Real Madrid. We all know how miserable Atletico Madrid are this season. They are already far away from any title race. So Real Madrid have already defeated Barcelona once but they are still at the second position. Barcelona will need to keep up this performance against smaller teams until the next El Clasico in the league. If they do this and defeat Real Madrid in Camp Nou then I think they can really be the champions after a three-season break.

Agree with what you said and I still feel that the current position will be until the end of the season if indeed his condition is slightly better and not as fragile as at the start of the season then Benzema will continue to hold this because in this case Benzema is still a scary Benzema when he is in front of the opponent's goal.
Benzema just needs to improve his body so he doesn't get injured too often because his instincts and productivity are still very good.

Yes, Real Madrid are a very decisive team and their players, they have shown that over the years and as a result they have survived with achievements to date. I think a team should be strict about their players, and if we look back I don't even remember if players retired at Real Madrid or not. The reason Benzema was eliminated from the French national team was due to an injury he received while training with other players who joined the French squad ahead of the world cup. I agree, his relationship that didn't work out harmoniously with the French coach was one of the reasons why he couldn't appear at this World Cup. Even though he is one of the players listed as strong as France, that does not guarantee he has a good relationship with his coach, or in other words his being on the list of players brought to Qatar is just "image". Because it will definitely raise big questions if a Benzema is not included in the squad, after his excellent performances last season.
