Torres and Aubameyang were fit and hardly hit by any injury. Plus they have good experience also so no wonder their performances were better than Fati but we are forgetting that Fati didn't had good fitness levels due to which he didn't made much appearances in this past season.

Nothing could guarantee that a player will perform in his future club like he used to do in the first one especially he move from a league to another and we have a dozen of examples like Messi, Lukaku, Griezmann...etc
Now even if Lewandowski will keep his performance, he rely much on his teammates so if he fails him for a couple of games, people will blame him and this might impact him. It is early to have this talk imo, the situation is blurry and nothing is clear about his future at least for the next season.

It's quite good indeed, but sometimes expectations like this will not run smoothly, especially if you look at last season they failed also in the Europa League, it was coached by Xavi.
Actually, for Barcelona this is very good, but setting expectations too high is definitely not good because I still find it difficult to convince myself when I see a club that is struggling financially enough to be able to comfortably fight for the title.
