I agree, he is one of the clubs best players that retired, if you want to hang a jersey up the rafters, that is one of them for sure. Marcelo played 15 very strong years for Real, and he provided so much talent and won so much with the club. Of course not all achievements are his, but he was there when it happened.

Ever since Roberto Carlos retired, Marcelo took up the position and made sure that the left back was a place Real never considered with a problem. I am sure that Mend will be great after Marcelo as well. I do not know what Marcelo will do next, but I am sure that he definitely has place in Real Madrid staff somewhere if he wants to.

There might be few players who could be able to stay at marcelo level and achieve a lot of things, very few.

It's been a long journey and he end it very well with the beautiful champions league trophy at the end of his time at real madrid.
He knew that he could still play elsewhere outside europe , he is planning to play at his hometown club at brazil.
He will not retire yet.

Aston Villa are rumoured to sign him but I see another team being interested in him too. It is River Plate. I'm curious about what Luis Suarez will want to do. If he still wants to play in Europe then River Plate should give up already. I would like to see him in the Premier League actually.

well i read that argentine club river plate is interested in luiz suarez and that luis suarez said he needs 7 10 days to make a decision, i also heard that sevilla and real sociedad are also interested in him. i think that if he chooses aston villa he would be making a choice where he would have to be on the bench many times, i doubt that at aston villa he will play every game for 90 minutes, actually choosing to go to some english club he will be condemning themselves. so my opinion would be that he would choose the Argentine club of River Plate. that way he could finish his career very well

Aston Villa can be a good place for Luis Suarez because I really believe that he still has the potential of playing well in the English Premier League in him. I really don't understand how people just throw the players away when they reach a certain age. I believe Suarez will still be able to play really well even though his last season was not so great with Atletico Madrid. But if he is looking to play for a longer time and not retire in the recent future I think Liverpool can be a good place for him.

I feel lost because regardless of what I liked Madrid from the beginning he came in around that year during the Los Blancos era and his performance was so impressive during his time at Madrid and was never replaced in the seasons of Cristiano Ronaldo.

it is reported that lazio and fiorentina are also interested in luis suarez but until now luis suarez's agent still doesn't want to reduce salary (this is an obstacle for lazio or fiorentina)

I really appreciate what he has given Real Madrid after playing for so long. Marcelo deserves to be one of the names that must be given as a legend in this Spanish giant team. I remember how he played when Ronaldo was here, yes he always celebrated with Ronaldo when the Portuguese scored. It was one of those moments that is hard to forget.

It has been a really good run for Marcelo with Real Madrid and I know he is going to be remembered for a long time by the Real Madrid fans. He has contributed to a lot of things that are good for Real Madrid and achieved so much with Real Madrid.

It is always going to be an emotional time for both the player and the club and as well as the fans. In the titles that he has won with Real Madrid, he always had a good performance in almost all of those games. I am not going to be surprised if he joins the coaching staff as well.

Luis Suarez can contribute to the team by entering the game in the second half. He is an experienced player with a career. I think he can continue to play for any team in Europe. He can play one more season in Europe at least. It would be good for football fans to continue watching him.

Yes, the closeness to Gerrard will be a consideration for Suarez to join and return to the English Premier League. He can also help Aston Villa to navigate the League next season.
