I just give an example for this, why? Because, he can re-build Barcelona after failed to be La Liga champions for four years. I don't say barcelona need to be hire him again. Because Is not easy for any coach for rebuild the clubs after failed to be a champion in few years. In this case, if Barcelona sold more than 8 players, they need an architect. Guardiola? He just good because he was easy to buy a star players. And when he can bring Barcelona as champions, he was lucky have a player from Rijkaard.

If fan can choose a suitable coach for Barcelona then I will try to make my choice at Guardiola. He is one of the coaches who truly understand the philosophy of Barcelona game in this modern era and his success in the past has made him the best coach for several leagues. Spain, Germany, and England are some proof that he is able to provide positive things for the club and that is a champion.

Maybe xavy is the future coach who is loved by many fans, and I like it too. But he has to gain more experience as the main capital to coach a club as big as Barcelona even though he is a former main player who gave Barcelona a lot of success.

@BITCOIN4X I know that every Barcelona fan yet wishes that Pep comes back to restores their glory days, but it won’t be possible for this season because he’s yet under contract with Manchester City until 2021. Also next year I highly doubt that he’ll come back because I expect him to take a break, and as for as Xavi is concerned he’s yet not ready mentally to coach a club like Barcelona.

That's the whole problem. Integrating Messi into a coach's tactical plans is very difficult. So as long as there is Messi and his friends, a normal coach will not come to Barcelona.

No, it is a bit different case! Ronaldo makes Real Madrid be stronger but he is not the soul of the team. Ronaldo was also not a captain team. I think the renewal contract will happen soon. Barcelona still needs a Messi. Just look at some matches without messi the results are not good. Yeah, for Barca there is no rule saying - No player is above the club so they have drama all the time. To me this is absurdity, but that is how things are today. There is not many clubs left that can say this, even Man Utd lost this as soon as Sir Alex left and Pogba is creating chaos in his own whey there.
