Sevilla plays quite well at home
Valladolid has a three-match without a win in a row statsistic
In the previous four duels, Sevilla celebrated, so:

Sevilla to win @1.42 is enough for tonight, a little single, but one that has to finish that way

would not be the first time to see them lose match like this, but hopefully they would not
Sevilla has three draws in a row, i think that we will not see fourth, and Sevilla win is much more viable, than Valladolid to win, so go for it

There is not much football games on offer tonight so I have to play something on Sevilla game tonight. Sevilla is a much better team and they have very favorable H2H with Valladolid. On the other hand Valladolid is a solid team and I expect them to be a tough nut to crack tonight. Interesting markets for me are Sevilla to win and under 2.5 @2.5, or Sevilla to win and keep a clean sheet @2.1 or Sevilla to win 1:0 @7.0. I will probably play all of them for very small stakes.

Sevila is expected to secure 3 more point when entertaining Valladolid in the next few hours at home. Victory from Valladolid will be very important if they want to make their position in the top four of the standing safe and at the same time can suppress the position of Atletico Madrid who are currently in third position.
Sevila is a team that hasnt lost since February 16, and from Sevila is last 10 matches in Laliga and the Europa League, they were able to win 3 times and the other 7 ended in a draw. Even so, I think they will be able to overcome the resistance of Valladolid where their last match was won by Sevila with a score of 0-1.

Regarding the game of Betis last night , I had that Canales will score at least 1 goal but all he did was the assist of the winning goal of Berta. For today I think Sevilla has no pressure as that 4th spot seems pretty solid for them so I'm expecting both team to score and more likely a draw or a hard working victory for Sevilla as Valladoid has no squad to match Sevilla's.

Ramos is the 2nd highest scorer of Real Madrid this season. But that's something not good for the team that Ramos is taking the free kick & penalty. At some point, Madrid get in trouble.
His penalty conversion rate is actually good. Even better than Ronaldo's. Apparently he's been training so hard to take free kicks too. I guess that's why he is taking them in the first place. I don't think Real Madrid are in trouble for that.
Yeah it's not something taboo for a defender to take these kind freekick or penalty..

Even there's a goalkeeper doing that, remember Rogério Ceni? He scored 131 goals during his football career as a goalkeeper!
Ramos lately indeed become the first choice to take the short range freekick and penalty kick it seems after Ronaldo leaving as nobody can't stop him nor zodane can do it i guess 😁.
Really love that top bin freekick! Now you know Defenders can doing that too.

After today game I'm almost sure that Espanyol will relegate to Segunda. They are 8 points behind safe zone with 7 games remaining - their chances is minimal. It will be strange that there will be Barcelona derby next season. And I can't forget Espanyol owner words few years ago that they are going to play in Champions league within 3 years Smiley. Yeah, sounds legit:

And if we have one of the most interesting fights for itle this year, situation on bottom table looks boring. Other two teams Leganes and Mallorca is also far from 17th place.

Yeah, that games against Betis was a must-win for them but I already had my doubts before the game that they can make a turnaround and start winning. Next matches will be against Real Madrit, San Sebastian, Leganes, Barcelona, Eibar, FC Valencia and Celta Vigo. So they still have to play against 3 teams out of the current top-4. Not an easy task at all So I don't see them catching up the 8 points to stay in the league.

What are your thoughts on the match Betis vs Espanyol later tonight?

Imo a match hard to predict. For Betis there there is not much to win or to lose this season anymore. To reach their goal to qualify for the Europa League they already lost too many points but they aren't really in danger to get relegated either. Espanyol however desperately needs these 3 points. But I have my doubts that they can win all three of them tonight. Last win for Espanyol against Betis was in 2017. Personally, I think we're going to see a draw tonight but maybe a bet on Betis with draw no bet could be also a good option?

this is an important match for Espanyol, their chances for Primera next season are smaller with each round without win pushing them more down

The only game left in the whole league for Barcelona and Real madrid is probably the barcelona athletico madrid game that could be a tiny bit tough. Aside from that game both of the teams will face inferior teams and honestly when we are talking about these two goliaths there is no team in La Liga that could rival them. So at the end of the day they are actually doing quite fine until the league ends and could do all wins from here on out. However as we all know even great teams could lose to smaller teams and that is why rest of the league is quite important to see if any of them ever loses points, both teams could lose points to any of their rivals. You never know what could happen with injuries neither, if important players gets injured that could change a lot of things as well.

Rakitic could still very well go to Sevilla but it could be just a loan until his contract is over and that way both Barcelona would be able to get him off their books and not pay him any salary at all and meanwhile Sevilla would get him without paying any transfer fee as well.

Now why would Barcelona send someone away just to not pay his salary (which they can very well pay) while they could sell him? Because, there is not many options they can sell him to that he would agree, whereas if they send him away he could still attract some amount of fee later if he continues to play. Remember a player at the bench doesn't reckon too much money while a player at sevilla could increase his value and make Barcelona a lot more money.

It would be a win-win-win for Barcelona, rakitic and sevilla all together and only method that would make all three of them happy.

I don't know if this is the right time to start experimenting with extremely offensive lineups, but what do i know...
You will never know the lineup until you see the playing XI because it's Zidane. Almost in every matches now, he is trying different players. Nevertheless, Vini is doing great to be honest. Bale is kinda off though.
Maybe he has got some inspiration from the play style of PEP which is commendable around this time when the world has been hit by corona and why try to practice social distancing which is almost impossible in a game of football/soccer.

Anyway, Barca is going to get a bad day soon I guess. They have ATM to face next. To keep hope for leading the table, they must not lose any point.

Damn Ramos he's refusing to stop scoring. I guess the only consolation I can take from this match is that they got a lot of yellows too. It's REALLY going to be tight I think this one. But at least we're in for a nervous finish, what a strange but exciting season it's been for us all:)
It is a fabulous strike from Ramos and it is the first goal from free kick after years for Real Madrid. The third freekick goal for Ramos in his career too. I watched the freekick over and over, and I can feel how G. Bale felt about the goal. He would imagine he lost his order to do freekick for Real Madrid to Ramos. I've never imagined Ramos can score such a freekick goal. Goodbye Bale Cry

@slaman29 Ramos has been absolutely brilliant since the restart, and I’m hoping that under his leadership Real Madrid can win the La Liga title. @hd49728 Gareth Bale is not leaving Real Madrid as he’s decided that he’ll play till the end of his contract, and unfortunately for RM that contract runs till 2022.

@Daniel91, what else you can expect from Marca or other pro-Madrid newspaper Smiley? Obviously, Rakitic isn't as good as he was few years ago, but I think that he is getting way too much hate.
True, Rakitic had changed after Arthur Melo is arrival and that made him often have to sit on the bench because the coach wanted to give Arthur time to play so he could adapt quickly. Arthur is arrival has led to speculation about Rakitic which he is rumored to be one of the target of the Serie A and EPL clubs.

Maybe now he has to think about something about his future, but Rakitic is a great player and he has a good tempo in the middle area. I am sure you like it too, but he obviously feel very frustrated because he often sit on the bench.

His wife is Spanish and that is why it seems to me that he doesn't want to leave Spain.
He tried everything he could to stay in Barcelona, turned down many good offers from other clubs and now there are not many options available for him.
I know his plan B has always been Sevilla but they can't pay him.
I think that a club as big as Barcelona should have shown more respect to the player who is the fourth foreigner in their history with 300 appearances and solved this saga with him much earlier.
Rakitic always gave his maximum for the club and had an honest relationship, which he showed in this last game, when he helped Barcelona again.
If Barcelona becomes the champion of Spain again, Rakitic will again be credited for that success.
