Nothing is going to improve unless the financial problem of Barcelona gets fixed, it will take a lot of time. Till that time these things like cutting salaries and selling important players are going to happen all the time. And a player can easily refuse to agree with that. After all, players are playing football for money. If Barcelona actually does something like cutting 50% of the wage of the players I think it will be unprofessional but probably necessary at this moment.

That financial crisis is born with the previous management. Situation is absolutely not easy and they should try to do something in way to remediate it. Cut off of salaries is good until a certain point, at players doesn't like

this choice and many will go into other teams. Hope to see that Barcelona will find a solution, or will be bought by a big financial group which can pay debts.
