Diego Simeone seems not to expect being a championship this season, just set a target to finish in the top 4. They are experiencing a big decrease in players' performance although they basically have many quality players. About their defense, we don't forget that there are some Atletico defenders injured previously, it can be a cause of the decrease in their defenders' performance.

Yes keeping the fourth position should be their target now and try to get up to the third i dont think they will rank any higher considering their poor performance it will be difficult even today with all their defenders present they still managed to conceid two goals.

What a win by Atletico Madrid didnt expect when i saw the 90th minute that they would turn it around fully. They were finally able to win a match after such a big losing streak. This gives breath a little to Simeone and some hopes for the rest of the season.

Currently, it's one of the worst time for them in last many years but still I am feeling they are not broken they are struggling badly and just scored very valued 2 goals in injury time for having 3 points from this match which is still not bad because they have 7 points from last 5 matches is very poor from their standard today's match is giving us good example of their quality and capability they can change things very quickly for better results.

It is shameful result for Valencia as they were leading in all match and suddenly lost their grip in injury time with giving all easy win and full 3 points so how unpredictable is this team for many years even they were doing some better in last few matches.

If you mean about guessing the winner, I think we only have 2 candidates, Real Madrid and Sevilla. But if we analyze the current performance of these two clubs, no doubt that Real Madrid is the favorite to get the title this season. It's hard to see the end of the season. Some of the top teams continue to be unstable, even at the beginning of the season I saw Atletico in the top three but to this day I am mistaken. Real betis, Sociedad and Sevilla were beyond my prediction. But if you look at Sevilla's game they are more stable than Atletico and there is still a chance they stay until the end of the season. One beautiful thing I love about laliga is the difficulty in making prediction. Athletico Maldrid in my area was the favorite but Valencia has made many bets void tonight. Yes, it is a crucial match. But just look at the current score, Valencia leading 2-0. I am not sure to see Atletico Madrid gets 3 points today. Although, they still have a chance to score in the next 2nd half, seems hard to break Valencia defense. We must appreciate Valencia defense, they play quite solid in this match. So, I guess the final result is a victory for Valencia. May be the score will be 2-1 or 3-1 for Sevilla.

It will definitely take a while for Barcelona to become what it was after Lionel Messi exit last year. As a football fan I never did expect a magical wand of perfection when Xavi was employed as Barcelona new coach. In situations as this, it is expected for top teams to face this kind of downturn during transition of having the best player in the world in your club to now having younger squad to bridge the gap. Barcelona might not qualify for the champions league next season but if time permit Xavi and proper assistance from club management and fans, I do believe that things will get better.

Sevilla - Celta Vigo game is going on very interestingly. I expected a certain victory for Sevilla by one goal most probably. But they are the losing side by 2-0 in their home game now. I'm just trying to figure out how this happened. I know that Celta Vigo are not the worst in the league but they still had a low chance to win here honestly. Because Sevilla are one of the candidates for the La Liga title. And I thought that they wouldn't do a big mistake in this game. But it looks like they will lose.

It will be interesting to see how this match goes.
I looked at the bookmakers' bets and it was very clear that the bets were profitable for Athletico.
but on the other hand I can't understand why they sided with Athletico because they still haven't been consistent in the last few matches.
I personally will be in a draw in this match but add a bit because both teams will definitely score goals
