It's almost confirmed, 2 points behind now and get dropped for another 2 or even three points if they lost to Atletico.

Real Madrid certainly targets full points in this match, besides wanting to continue the winning trend, Zinedine Zidane's squad certainly wants to stay on top of the La Liga standings.

After doing a little rotation in the match vs Mallorca, El Real seems to be back to rely on a number of core players in the match later like Eden.

I was thinking the same but looks like bookies aren't so sure about that. 1.5 is not at all bad odd considering how good Real Madrid is playing. It would be great bet to include if someone going for parlay.

Zidane must be the happiest manager on the Earth right now. He has options which none other manager in Europe got, not even Liverpool. Imagine having 9 quality forwards, 7 quality midfielders, world-class defenders and goalkeepers and all in fit form! He is rotating his players superbly. Even Bale and James started in last couple of matches which is keeping whole squad fresh. While on the other hand, Barcelona is struggling due to bad decisions and injuries. Messi has to play all minutes in every game else Barca will straight away lose, De Jong and Roberto are injured, Arthur leaving, Dembele always injured, Carles Perez and Todibo were shipped on loan. Board has really messed up the Barcelona and now only miracle could make them win the league.

Barca lost their 2 points, and it is their two latest unsuccessful matches. Messi has a good match with two assists for Luiz Suarez who has a great match too. I really like the first goal, when Messi and Suarez has a nearly training goal. That is a very good connection between them. The second goal is a good convincing evidence against any people say that Suarez has been on his downside of career. He is still one of the top strikers.

Barca is unlucky somewhat because the freekick is so amazing and Stegen has nothing to do with the shot. The goal reminds me to the goal of Carlos in the match between France and Brazil. Amazing curves.

If Barca can lose points, Real Madrid can too but for now Los Blancos take the lead position.

It is time for Barca to be reformed.
Messi cannot handle more games for them. He is not that young that he used to be and be able to pass over the whole team and score. This was a fact in the past. Now he is more relied on his technique not his speed.

Still hurting over Barca's draw yesterday. Even at almost full strength we can drop points, feels not good to have to hope for Real to also drop points now but anyway, Espanyol is not a bad team to hope to beat Real:P
