Getafe ranks 15th in the points table. Atletico Madrid have a lot of problems to win against such a team. Their defense is very weak now, their performance in the last few matches is weak. Now they have to take appropriate measures to strengthen the defense. Otherwise, they will not be in the top 4 teams in the points table. Their overall performance is now weak just because of the weak defense.

The match was quite exciting between Atletico Madrid vs Getafe because both teams scored goals against each other, Atletico had a 2-0 lead but Getafe were able to equalize the position to 2-2, even Getafe were able to lead 2-3 before Angel Correa and Hermoso scored one goals each against Getafe which made the score 4-3 for Atletico Madrid's advantage. This victory makes Atletico Madrid move up to 4th place while waiting for the results of Barcelona vs Espanyol, if Barcelona fails to reap full points Atletico Madrid is safe temporarily in 4th place.

Atletico don't look like themselves and I can't figure out what's wrong with their defense? Last year, if Atletico could score 3 goals in the first half, then it was safe to say that Atletico won. But now their defense is like sieve. I think Barcelona will win today, but match with Espanyol is a derby and derbies can be surprising.

I avoided betting on this match because I think it is a difficult match to predict, both teams even though they have a gap in the standings but in my view they have something in common with instability. Sometimes they can play well and also badly so yes, although if you look at it from a different point of view Valencia are still the favorites because we know Alaves are a mediocre team that is difficult to consider. Your prediction become correct and Atlético Madrid lost one player Felipe and reduced to ten men after just 58 minutes and play rest of their match with 10 men as I was feeling now they are going to lose or having just one point from this match because it has never been easy for any team to play with ten men even you have very weak opponent team in front of you but here we have some good for home team as Hermoso came from bench and done fourth and winning goal in 89th minute for giving all three points to his team which was very important for them as now Barcelona is also having very good form they can take their fourth position if they won their next match against Espanyol.

Now it's very interested in La Liga table with five teams fighting hard for having spot in top four and qualification of next year's Champions League all have good form, let's see who is going to stay in and which team is going to opt out from this.
