I had an odd deposit to my LRM address this afternoon. On looking into it, it appears the 1Sochi(....) spammer is back. And this time he's paying the transaction fee to make his spam attractive enough to be added to the blockchain. And therefore permanent....
So. If you see a deposit for 1 satoshi to your LRM address, check the sender. It's (almost certainly) not LRM, and is instead this guy.

Dividends out and BTCGuild performed at 70% or lower of what it should have this week... This is getting ridiculous. Someone is withholding blocks or greedy mining.
I'm getting concerned with the payouts as it's hurting our mining proceeds while the mining is still good. I just can't bring myself to move over the mine to GHash, but it seems like the only way to make what we should be.

I do understand why LR doesn't say anything until it is a done deal. However I wonder if there is more than one side- project?
And hope that the main project is not to try get HW from BFL. Really wish that saga would end. Because every time I read about them It reminds me
in how good shape LRM would bee if we would have gone basically anywhere else than BFL.

That is pie-in-the-sky speculation. The margins on mining right now are very narrow. The last thing someone is going to do is pay a middle-man like them to manage the setup. The numbers won't work. Better to just invest in the coin and watch it rise.

I've known about this since Dec. Can't really say much else other than I'm working on a bit right now.
I'm curious what the time frame is for this, that way I can prepare to turn off all my personal miners as the Diff goes up 40% a pop.
I don't really see this as a great thing for bitcoin, I guess the fun couldn't last forever for the smaller miners.
