Today there were news that there will be a decision by Messi next week, but I doubt that he will announce any sort of decision during his championship I'm South America. I am quite sure this story will go and on the whole summer and if there is any decision it will be announced in the very last moment only. Messi is relaxed, contract is terminated and he can do whatever he wants.

Yeah, Messi was definitely right about making an effort to keep Suarez at the team. But their manager was stubborn about it. Now here we are. Suarez had a great season and played a so big role on the La Liga championship. And Barcelona had a problematic season in general.
Does the Dutch coach really deserve to be blamed for Barcelona's lack of achievement this season or does Barcelona deserve all of that because the quality of the players is not as good as before?

To be honest the club's decision to sell Suarez is one of the most unpleasant things when other strikers don't have the mentality and quality comparable to Suarez. I don't like Koeman coaching Barcelona anymore, he should be replaced with another coach. This is my opinion.

It is my opinion as well. Koeman is not the right manager for Barcelona I think. And I should admit that Barcelona's squad quality was not good enough to win the La Liga championship. I think they should not only replace Koeman but also should revolutionize the team.

At first glance I read the news about Haaland's move, I read that if Madrid were close to an agreement, it was reported that Dortmund wanted €175 million, this price is the same as the price of Mbappe who is also a target for Madrid this season. I don't know if this is true or not, but Madrid need a lot of money to buy both.

For now, there is no strong rumor that Messi probably moves to PSG.
Well, I think Messi will stay in Barcelona. Moreover, he has Aguero now.

In addition, the arrival of Depay may add to the spirit of Messi to survive in Barca.
I  think barca also still need Messi for 1 or 2 more seasons.
Depay's arrival will be Aguero's companion, Depay is still young, he is 27 years old. At this age a player is usually at his best performance.
I don't think Messi will leave Barcelona this season. With the arrival of Agueroo and Depay in the club, it will make Barcelona lively for Messi. This new players are really good, and that's what Messi needs, good players to play along with him.

Yep. It should make Messi more interested to stay than leaving.
Depay looks good for the Barcelona squad, his style of play suits with Barcelona's players.

I  think barca also still need Messi for 1 or 2 more seasons
Barcelona probably keeps Messi there till he is 35 years old, which means Messi will stay for 2 years more.
So far, Messi still plays well and has no problems on his physical. So, there is no reason for Barcelona to put Messi on the transfer list. Moreover, Messi is the captain of Barcelona squad and the soul of Barcelona game. His existence is very needed since no other players deserve to replace his position on the team now.

Messi is very important for Barcelona at the moment. The game and finances of the club are more dependent on him. With his manner of playing, he can perform at a high level for more than two years. But Barcelona's roster needs to be strengthened; Messi, without the support of the team, is unlikely to be able to win the Champions League again.

Well, that's the twists and turns in football, whatever the player's efforts, the final decision remains in the manager's hands. Ronald Koeman may have his own plan (it could be that the decision to sell Suarez due to pressure from Barcelona's top brass). I think the decision to sell Suarez was a big mistake because in the end Barcelona failed to find a replacement for Suarez and Barcelona's performance became less stable after Suarez left.

I still think that Luis Suarez is a serious loss for Barcelona. Aguero is injured too often and Suarez is super fit, a great team player and still absolutely top notch when it comes to scoring even from bad positions. Yes Aguero can score like hell as well but how does an injured Aguero help you in the end? Irony that Suarez was the best scorer for the Spanish champion this year. Messi even intervened and wanted to prevent Suarez from being transferred. He was obviously right but the manager thought otherwise.

It was just that the club's management had to sacrifice something and make changes in the squad without affecting Messi and at that point in time it seemed that Suarez was not the most necessary option for Barcelona. But the way it was done raises a lot of questions, causing dissatisfaction not only with Suarez himself, but also with Messi, given the friendly relations that have developed between the players themselves. We all remember very well how it ended, when Suarez made every effort at the new club to prove the wrong decision of the Barcelona management and the resentment of Messi himself at the actions of his native club.

Sure but wasn't it obvious enough to every spectator that Suarez and Messi got along perfectly together on the pitch? That was real harmony, they enjoyed each other's goals, served each other well and Messi even left penalties for Suarez, which is a strong sign. You wouldn't see Ronaldo do that ever. Sad that they dissolved the offense of Messi and Suarez that way and even better Suarez showed him what he is still capable of.

I don't see any reason why Messi will leave Barcelona, he love for the team is extraordinary.
Basically, he has a reason. He should think to play in another club once he is in the top performance. There are many players who leave the club before retiring. At least, there is an experience to play in another club, it should be very different and requires a challenge. As a professional player, I am sure Messi considers leaving Barcelona before he decides to retire.

it seems PSG have an eye on the star player, but Messi is not giving them any positive respond.

To be able to hold Messi, Barcelona must sell some of its players or there must be more loans (to other clubs) so that Barcelona's expenses can be reduced.
While there are players who come and there are also players who leave on loan or are sold and that is expected to balance Barcelona's balance. I know they have financial problem and that is known to many people but they are still progressing as one of the big clubs in Spain. Messi is still needed at Barcelona, I'm sure he will stay there for a few more season although almost every season we keep hearing rumor about his contract.
On the one hand, it seems to have been reported that Messi has already agreed on the details of his new contract, agreeing to pay 53 million less than under the previous contract and will remain at the club until 2023, after which he will move to David Beckham's club Inter Miami. On the other hand, the head of La Liga, Javier Tebas, said that the league will not change its rules for the sake of Barcelona and said that the club should cut the salaries of other players and try to sell someone, citing as an example Real Madrid, which took a big step in this direction by cutting costs. In any case, these problems are solved and all interested parties are busy solving problems and the Argentine player will probably stay for another two seasons.

Dembele is out of France team in euro due to the injury that some sources say will leave him for two months.
Barcelona seems to be the most affected because Dembele was present in the last stages at the end of last season, and his absence from the preparations for the new season will be a new problem in Koeman's head.
shame that a player that have a lot of potential with his speed and use of his feet and he is fragile as a glass  he remained captive to the many injuries that prevent his career from going much further than it is today.
That is just some players in world of football :/ If you ask me there is this "injury proneness" skill as well, which football manager has for example, if a player is an amazing player and gets injured a lot, well that drops the value of that player, this is not just Dembele, there are tons of players like that, and then there are players who missed maybe 10 games total from injury in all of their career, it is really an "ironman" thing (not the super hero, the marathon), so that is why Dembele is not valued super high, that dude with zero injuries could have worth as much as 100 million if you ask me, because he is one of the best at his positions when he feels 100% but he rarely plays at that level, he is either injured, or just got out of injury so the moments he has been 100% is rare, with him at his 100% for 3 seasons would mean he would have been 100 million for sure.

There are only ten days left on Messi's contract but still he hasn't decided anything yet.  Cheesy  Copa America is still going on on one hand. I wonder if he is close to making his final decision. There is not much time left in the end.

What causes Messi's contract extension has not been renewed until now is a regulatory issue from FFP. Under the FFP rules, each club must have a healthy balance, or in other words, the club must not spend money outside the budget limit that has been set.

Messi has a very large salary, so with the arrival of new players in Barcelona (from purchases and the returning loan players), then Barcelona's spending will swell. To be able to hold Messi, Barcelona must sell some of its players or there must be more loans (to other clubs) so that Barcelona's expenses can be reduced.

I am sorry if it is distasteful but I always hated Ramos and I am glad he is done, sure he could play in some lower level team but he is not going to decide on things from now on, he is one of the main reasons why Liverpool have one champions league and not two. Dude got soooo many red cards and also so many dangerous tackles as well, he was a dirty player and him/pepe combo was something I really hated for years, they really played just to injure other teams stars and that's it.

I am not saying this as a fan of any team like Barcelona, I am not from Spain and I do not care about any team honestly in Spain, in fact when any other team then Barcelona/real won the league that is a good season because there is something new, but at the end of the day who would like to watch a dirty player trying to hurt others? I am glad he is going and I will not miss him.
You definitely don't like Ramos, he doesn't say that he is a bad player. He is a defender and his task is to stop the opponent. There were a lot of dirty players in football and still are. If Ramos played in another team, then they wouldn't talk about him so much. The fact that he left Real Madrid is his fault. Demanding more from the club than it can give is not far-sighted.
