Barcelona's defence is weak as we have seen it in the last few seasons. Koeman could not strengthen his defence. Xavi spent a lot of money to build the team but Barcelona's defence is still weak. Xavi has yet to find the right player for Barcelona's defence. While Barcelona's defenders can play well against weaker teams, Barcelona's defenders perform poorly against renowned and strong teams. However, until the defence improves, Barcelona will not be able to form a strong squad fit to win the title.
Xavi spent lots of money for nothing. He can be considered as the worst coach for barcelona. That means even though he played for barcelona in the past and it doesn't mean he can become a good coach for the team. barcelona needs to sell lots of players to get money. It has been losing potential income caused by it has been leaving from champion league. Taking another financial clever is not even possible anymore in this situation. So much money being wasted for nothing. We are still far away until the next transfer season will be opened in january.
Sacking xavi would become the best decision that can be taken but since barcelona in the financial trouble and i don't think barcelona can do that.
Barcelona's attack is strong, now Xavi should continue to try to strengthen the defence.
It's not as strong as real madrid or even bayern. The barcelona players have weak mentality.
Basically Barcelona's current problem is only with their coach, if Barcelona has the right coach then with the composition of players that Barcelona currently has, I believe the Barcelona squad is already supporting them to win many titles. If Barcelona is back to being able to win many titles and regain their best form, then surely the financial problems they have experienced so far will slowly improve as well. But because their performance is still bad then of course, their financial problems are not getting better and of course it is a very worrying problem because it is very close to bankruptcy.
Barcelona so far although they look good in La Liga but for other tournaments Xavi still can't rotate players properly, even in La Liga Barcelona's position may still be difficult to win the title because Xavi really doesn't have good progress from time to time.
Xavi is one of the right coaches for Barcelona, since being left by the previous coach "Koeman".
however, what happened to Barcelona, is not necessarily purely Xavi's fault. to bring in new players, Xavi only has limited funds. therefore, he chose to put forward his approach to some of his newcomers. plus, he had to look for young talent from La Masia to limit spending in the past transfer market.
