It was a fantastic game and a massive performance from the Barcelona players. I think the team is getting better everyday. To be honest Barcelona is improving and the second half of the season will be on fire if they continue playing like they played yesterday. I’ll take a tie on this one. But this will not be the norm, Barcelona will slowly improve and become top contenders, and eventually win more and more games that will draw them closer to the top 3 position.
Under Xavi so far with just six games to his name, Barcelona have lost just once. Barcelona played some really impressive football against Sevilla, regardless of the facts that they were away from home, i feel they should have gotten all three points if they had not just been unlucky.
Dembele too is coming good gradually under Xavi. I only wish he could remain injury free and fit to some real football like he did yesterday.
Without the injury troubles Dembele is a phenomenal player and he showed to all today the reason why Barcelona should extend his contract. if Xavi plays him and Ansu on the flanks, with a few addition to the team upfront in attack and in defence when the transfer window opens, Barcelona will be Barcelona again without Messi.
