Girona did exactly what I expected from them which is mercilessly beating Granada using their home advantage and their goal scoring prowess. Despite that this win does not mean anything for them since they are already bound to remain in third position, the match gave them the opportunity to score as many goals as they possibly can.
Yes, this time, Girona really fulfilled the wishes of its fans, even to a greater extent. This is a very encouraging end to the season for Girona, because here, they were able to make a big comeback, even with 7 goals. This is truly appropriate and above expectations. Even though this doesn't change their position at number 3, at least it has a beautiful ending so the future will be even more beautiful. So whatever the conditions, Girona will be truly ready for the match much later. This will become history for them.

Finally, the riddle of the manager at Barcelona was solved and they parted ways with Xavi. He's replaced by Hansi Flick. Flick, who had previously done well at Bayern München, was disappointing with the German national team.
So sick.
Initially they begged for Xavi to stay at Barcelona. And in the end the Barcelona boss was able to persuade Xavi to stay at Barcelona. And after Xavi said yes, the Barcelona boss actually sacked him and replaced him with Hansi Flick. Isn't this quite strange, right? Just now Xavi and Laporta held each other's hands and shook hands to agree and in the end Laporta sacked Xavi. Isn't this quite surprising? Or maybe Xavi himself already knows about this situation. This is really unfair, it looks like Barcelona doesn't want to look like they left Xavi but Barcelona sacks Xavi. Hmmm..

Our expression might look like this.  Cheesy

Finally, the riddle of the manager at Barcelona was solved and they parted ways with Xavi. He's replaced by Hansi Flick. Flick, who had previously done well at Bayern München, was disappointing with the German national team. Managing a club team is very different from managing a national team. Flick will have a good squad at his disposal but his opponents are also very strong. The Barca management should open their hands a bit in terms of transfers so that Flick can succeed at Barca by building a more competitive squad. It's not easy to compete for the title with Real Madrid. We will see if Flick is up to the challenge.
Finally the Barcelona coach's drama was resolved, initially Xavi said "I want to leave" but Laporta "Actually I want you to stay here, then Xavi answered "Okay, I'll stay here", and until the end of the season Laporta "You're fired". Really. There is something strange, but I see that Barcelona made the decision to fire Xavi because he made a blunder, how could it not be that Xavi is not good managerially, this should not be allowed to be revealed. the condition of the team's management to the public, it is natural for the management to be angry because it has become an open secret that Barcelona's financial condition has been problematic since the management before Laporta, so Xavi should not like looking for alibis as reasons for the failure of this season. As a player Xavi is great but as a coach he must be wiser like Jurgen Klop.

I think he is a pretty good manager. Won the Supercopa and La Liga in his first full season. He brought young players through the academy and they have started many games for Barcelona. the only difference this season is that Real Madrid are incredible. But anyway, I hope that under new coach Hansi Flick, Barcelona will get better and can compete again in La Liga and UCL next season.

A wonderful performance from the home side Girona in the game against Granada, at the same time I'm very disappointed at the home team for putting on a good show against a team that's not worth it in any way.
Ain’t nothing there to be disappointed about mate, they’ve got no reason to be any more competitive or reserve there performance but, to end the season in a way that would be memorable to the home supporters and mark the season’s performance. Many thing was archived by Girona this season and the most of all was there UCL qualification. They didn’t think they would get to that level, in fact the aim for them was Europa and shortly after they bagged that, they went over to qualify for UCL.
Hence, having to deliver such a final performance for its home side is a necessity.
Granada didn’t do much to resist them and the worst still was having to conceive a penalty and got a red card. 3 goals in first half and another 4 goals in the second, that’s indeed spectacular.

Despite that this win does not mean anything for them since they are already bound to remain in third position, the match gave them the opportunity to score as many goals as they possibly can. A match ending 7:0 with all their major scorers, including Artem Dovbyk scoring hat trick and Eric Garcia registering a goal should indeed be celebrated as a good match. On the part of Granada, the loss does not really matter much to them as they have already been relegated alongside Cadiz and UD Almeria... so "he that is down need fear no fall".

I am looking forward to Real Madrid against Real Betis, a match I expect the former to win to seal the season in victory. There should be no excuse as to why Madrid will fail to deliver, not even the Champions League final will deter them from collecting the 3 points.

Girona is the main sensation of this season in European football... To be honest, they surprised me even more than Bayer, who haven't lost a single match... Girona managed to be in first place for the first half of the season and managed to stay in the UCL zone... It will be interesting to see how they play next season...

Actually Girona was really outstanding throughout the whole season because even after they started having some difficulty in winning matches after losing to Real Madrid, yet they haven't gone beyond the third position if I'm not mistaken and this was as a result of the fact that they started the season in a good note and now even though the season is ending this weekend they are still ending in a good way as they're currently whipping a relegated Granada now by about 4:0 it may be more than that before the match ends. Next season will be very lively for Girona because they will be in the champions league competing with other Europe's top teams so it will be an interesting season for their fans.
The match between Girona and Granada is was a very interesting match tonight. I was very surprised with the way Girona made a good performance against Granada. Because of the way Girona relaxed all this while, I didn't expect that they could bring out positive changes. To be honest, Girona finished up this week with a wonderful result after ending the first half and leading the Granada by 3 goals. I was not expecting any more goals in the second half, but with their so much intensity, they made it happen with another 3 goals again.

As it stands now, if care is not taken, they will soon overtake Barcelona from the top standing since Barcelona is only ahead of Girona with with 1 points in my own view their next match will be very tough then today match.

They (Girona) should have continued their better performance against every team that comes their way especially Real Madrid. How can they go two times against Los Blancos but couldn't get something positive out of the two legs this season and now they're unleashing their anger on a team that have already chosen their path to go back to where they came from (relegation), I can't applaud Girona in any way in this 7nil win.

I would never say that Xavi has completely failed at managing his players so far. Barcelona have shown significant improvement under him, but losing several key players in the same season is very difficult. The financial crisis experienced by Barcelona has certainly slowed down Xavi in building his best squad, but if Xavi and management can be patient, then the academy players who are currently carrying heavy responsibilities will prove their quality.
At least, Xavi ever won 2 trophies in the previous season. He won La Liga trophy and Spanish Super Cup in the season 2022-2023. It is wrong if we jduge Xavi totally failed managing Barcelona. He already proved it with 2 trophies.  Wink

If Xavi failed to win any trophy in this season, it is because Barcelona doesn't have a competitive squad. Lewandowski is decreasing his performance and he got injured for a long time, Barcelona has no good defenders, and Ter Stegen also got injured for many months. This really bring big impacts to the performance of Barcelona, they have bad attacking and bad defense. Xavi actually needs new strikers and defenders to deal with this problem, but Barcelona has no money to buy proper players. Because of the financial crisis, Xavi can't solve the problem on Barcelona team.

With those problems, they are lucky that Xavi still lead Barcelona to finish as a runner up this season.

I agree with your statement, Xavi has never failed miserably for Barcelona. He worked hard and he proved it well, but things have changed and today I was really surprised when I saw the official announcement on the official Barcelona website.

Xavi's sacking really shocked me, it's obviously very ridiculous because I never wanted it. This is a bad decision from Joan Laporta, in my opinion.

Several main players may be sold by Barcelona in the upcoming transfer market, and even several players who are currently on loan are expected to be made permanent by the team that uses their services. Eric García, Ansu Fati and several other players may be made permanent by the team that provides them at the moment, but it is not known what Barcelona wants.
To have the funds, Barcelona may put some players on the transfer list. However, I don't know if it can give enough money to buy new players. Barcelona also has limited players, and most of them are young players from their academy. So, Barcelona has no many options for selling players. Anyway, I assume Xavi may plan to bring back Eric García and Ansu Fati to the main team. These players have performed well in this season, they will be good addition for the team.

Plans may have changed after Xavi was officially fired. Now everything really depends on who the prospective coach will coach Barcelona next season. I know Ansu Fati and Eric Garcia are good, but I'm not sure they'll be expected to come back and stay.

Girona have closed the season with many goals, i really live the way they maintain their standards to get to this level, they are the second highest goals scorer after Real Madrid, now for us to see the real strength let wait for them in the next season champions league.
Girona really lost this time. They scored 7 goals against Granada. This was a really good performance for Girona because after all they were able to optimize their chances that Granada got a red card. And this is a bigger opportunity to optimize Girona's performance and win with a pretty fantastic score. Even Girona didn't leave even a single cent of the gap so that Granada could score at least 1 goal. Of course they have a lot of goals. Moreover, they also often score quite a lot of goals. So their position is to be in 3rd.

Artem Dovbyk - 24
Alexander Sørloth - 23
That's it. In fact, Artem Dovbyk was able to score a hat trick in this match. And this certainly provides a great opportunity for Girona players to continue to do their best to produce strong players too.

Girona is smashing Granada by 7 goals to Nil.

Really smashing, Girona has been angered this night and they have used Granada to say goodbye to the season till next season, Granada have become a sacrificial lamb for Girona this night and Girona is taking advantage of every goal scoring opportunities they have and this will be the highest winning for the week because I don't see any other team that can win their opponents with this kind of huge goal margin so Girona should just rest and prepare for next season because they have got a lot of engagement in the upcoming seasons

Girona makes it seven goals against Granada who have defended very bad from the beginning of the game against Girona who have attacked so well even though they did not really have any reason to give the game their all.  Girona's last game of the season, and they have made sure to make history winning this game by the most goals they have scored in their La Liga history. Their striker Artem Dovbyk was the target for most of the Girona players because he is in line to win the player who has scored the most this season, and with the three goals he scored this night, it puts him as favorite with 24 goals.

Girona next season have more work to do, they need to improve on this season and make sure to still be contenders to win the La Liga next season, they are also in the champions league, they need to start preparing early.

Maybe this was news that was not really expected, but in the end it happened where Xavi officially parted ways with Barcelona and Hansi Flick will replace Xavi role to become Barcelona new coach next season. If we look at Hansi Flick performance, of course he is a great coach and of course Barcelona management choice is certainly quite good. Well, apart from that, can Hansi Flick make Barcelona stronger next season because of Xavi performance in the two seasons where Barcelona recovered from adversity and competed again at the top of the standings.

I think of course there will be a lot of pressure on Hansi Flick because Barcelona is one of the big teams and fans always expect trophies every season. So his first season with Barcelona is certainly highly anticipated and the main step, of course, is to see Hansi Flick performance in the transfer market window. Will he change the existing squad by bringing in lots of new players or will he be prevented by limited finances from recruiting new players.

Girona is smashing Granada by 7 goals to Nil. This year's race for the Pichichi has been so interesting. With a hattrick tonight, Artem Dovbyk leapfrogs Alexander Sørloth who scored four goals against Real Madrid last week. So as things stand

Artem Dovbyk - 24
Alexander Sørloth - 23

Alexander Sørloth's Villarreal is playing against Osasuna tomorrow.

Barcelona management's current treatment of Xavi is considered to be very disrespectful to him. Since Xavi made a statement to resign at the end of the season, Barcelona, through its best people, has made an approach to persuade Xavi to abandon this intention. In the end, Xavi wanted to stay and coach Barcelona next season, but after a month Barcelona fired him. It's obviously ridiculous and embarrassing, but that's Barcelona now.

Next season Hansi Flick will train Barcelona as the new coach. He is a good and experienced coach, but Barcelona's financial situation will certainly hamper him, especially because he cannot bring many targeted players to the club. I don't know if Hansi Flick will succeed, but the competition between Barcelona and Real Madrid next season can certainly be expected to get better.

I don't think it was because Xavi Hernandez failed to defend the Spanish La Liga title that the club won last season that made the club management sack him. Few months ago, Xavi Hernandez had publicly announced that he's going to leave Barcelona at the end of the season and even reiterated his stance when he said he was still going to leave even if Barcelona wins the UEFA Champions League competition but after so much meetings and pleas from the club management, Xavi Hernandez changed his mind and announced he's not going to leave again.
Recently, there's been some secret disagreement between Xavi Hernandez and the Barcelona president and that was the reason the club decided to sack him and announce his replacement immediately. I think it's a total disrespect to Xavi Hernandez by the club management to try convince him to stay back when they know they'll still sack him.
There are intrigues again, I don’t understand why they tried to keep Xavi with such long negotiations in order to eventually fire him. Disagreements are an integral part of the work process, but for it to come to dismissal, there must be something more serious, perhaps even a quarrel. In any case, Javi gets what he wanted for a long time. It is not yet clear whether this is the whims of Laporta, or the character of Xavi, but I think we will find out through Xavi’s further work in other teams.

Real Madrid has the potential to add another title this season. After successfully winning La Liga, they are now aiming for their 15th Champions League trophy again. If you look at the opponents they are facing, Madrid has quite a big chance, but Dortmund must still be respected even though they are not the favorites. If they successfully win the Champions League, El Real will again have the opportunity to add other titles such as the European Super Cup and Club World Cup. I really believe that will happen.
Real Madrid really show an incredible performance this season because their players are all ready and also the performance was excellent, seeing them winning all the trophies shouldn't surprise us because the deserve it, they are able to maintain their homes unbeaten record and only lost one away game against Atletico Madrid which was 3-1. With the regard to their champions league final against Dortmund is very difficult for to predict it despite Real Madrid are known to be the king of champions league, Europa final really surprises me the most because the favourite was defeated, and now Real Madrid are the favourite to win and also have big chances of winning.

I think Madrid can find some players as coatings so that losing Kroos next season will not affect Madrid's midfield too much.
Ancelotti can always think of his own way and that cannot be predicted so we only need to see what steps Ancelotti will take with their current conditions.
Last season we lost Benzema, who has always been regarded as the backbone of Madrid due to his contribution, and the loss of Benzema indicates that Madrid's attack could be a little less effective if they don't look for a new striker. Ancelotii was brave enough not to look for an alternative pure striker in the signing of players and he only brought Joselu and Brahim as replacement options but it actually worked this time.

Losing Kroos could also be the same because it is possible that Ancelotti will entrust several existing players and instead focus more on finding defenders and certainty about strikers who are strong indications now are Mbappe.
It can happen that when the crazy thought of Madrid not looking for a defender and instead making Tchouameni and Camavinga always in a post that is not their place is successful, it is not impossible if next season Ancelotti will assign a current player to replace Kroos' role on the field.

When it comes to Ancelotti then it is indeed as you say he always has his own way of making the players play and exert their strength to the point that the players themselves have never even thought of.
This season alone he's managed to turn Tchouameni into a formidable center back and Camavinga is doing well at left back, while he's also managed to make the roles of Jude, Brahim and even Joselu more flexible because they can be placed anywhere so indeed Kroos' absence will have a slight impact on performance but it's possible for Ancelotti to anticipate it well later.

Currently some of their young players have also developed very well but in the end of course there must be senior players who are used as role models in midfield. Currently, after Kroos and Nacho decided to leave Madrid, only Vasquez, Carvajal and Modric are left in Madrid's era of winning the Champions League 3 consecutive seasons in the past few seasons so I think there must be at least some consideration to find at least 1 central player who can be a good initiator in passing.

The potential of having a second trophy this season for Madrid is really high a d almost achieved already because it's looking like against all odds they are most definitely going to win the game and are going to be able to deprive their opponent of the trophy as they are the favourite of the champions league title, more over ist been in the record t hey have not lost a single champions league finals before.

If it were to be Manchester city, we would have seen the possibility in the chances of them loosing the champions league because they have lost it before now so they are most definitely going to have the potential of loosing it again but Madrid have not lost a single finals of he champions league and are not appearing  like they are going to loose this either because they are contending with a team that isn't vastly experience with the champions league finals especially in recent times which actually makes the odds for Madrid even bigger.

If Dortmund have been able to participate in the champions league to this level in most recent times especially in the past five years, it's very possible they have still got fresh experience enough to know their way around the champions league finals but then they have done a whole lot getting to this stage of the champions league especially for a team that isn't a regular it's deserving celebrating such attainment this season.

Atlético Madrid vs Real Sociedad

Actually, this match is not going to mean anything on the table. So it is clear the teams are going to give opportunities to the players who generally do not regularly play in the squad. Actually, it does not matter which team wins, they are going to finish in the same position that they are right now on the table. I expect both teams to actually experiment in this match. Of course, both of them are going to get ready for the next season.

If you ask me about betting on this match, I will say Atlético Madrid should have a better chance of winning in this match, whatever the odds. They want to finish this season on a high. Of course, no team is going to go into a match thinking that they are going to lose this match. Both of them are obviously going for the win. Even though they might experiment a little bit. I think a better performance was expected from Atlético Madrid this season. I hope they will be able to improve their performance in the next season and actually give competition for the La Liga title.

Despite the fact that even if they win or lose, both teams will still remain in their positions, it is still a part to consider how these games might end, although you have said that Atletico Madrid's performance is better than that of Real Sociedad. But still, in my deep view of the game, Real Sociedad also has a chance of winning the game, which I might say is a small chance. Although even if Real Sociedad are playing a home game, they would struggle to win or get a draw, I know both teams can make the point they need to meet up to the next position in the table because it is already too late.

And I can still say that even if Atletico Madrid puts more effort into next season's La Liga, they will make something tangible, but it will be very hard for them to get that title as the winners because they need more effort to put on their performance because it is already getting out of hand.
