I predict Madrid can turn things around and secure full points, Ancelotti looks to field his best squad so the possibility of winning the match is quite big. Almeria seemed to be the fastest team to score a goal against Madrid, but there was still enough time for Madrid to make a happy ending. So far, Madrid has appeared to dominate the game, and they have been very aggressive in attacking, there have been several opportunities that have failed to be converted into goals. I don't see Madrid losing points to the bottom team, if that happens then Almeria will be very lucky to get their first win from a team like Madrid.
Ancelotti will definitely rotate players in the second half, Modric, Camavinga and Joselu will most likely be included. Bellingham and Valverde will usually be the saviors to bring Madrid to victory, but we'll see how the second half will go, and how Madrid will make an epic comeback, while the score is 2-0 in favor of Almeria. As usual in the second half we will see Madrid appear crazy, with more aggressive attacks when they are behind by a 2 goal deficit.
I hope so that Real Madrid will have a welcome back in the second half, but from the look of things, Almeria has locked their defense and Vini, Bellingham, and Rodrigo is finding it difficult to penetrate the defense. Each time Madrid reaches Almeria 18 yard box, they always lose possession of the ball, making it difficult for them to create chances of scoring.
Almeria is at the bottom of the table and maybe they are fighting their way out from Relegation. Last week, I thought that it was Girona that was weak but this week, I don't think that Real Madrid is weak. Real Madrid hasn't find a way to out perform Almeria game strategy yet. A powerful shot from out the box taken by Edgar to give Almeria the second goal.
In the end, Madrid managed to make a comeback, turning things around after being left behind by a two-goal deficit in the first half. However, I have to say that Almeria managed to make Madrid fans hearts almost stop, after that quick goal in the first minute, I think the mentality of Madrid players who are not easily shaken deserves a thumbs up. Almeria could not do much to maintain their lead, the onslaught of Madrid front line had made them lose hope of stealing points at the Santiago Bernabeu.

It will be nuts if Almeria really get their first wining in the league against Madrid at home.
Almeria only got 1 point from their 10 away games in this season lol.
In theory, even Madrid B/reserve team can beat Almeria without hassle.
You are right, but luck this time was still on Madrid side, Los Blancos managed to turn things around and secure full points again after a very dramatic match. Almeria almost created a surprise, Madrid were lucky today, and once again Ancelotti and his squad proved that as long as the final whistle hasn't sounded, they can do truly crazy things. Almeria have to languish back at the bottom of the standings, and they have not been able to achieve a single win so far, let alone intend to do so against a team like Madrid.

The roles are clearly defined here for Almeria being the big underdog in this game, but these days when the underdogs can benefit from some luck and shoot the ball into the angle or hit a header after a corner, it can make things infinitely more difficult for teams like Real Madrid. Almeria has a comfortable position now as they can actually stick to the only plan they have anyway and that is to play counter attacks. They couldn't anything else, but now they can do it knowing they have a chance to win this game. I doubt that Real Madrid would score 4 goals although it is not impossible, but who knows whether Almeria can strike one more time.
Girona must be quite excited by now, but I would like to know how they will handle the pressure against Sevilla. Knowing that Real Madrid lost would be great for them, but they know that everyone expects them to win then.
The final result was 3-2, where Madrid were almost beaten by Almeria, Madrid failed to increase their lead to 4 goals, they were only able to score 3 goals, that was enough to secure 3 points. Ancelotti rotated players very well, but I wonder why he took so long to introduce Camavinga in the second half. Bellingham managed to score a goal, Valverde failed to do so because he was taken off early, and Vinicius managed to keep Madrid safe from defeat, and Madrid hero tonight was their captain Dani Carvajal.
